When I moved in September 2016 everything worked perfectly. Since changing the management company and renamed the apartment complex nothing works as before. Everything is dirty most of the time. Mice and cockroaches in the apartment where I live. Trash always and bad smell in common areas and worse near the trash compactor. Increased rent by eliminating the promotions I had, instead of rewarding the loyalty for rent for an additional 12 months, an apartment that has deteriorated1

Don't waste your time with this place. This has to be the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. I cant wait to move out next month. The cost to live here is not worth it at all. The water bill continues to go up and up each month and the parking is just awful. The apartments look nice, but you can hear everything around you. Kids always running around unattended outside and at the pool. I was constantly requesting pest control for huge spiders inside my apartment, but it never helped. Don't even bother trying to call the office because no one ever picks up the phone or returns any messages you leave. They now charge you a fee just to pay your rent online. It's $28 a month for valet trash pickup, but its inconsistent when they show up and on weekends the trash piles up into the street by the compactor. The list of issues goes on and on with this place.

The property's appearance, customer service, attentiveness to tenants, and the willingness to enforce the rules & regulations of the lease agreements have gone down since the change in property management. I was one of the first tenants and this place was amazing. The property management staff was very professional but also professional. Since the change, things have not been the same. Correction to these areas will help to improve the quality of living and also working in this apartment community.

At first the community was great, with great interaction. With personnel changes, the community has gone downhill quickly. The new Ownership is doing some good things! We shall see if their long-term performance measures up to their start.

Management is not knowledgeable and very rude. I am not satisfied that they will not let me transfer to a bigger unit. They have offered two free months just to occupy the property and do not accommodate the residents that have lived here for years.

overall poor experience with this apartment complex. Staff is very friendly , but don't return phone calls. This apartment complex needs to take care of the grounds. This apartment complex could be great do to location, but it seems new management does not care

It's safe place and great located, easy access to main roads toll and toll free, pretty much new apartments and good looking place, I could be better about the pets, owners don't pick up after, so it's messy.

The communty used to be clean with staff calling you personally to respond to any problem but since sync has taken over common areas are dirty, the elevator is filthy with dog urine even after the issue is reported. Sync does put on weekly events that you can see on Facebook but has yet to work out the challenges of keeping the community well maintained! Hopefully this will get better.

SYNCH at Harmony is great place to live, there are many convenience store, banks, fast food places, school area, very convenience location near the International Bush airport and some other main highways. Still development business as well as residential areas.

My overall experience has been good. I like the community and my apartment. It is very close to shops and restaurants. It's close enough that you can walk from your apartment. The gym is very big and convenient.

Nice and clean. Convenient to interstate. Elevator for limited mobility access. Valet garbage pickup. Adequate and excellent size spaces for parking. The Staff is very responsive to needs and issues needing resolution.

I moved in 6 months ago and have been very satisfied TILL Sync Harmony has taken over. We haven't had an elevator for 7 days now. I asked today the response was that they called and couldn't get in touch with them. The halls and elevators aren't cleaned like they used to. Animal feces in the stairway for 4 days. Very sad to see the quality go down so fast!!!

At first the experience here at Sync @ Harmony (previously Watermark @ Harmony) was wonderful. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. There were some issues with pet owners not being responsible and not cleaning up after their pets but it was minimal. Since new management however, things have seemed to slip and we do not get the same level of service and attention from the office staff as previously. Cleanliness among the common areas is lessening and pet owners not cleaning up after their pets is steadily increasing. To the point where you start to see pet fecal matter in the walkways and hallways of the apartment complex. If you have children you will need to be extra careful with letting them play around outside as there is all those cleanliness / hygene risks to the child.

The community as a whole is nice enough. When we first visited the community there was an amazing office team and they were a huge reason we decided on the property. Then new management took over and things went down hill from there. We've had multiple items stolen and destroyed on our patio and our apartment has flooded twice with repairs taking far too long to repair. I had to call and ask for repairs to be completed and when that didn't happen after multiple times, we had to complain over and over daily to get something done! Although we've had a not so great experience with this community, I will say, the apartments are spacious and nice on the inside!

The community just switched management so I am eager to see how well things are handled and change. Major issues that need to be addressed is parking, pool rules/guest, and trash service. Parking is terrible. I live in building 6 and just had to pay for a garage due to parking so far away from my building and feeling unsafe walking alone at night. Pool problem is for every 1 adult there are 10 kids ( and I don't even have kids). The pool is used as daycare and no supervision. I have seen resident brings seve families to the pool and seen staff let friends in with their kids to come swimming while staff was at work. The pool is for residents and 2 guest only, or so I was told. Staff needs to come outside from time to time and see who is there under 16 alone and who is there without even living in property. Trash valet needs to be 7 days a week or taken away. No one adheres to the schedule now and on Saturday the dumpster is out to the parking lot of trash, looks terrible and embarrassing for visitors to see. Trash is left out on Friday, and stays til Sunday. Increase the pick up charge, I would gladly pay in order to not see trash outside for days in an apt I'm now paying 1150 a month for a one bedroom. My lease is up in Sept and starting to look elsewhere in case these issues are not addressed. Thanks

The worse move in experience ever!!! unit was not inspected. Pending maintenance orders for 2 weeks, no mail box keys for 2 weeks, front staff will not return calls. Keep making excuses. Wish I could make excuses in-lieu of my rent is due and not get an eviction notice or be charged late fee. This is terrible. The worse move-in experience ever

Very good with great information I'm a traveling tech who is not home very much and was given everything unneeded to move in when I got back and held and apartment for me. Customer service is amazing hope to continue to live here after my first yr lease is up

Thanks!!! It is not very convenient that there is no rigid schedule of garbage collection. It would be much easier if we know in which time interval this process occurs. It would be good to try to prevent accumulation of trash bags and debris around waste disposal unit.
