Good place for family with children, very close a several schools with good score, grocery just 5 minutes by walk, friendly managers, cool repair guys who do their job quickly and efficiently. There is a playground for pets, but unfortunately there is no playground for children.

Complex is quiet. The office staff is usually friendly. Maintenance is on top of requests. It's overall a good place to live. The area is pretty and grounds kept clean. The pool area is being worked on so can't wait to see what that's going to look like.

I love how the Sync community is family friendly and has great amenities to enjoy! Everyone is friendly and the apartment has fun activities for the residents to participate in and a rewards program too!

I saw reviews about parking and was hesitant but I have not had any issues. I feel comfortable and safe in the community and the hallways are always kept clean and elevators smell good. Keeping the property clean is a great way to see how the leasing office manages. Everyone I have encountered at the leasing office has been more than helpful. I like the text line that answers my immediate questions.

Just moved here. So far so good. Victoria has been great with my questions and concerns. Maintenance is prompt and explains the issue and what needs to be done. Gets the job done quickly. Great service!

The office staff have been kind and helpful. The maintenance guys are fabulous, as they have taken care of everything that has come up during the move-in process. The parking situation is not the best, as there are no assigned sports which makes running errands etc., not so great. The visitor parking is the bigger issue though. Not being able to have guests because there are no visitor spots available, is really disheartening. I never realized that my family (including my newborn grand-baby and pregnant daughter) and friends would not be able to visit me if they cannot find a visitor spot. I am hoping the process is changed at some point, because it is sad to not have company.

I honestly haven't had any good experience here at all.Mangement isn't professional or know what they are doing.Very dissatisfied with my experience or the staff that works here.Definitely don't want anyone else to go through what I have so i would choose anywhere else but here.Plus no parking,poor management,smells,and a lot of issues wrong with the buildings

It's a very over rated and overpriced apartment complex with no security or cameras, with a gym that the equipment never works. I can never get my packages they are always lost or misplaced. Garbage collectors always leaving garbage behind.

The office is perfectly fine unless you are asking for help or understanding. The trash pick up is horrible. The resident fee is basically for nothing. Don't be under the misunderstanding they will answer the phone at the office because they wont. The walls are so thin I have hear every step anyone takes left, right, and above me. They are a serious ant problem. The gates are always broken and they just leave them open for anyone to walk in.... I could go on.

My apartment t was filthy. I had to bring my personal cleaner to come and prepare the apartment before I could move in. Spoke in detail with Lantisha but got no where I am very disappointed as SYNC at Harmony is not a luxury apartment t complex and should not be listed as such. I have pictures of the filth from my apartment which I can share

Unfortunately, I wish there was more security. Lately there have been thefts involving rims on at least 2 vehicles that I am aware of in the complex. I would like there to be better security protocols and its a shame a handicapped resident had their rims and tires stolen from them! shame...

I love the apartments since we move almost 2 yrs only thing on the summer at the pool is very laud and is people the are not residents from the apartments that makes feels insecure and scare for and no very comfortable to go and enjoy the pool. But everything else is good

This is a wonderful community with excellent staff who are very helpful and a maintenance crew who is top notch. It is a very safe community in a great location with easy access to major roadways. Highly recommend living here.

Great staff clean community quiet neighborhood those things are my priority when I live somewhere we need to have better parking for the tenants but other than that things are great and I would recommend this property to friends

I am new to apartment living and didn't know what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised that I am enjoying it and have been very happy so far. The community management does a very good job of keeping us informed of any news we need to be aware of such as changes in office hours, valet trash schedules etc.

I love being at this facility. The staff is very helpful. Natalie makes the stay convenient and comfortable. The staff has been very helpful. I've been here for some years now, and it's been a wonderful stay so far.

This is our second time moving into sync at harmony and it is our worst experience with them. Issues with mold in our apartment has not been handled professionally nor in a timely manor. Maintenance staff are not professional mold inspectors nor removers but are treated as such. There was a pipe that was separated BEHIND drywall, which caused the mold and build up of moisture, and when brought to management's attention, they refused to accept responsibility. The maintenance staff replaced the rotten wood from the cabinets in the restroom and painted over the mold that was on the concrete and wood framing instead of removing, there is still a pungent musty, rotting odor in the restroom that is going into our children's room (guest room) and in our living/kitchen area.

This complex is the best I have lived in. They make you feel at home from the first day. Nothing is ever perfect, but when there is an issue, between the maintenance team and excellent front end staff they take care of it.

The staff here do Ana amazing job of being hospitable and welcoming when dealing with tenants. The communication we receive from them in regards to rent, maintenance requests and other inquiries is quick and thorough.

Good place to live. Parking issues have improved greatly since parking permit sticker required for residents. Staff always helpful. Close to stores and schools and great neighborhoods. Easy access to toll road.

Super spacious, love the neighborhood we are in and the staff is GREAT! Would recommend this place 1000 times over to anyone. The floors are beautiful so much cabinet space. Having a washer and dryer included is a major perk.

The maintenance staff is one of the best I've experienced at an apartment. They are quick to report to emergencies even after hours and they don't leave until the problem is solved. I appreciate it being a quiet community and I've never experienced a safety issue.
