It's sad that I didn't do my research before I signed a lease here. Of course I read the reviews about the trash issues but I was no where near expecting the trash issue to be such a huge inconvenience and problem. It's their biggest flaw.

Easy move in, great apartment layout with the exception of not having a dining room. Storage space is limited too, needs better pantry and bathroom storage. Office staff is courteous and great location!

So far I have had a great experience. The elevator is a plus for me. Upon moving in I had a clear line of communication from the ladies in the front office. I had a few concerns which were addressed promptly. My apartment was extremely clean and I feel super safe. A beautiful property to live in!

Living here started rough, because I moved here after loosing everything I've owned. I went through several issues that I needed resolve. After sitting over an hour with Ruby has change my whole appearance of living here. I would to thank her for taking the time out in her busy schedule to make sure my family's needs were met.

Excellent apartments, good common areas,quick response to any problem, all work proprerly, market and highways close by, neighbors are respectful, play grounds and swiming pool always clean, excellent illumination all around.

I called the office & was able to do everything via phone or online with DaNashia. She was very kind & helpful during the process. My calls were returned in a timely and questions were responded fairly quickly via email.

This is by far one of the worst communities that i have lived in i put in numerous maintenance requests and never got seen about i spend 1800 a month and when i call and say its almost 80 degrees in my apartment they told me to open up my windows until the following day. That is pathetic that residents spend this kind of money to live here and get treated like this. Then an office worker put a note in our door on the 20th of november around 5ish and then says i have til 6 that afternoon on the 20th to pay it. they gave me less than an hr notice. Then when i call about it she says i will get with the manager and call you right back but yet to hear anything back from them kind of like they want the residents to have late fees and they pocket/embezzle money i have tried contacting corporate to share my concern and have yet to get a call back this has been the worst experience for me and my family will definitely not be renewing our lease

It's very convenient living here. I've had no problems with other tenants. The office staff is very nice and accommodating. I'm so pleased with the addition of the parcel pending lockers behind the leasing office. The gym is nice too. The high quality apartments have spacious interiors with plenty of windows and storage. Maintenance does a great job with private apartment issues. More attention could be paid to the cleanliness and to the repainting and repair of the common spaces - elevator floors and walls, stairs, hallways, and trash in the mailhouse, and also to the intermittent problems concerning the overflowing trash compactor (smelly and unsightly), and to the ripped pool furniture cushions, There's an obvious issue with the absence of ground cover as well. These issues can be embarrassing when I have guests. Seversl areas adjacent to the base of the buildings are totally bare, and they tend to collect litter at times. Just the dirt is showing near my building entrance.. Maybe plant a hearty grass or some sprawling bushes? When new mulch is laid, I'm grateful, but it gets washed away very quickly. Thank you for this opportunity to express my views.

The apartments are modern and have washer/dryers. Parking is tricky. There is limited phone access with the office. When we moved in our apartment was dirty and vacuumed. It's nice that the trash is collected almost everyday.

Apartment is nice. Maintenance was quick when I put in my request. However I can not get the office staff to email me back. I've emailed twice asking to purchase a second remote, but they won't respond. Loud upstairs neighbors at times.

I have been here one week and so far my move in experience has not been as expected. There was not enough time after getting my keys to address any concerns. After entering my apartment, I found it was not cleaned well. A new door handle and deadlock was installed, but not installed right. The garage assigned me had a car in it and had to wait until another day to get assigned another garage but the garage fob was not synced until two days later. Several concerns were told to the staff but only one concern has been addressed so far.

Previous reviews from a couple of years ago were complimentary, but during the past year the community atmosphere has changed. The inside of the apartment is still very comfortable and plenty of amenities and storage space. Major problems occurring outside the apartments include elevators inoperable for days and even weeks at a time (these are 4 story buildings). Limited parking space. Pool closed several times this past summer.

Since moving in 3 years ago it seems each year more and more things have become apart of the community that really is not somewhere I want to continue living. My biggest frustration is after it turns 6pm it is like there are no rules as to how to respect the grounds, the screaming of kids that are unattended, no parent in sight and using the parking lot like it's their skating rink/playground. I want kids to have a place to be outside but when they run around the parking lot without a care in the world and won't move their bikes, etc so you can drive by...that's not right.

I have experienced extremely rude office staff since the new owners have taken over. I'm not at all happy to pay the highly inflated price to live in this community. The maintenance do the best they can. I feel you should lower their prices to match your customer service and accommodations.

I love it here, but I feel more attention should be made to the cleaning up of the building interior also there should be some kind of security systems like cameras around the compound. is no way to know who what or where

Terrible experience. Front desk staff takes no responsibility for tenants issues. Single maintenance issue not fixed for more than 1 mo. Will not recommend to anyone. Corridors are not clean, have not seen those getting cleaned even once. Poor construction, even small footstep from above can be heard. List of complains is endless.

Good community. Fast repairs when needed. Management engagement to help with renewals. Great amenities. Close to and easy access to eating out, shopping and work. Shopped around and no one can give all that Sync has to offer.

Prior to Elysian (Sync) taking over, the community was managed by Lincoln Property (Watermark). During the transition, management was scare and residents didn't know where to turn to. After the transition, things have felt like it has gone downhill. Parking is terrible when in the past it was not. Some residents and their children litter and make our nice complex seem as though they do not care. One resident caught a child urinating on the building . Over the summer, candy wrappers were found everywhere. The AC continually goes out during the summer and it takes maintenance a few days for them to look at the problem.

I've lived here since they first opened I must say a lot has changed! For the worse 1) landscaping is horrible dead grass and flowers everywhere when i first moved in the landscaping was very well kept. 2) I am afraid to take my dog to the dog park because its nasty and you can smell dog urine all the way to my patio. 3) PARKING IS HORRIBLE I HAVE TO CIRCLE AROUND 3 TIMES JUST TO FIND PARKING AND I HAVE TO PARK BY THE BACK EXIT GATE WHEN I LIVE UPFRONT. 4) Valet Trash guys takes the trash on the elevator and leaving trash smell nats fly's and trash juice all in elevator's ( ELEVATORS ARE JUST NASTY) 5) Dog feces all around the property you can smell it as you walk from your apt to your car. 6) People leave their dog pick up bags all around the property instead of throwing it in the trash. 7) The hallways are just disgusting VERY NASTY AND THE STAIRS 8) Gym equipment always broken 9) My walks are cracking from the ceiling to the floor. Overall the property is not well kept the prev owner's and manger made sure the property was well kept because she lived on property now they don't care to be honest MOVE ACROSS THE STREET Parking might be tight but you can tell it's very well kept and the owner's and manger care about how the property looks not our office staff. Dont go off looks take your time and actually walk the property by yourself after the tour.... I can't wait until my lease is up to MOVE

First, it was Watermark at Harmony and it was great living here now since SYNC took over this place gone from great to ----! The elevators are always dirty from the trash pickup at night, sometimes trash will leak out and they leave it despite phone call complaints. No emails will be sent if a package was delivered to? the office. No one ever picks up the phone. The people in the office are rude as hell. I pay $1723 and can not let anyone visit me because the smell in the hallways from the trash and the smelling elevator is embarrassing. The trash pickup is so early that people put they trash out in the morning so with this heat it smells all day.Don't be fooled by the looks of this place they take your rent and don't give a damn otherwise! While living here enjoy roaches in the elevator or hallways just disgusting all of it .

Always smells if you are within walking distance to the dumpster. Tons of trash and trash bags around the dumpster most days. Hard to park around my actual building and have to walk far. Regular changes to staff, owners, and policies.

I have had a wonderful experience up until the management changed over from Watermark. Since then the cleanliness of this place has been horrible. Legally, I am entitled to a clean environment. This is not provided here anymore like it used to. Standards for cleanliness have changed.

I'm very happy overall with this community. There are minor annoyances that could be better, but the apartment is great, service staff is prompt, and they're improving their offerings (i.e. Notification of packages, better billing transparency on website). It's place where I feel happy and safe raising my three children.

My overall experience has been pleasant except for the trash collection. All day trash bags a lined in the hall ways. Some in containers, some on the ground. According to management we should leave the trash outside our door for collection. I left my in the container, but they didn't take it, no feedback provided. I don't like coming home or out of my apartment and seeing trash bags. They need to collect the trash quicker, explain clearly what the rules are. The elevators are dirty.
