    This property itself has great potential. The only problem here is the staff. The property MGR has no decorum, she's never available to speak to residences, and always comes across as if she's too busy and does not want to be bothered. The walkways and elevators are very disgusting, with dogs piss etc, all in public elevators. I never saw the elevator cleaned or mopped since i lived here. The elevator in my building looks so nasty that I take the stairs up to the fourth floor, just to stay away from the elevator. My Childen and I have been living here for about a year and a half while in the process of buying a home, but living here has been the worst decision ever. The last property MGR was very amazing, you can tell she took pride in the property, plus the lived here and was always available. The New MGR Ruby and nothing like the previous mgr. There was trash sitting by the dumper since Thursday of last week. Having trash out like that brings rodents, roaches etc. Personally, I think she just doesn't care about this property. Do not live here, waste and money. I really hate to call this place home, very nasty property.

      I like where the apartment is located, it's convenient and easy to get in and out. I like the key pod. Haven't tried the amenities yet, but they are good to have. Staff are great and very easy to work with.

        Experience is good. However I wish that the front office was friendlier. When they answer the phone sometimes they seem a little bored or inconvenienced. Everyone on the maintenance staff is great... I just wish the complex was a little more accommodating with maintenance requests.

          Lacking at best. Apartments are nice but the common areas need a lot of work. Zero community events. Management can't seem to heat anything fixed. Parking is lacking as is anything that could be considered as binding by the residents.

            On the first day of moving, one of my buddies had their truck towed from helping me move. Then later that week I had my bike stolen from the bottom of the stairway where there were over 6 other bikes, and has yet to be found. There are raccoons galore at night rummaging through the trash. Dog crap on the stairs. A dog peed in the elevator and no one cleaned it up. The pee was sitting there all day and I decided to clean it up. The elevator is also missing a piece at the ceiling to cover the light ever since i arrived and has never been fixed. There's beer cans and trash in the elevator/grass almost every day. Also the grass REEKS of dog pee and my dog got fleas from walking in the grass at the apartments. The pool was mysteriously emerald green and you could not see through it. Then it was shut down and an email arrived that it was closed and would be let known to all the residents when it's back open. However no email arrived and yet still people were swimming in now a blue pool. Also the pool grills are always hogged up on holidays by the same family all day. The apartments are overall average, and they're stationed in a good area. The ground maintenance is poor and the atmosphere is ------.

              Not only is the staff rude, unavailable and incompetent this place is dirty. Mice are rampant and raccoons galore. Could it be from the trash that piles up at the dumpster like a third world country? The pic I uploaded is from a video. It does no justice as the trash wraps around constant

              This used to be a nice community, when there was mangagment that actually lived in the community and took pride in making this community a beautiful place to live. The management does not live here, they don't care have run the community into to ground.

                For me, location is unbeatable: parks, trails, grocery stores, banks, UPS, highways, schools, and a fire station across the street ... all within 5 minutes drive. Nice community with friendly office staff; . They seem to listen to our needs and act accordingly. Not long ago it was hard to find a parking spot after 8 pm so parking permit policy was implemented and worked fine. Maintenance requests get solved quick; resident portal with mobile app is good enough to track your communications, payments and requests.

                  Move in was rushed, since it was a one hour window of time. But overall been pleased with the community. Any problems with the apartment were addressed and fixed. Employees are on different pages and may need better training for over the phone information.

                      Mostly good. Nice pool. Gates work intermittently. The staff here is great and easy to talk to. Some people don't pick up after their dogs business. The younger kids can be a bit loud. The space for the price is comparable.

                        I enjoy the pool area and available amenities, such as the pool table and work out center. The staff are absolutely phenomenal and very helpful. The neighborhood is excellent, quiet, and feels very safe.

                            I really like the atmosphere. It's clean and the grounds are well-cared for. The apartment itself is pretty on the inside. The property is dog-friendly, which I greatly appreciate. Maintenance crews, if needed at all, are quick and professional. Plus many shopping places are close by and it's in a great location.

                              LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Do yourself a favor and seek housing elsewhere! This place is terrible. The apartments seem nice at first glance, but the floors and walls are paper-thin so you hear every sound anyone makes at all hours of the day and night. There are not enough parking spaces, so you have to park outside the gates, the gym equipment is broken and has been for months, the staff will hit you with ridiculous fees every chance they get, and the dog waste trash cans are constantly out of bags so there is dog poop all over the common areas. I will be moving out as soon as my lease is up!!!

                                Gated community with two gates that actually works. The parking is insufficient for residents in front of the building but seems sufficient for guest in the specified area. The dog park area is spacious for them to run. Friendly staff and courteous maintenance staff.

                                  Living at this complex under the original management was phenomenal, the current management however is less than superb. Sever staff member have attitude when speaking with them and there is a sense of inconvience for any question you have. We will be leaving once our lease ends and would not recommended this complex any longer.

                                    Horrible move in experience! Vehicle got towed towards the end of my move in due to lack of parking I had to park in fire lane for a few minutes to unload truck. When I got back out to move my truck it was towed. $313 dollars later I got it back out the next day.

                                      it's getting worse and worse. when i just moved-in requests were served within hours. now they just close tickets, sometimes not doing anything or not providing a note what was done (if it was). please bring the parent company attention to this property

                                        Office staff does not communicate or reply to emails. Even when you want to renew your lease..no reply!!! They need to be more attentive to the tenants. Maintenance is great though and why I am staying.

                                            This place has gone downhill after the change in property management companies. We loved it when first moving in and now we can't wait to leave at the end of our lease. It's really sad because this area is amazing. There is a parking issue that the office seems to not take ownership about and find a solution for the resident's. I guess overnight visitors parked all throughout the complex have more priority than the resident's that pay rent here. We shouldn't have to drive around the entire complex several times waiting for someone to leave at night. The "valet" trash is not consistent. The hallways, stairs, and elevators are disgusting from trashstains, pet urine and feces,etc. You hear everything above, under, and next to you. Oh and its supposed to be non smoking community. I have called several times to complain about marijuana smoke coming through my vents..their response was to call the police. Your packages will end up missing..even if you are at home to receive them. The office staff is there to get a check. For this price you are better off at the apartments across the street. They actually seem to address resident issues.

                                              The amenities are very nice and so are the people. The apartments themselves are quite wonderful. I feel like I'm renting a $10,000 place but the prices here are very affordable. I highly recommend everyone staying at Sync at Harmony.
