We are New in this town, we visited severals apartments and communities. The Best in all ways is SYNC at HARMONY. It is located around everything. We love this community, me and my wife, we are waiting our first daughter. Here is a good place for her too. It is quiet and clean. It has a lot of green places.

Unsafe community. Poor lighting, multiple families in single units, dog feces smell everywhere. Office staff tries but god bless 'em, seems that Sync corporate does not train or support. Typical apartment, not luxury at all.

I Like living here so far, nice people, nice apartment and located to a lot of places and good schools. Parking is a bit of a hassle especially at night or weekends. Dog park is nice and the pool is great.

So far my experience has been positive. There were some concerns in the beginning with residents not picking up their dogs poop but slowly I am seeing improvement with this As time continue to progress I feel that the newer residents seem more respectful of the grounds and cleanlinesss

I love this community and the staff is always considerate and polite. Every time I expressed a concern (which wasn't often at all) the office staff would attend to my needs if they can, of course! I plan on renewing and I've only been two months in haha. Thank you Nataly, Rosie, and Danasha!

Awful. Just. Awful.

Poop. Bad gates. No security. No parking. No garages close to units available. Notice there are zero substantive responses to any of the negative reviews, because they can’t fix anything. Power goes out often during the day

Absolutely horrible! I loved the old property manager. He was great until he got let go and then danesha came in and the other leasing agents. Worker Waters were always submitted but never followed through to fix it. Had to spend money on a mold testing to see if there was mold in my apartment which there was it was penicillin which all my sons and myself are allergic to highly allergic to and didn't seem to care. I would never recommend this property to anybody, not even my worst enemy.

Good, for the most part it is clean, well kept, has good amenities, and is animal friendly apartment which is great for animal lovers, but the stench is not good when residents do not clean up after their animals.The apartment maintenance does go around and clean the public areas. Many residents did have their catalytic converters stolen from their vehicles.

It's a quiet community, So far we have had no problems, and we are comfortable. We can take our pet for a walk and my children can go out and play in peace. What we were looking for was tranquility and we have it.

Parking is terrible! The pool is always dirty.Something is always broke at the pool.I have talked to the office I don't know how many times about the lawn chairs at the pool and how dirty the pool is and picking up trash around the apartment

Last time I lived here, it was great. I've been gone a year, new management and new maintenance. We will see how it goes. My apartment is in unsatisfactory shape at move in. I'd suggest anyone moving in do a walkthrough, if possible a week before move in to make sure everything is good to go.

The worst complex I’ve lived at in 8 years.

I normally don’t post like this but this is going to be a long one. I don’t know where to start with this place, maybe the gates that are broken half the time and an app that doesn’t work, the dishwasher that almost falls out of place anytime you open it, or the feces in the hallways? There’s so much to list. Let’s not forget the lack of security, there’s not one camera, again the gates don’t work which led to my truck along with all of my work equipment getting stolen. The renovations are absolute garbage, they’ve painted over other peoples hair, left the apartment dirty with cockroaches on the day I moved in and the pool being out of commission for HALF time time I’ve been here. Not that I’d want to use it, it’s so nasty and has a green tint to it anyways. I signed a 6 month lease, go figure they messed that up too. Somehow it ended up being a 10 month lease which I’ve never even heard of and are now threatening to charge me an extra $300/mo now that I’m giving them a 30 day notice (they require a 60 day notice). I understand that’s written in the contract so that’s not the cause of this review, I would hope they were willing to work with me since they made a colossal mistake to begin with but they’re not. I signed the lease while out of state and conveniently enough I never even got a copy of it! There has been a human or dog dung by my front door for a month. There is trash everywhere, not to mention the bottle of literal pee that’s been there for 2 months. Supposedly it’s a non smoking community yet I have had over 200 wrappers from little cigars that I’m cleaning up constantly on my back porch from a lovely neighbor upstairs. They force you to get a garage and lock you in a contract for that (100/mo) if you have more than one vehicle. The trash service sucks, there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t come on this or that day. Maintenance sucks, they totally forgot about my washer not working on day one for a solid week. Maintenance was scoping out my friends garage next door, they knew that their opener opened his garage, I had to close his garage 20+ times and they would mention things to him about the contents of his garage as if they’d been in there. Multiple thefts in the complex, I wasn’t the only one who had a car stolen. I know of THREE others that occurred since I’ve lived here. I have a feeling they’re going to try and throw the whole book at me when I move out. I will be updating this review as I go through old notes and pictures and will post a plethora of pictures to back all of my statements above. I’ve started building this review within the first month of being here, that’s how bad it’s been.

Overall move in was quite easy and quick. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy. Everyone living here at these apartments so far that I've met have been super nice and helpful. I have high hopes for these apartments.

I really enjoy this community. There is always an event going on. My neighbors aren't loud. We feel safe here. There is the occassional maintenance with others needing o pick up behind their pets, and parking if you get home too late, but its definitely worth it for location.
