Friendly staff, clean property, close to everything I need. This is a really well maintained property and the units are very spacious. The three bedroom apartment is like a little house, I really enjoy it here.

Guess parking lot should be separated from resident parking. Other than that it's a nice and quiet community. Great location... a lot of shops, grocery stores and restaurants nearby. So it's very convenient

Love the community. This is my first apartment and I was a little scared because it's new and you don't know until you move in. It's super quiet here which is something I love. Ms. Kay made this community feel like home.

I have only been here for a week; however, management has been very attentive. I was able to communicate with management by phone and schedule a tour. Both Sarah and Kay were very friendly and answered my questions.

Overall, the experience with SYNC at Harmony has been Meh. The apartment and its short term lease serve our purpose, but it seems the apartment is more concerned about the resident's check than their experience. Upon arrival to move in we were met with the inconvenient message that we would not be on second floor off the elevator, but we would be on third floor completely opposite end of where the elevator is located. Moving to Houston from Milwaukee doesn't allow for leaving on the spot; especially when you have 3 children under six and a dog that have been traveling for 72 hours. It would have also been nice to move into an apartment that has a door that is not still in the process of drying. Thanks to SYNC at Harmony, I ruined a shirt, shorts, and shoes due to the fact there is now brown paint/varnish on them. SYNC also was great at taking our money order right away and making sure we got our apartment checklist to them. However, we have yet to see anyone here to fix the bathroom fan, living room blinds, the bedroom door that won't latch, and the secondary shower. Additionally, the amount of dirt that had to be sucked from the carpeting in the apartment upon moving in has our Dyson sucking seeds. As I'm writing this review my wife is informing me that the AC is also not working properly. I mean, it's a roof over my family's head. But for 1500 a month you would think an apartment wouldn't have so much negative all at once. Take your time with ripping people off, SYNC.

Love the apartment. Not many people want a fourth floor apartment but I love it. There are lots of amenities and the pool is open pretty late. The place is beautiful and the neighbors have been super friendly.

I love the office staff at Sync at Harmony. Every time I enter the office, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. Ms Kay is awesome, she really cares about the tenants here. I love living on the property, it's always clean and they are always having functions to show appreciation. The key to a great property, is having the perfect office staff in place, and I think Sync at Harmony has the BEST! Thanks again Ms. Kay! Sincerely, Tanya H.

It's became ------. They move in whoever. The people at the desk are not friendly I have asked and emailed and never got a response. The team before was much better and made sure I was always ok. I've had issues and nothing has been resolved.

I love this apartment complex because of a very homely feel of the community. The management is very prompt at responding to my issues/requests. Another thing I love about it is the proximity it has to almost everything. The management is always doing their best to make the complex at its best condition. I also like the neighbors I have, very family oriented, no troubles and everyone I met so far are very friendly. I love living here.

I have lived in sync since September 2018, and really like the area. It's close to my work and the community is safe . My mom feels safe to walk to heb , its walking distance . All the ambient like pool, 24 gym , pool table dog park , etc .

I had a really stressful process from the moment I submitted my background check. For some reason you use a third party company who doesn't even use a social security number for background checks? Apparently they use public records first? Which led them to telling me I had an insane amount of felonies, had to fight this for months and that was only the beginning. Hundreds of phone calls, emails and walk-in conversations were had in order to finally get to the point where we were able to move in. Day of move in took 3 hours because of having wrong keys and apartment personnel giving wrong information over the phone. Didn't have two keys ready for the two people on the lease who have opposite work schedules and HAD to have two separate keys. We still don't have key fobs for the gate/gym amenities. Everyone was nice during this process - I just cannot stress enough how complicated, confusing, and frustrating the whole experience was. Lack of communication between co-workers meant sending same documents multiple times. Having the same conversation multiple times with different people, sometimes with the same person. There is no way I would have ended up renting here if I hadn't been the one calling, emailing and following up every single day. My suggestion would be to get organized, get everyone on the same page and practice better communication. I would lose my job if I treated my clients this way. I have somehow managed to stay calm and nice during this process because I don't want any bad feelings or to burn any bridges but the whole experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I'm hoping things are better going forward since I hopefully won't have to deal with the front office too much here on out.

We like living here, we call it home till march 2021. And will decide to buy our first home next year . Thank you to all the staff and manager, they are new but they us through the process , glad to live at sync at harmony

A good apartment, good management, and it's very close to my job and shops. Grocery stores, food, and even a close neighboring city like the woodlands. Good neighborhood with no safety concerns either.

Listen, we have been at this property for almost 3 years. We've seen people come and go in the front office. For the most part the staff has been pretty professional. But now all that has changed! Recently there has been a recent staff change and OH MY GOODNESS, somebody take them back where they came from. For the past 2 months they have lost our money orders and even called us liars once about turning it in. How can you repeatedly lose people's money orders?? One of the ladies I thought she was on drugs? I think she's gone now. I miss the old people sooooo much. Come back Ruby and Adriana, they took care of business.

Not a clean community , trash service is always full . Rats in building 6 Roaches infested in apt 6205 . Had to Throw all my groceries since now Roaches are coming inside the fridge . Please help as this is out of control

I've lived in these apartments for about 5 months now and my overall experience in general has been quite good. The staff is responsive and helpful. Ive put in one work order for an ac issue which was handled within 45 minutes on a friday.

Beautiful community, warm and pleasant staff, swimming pool is very beautiful,great restaurants and things to do nearby. Just some noise issues.There is constant stomping & banging going on above my apartment.

Staff has always been super friendly and helpful especially the mgr Rubby. Had an issue with a super rude maintenance guy that is new and promptly reported him. Till this incident never have had a problem.

Was good at first, but has become loud and dirty the past couple of months. Everyone in my building was so nice but the turn around changed things and people are rude and dirty and so loud. Plus we no longer feel safe because of some issues experienced.

The rooms are very well designed but the the property in general would benefit from better maintenance practices. The concrete on the halls is very dirty, lots of stains. Carless pet owners do not clean after their dogs and there seems to be lack of cleaning activities around the facilities to correct/clean on time.

I like the inside of my apartment but management dies not pay attention to the exterior. The inside of the apartments are the exterior is a shame. The property has several building lights that have been capped off instead of replacing or repairing the building light. The property is very dark at night.

Still getting to know our neighbors but do really enjoy our neighbor Margie who lives in our building we. The staff has been super helpful and very nice and attentive to our questions and needs. Love the game room

Just moved in so far it's been great. Very clean, nice pool and services. Move in process was fast and easy loved it. Our dogs love the pet area and have made friend with some of the other dogs. I highly recommend this place.

Clean and safe, good location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Residents do not clean up after their dogs...there is poop everywhere in spite of convenient waste disposal options. I do not see community employees cleaning it up either. Very disappointing and unsanitary.
