Beautiful apartment's open space nice management quickly got moved in within a week clean grounds beautiful pool welcoming neighbors they have elevators but they have been broken so kind of a inconvenience other then that I would recommend to a friend

So far it was amazing when I first moved in. But lately it has been slacking. Old management was amazing and friendly and inviting. Now it is just blah. They are still friendly but things has changed dramatically. I feel like nothing is really being done on a timely manner.

The experience has been overall great. I have only been here a couple of days so it is hard to give an accurate response. However, so far, it has been fine. We have only had issue with the fire alarm.

I've had a pleasant experience. Service tickets are always addressed in a timely fashion. The pool and gym areas are very clean. Quiet community. I've also discovered the visitors parking section glad that is available for my guest and love the location it is close to everything .

Property Manager Yaitza is a friendly person, always willing to help. Also, Maintenance team Manager and his team are very helpful and always responds on timely. I would rate their support 10 out of 10. ??

I love living here as it's convenient and safe. The only problem I have is this building #2 is having many maintenance issues. I lived here before 2019 - 2020 in building 6 and had no issues. I realize as a property aged it will have ongoing maintenance issues. One other problem is the dumpster gets too full too fast. I think another dumpster on the others side of the property could resolve this issue.

It's been up and down. Especially with the change of staff every couple months. Rent is way too expensive for what I'm actually getting. Maintenance is great. There's just one lady in the office that is disrespectful to everyone

Terrible. My apartment always smells like weed because of neighbors. So bad I had to shut my vents and can still smell it. I reported suspicious activity that happened in the parking lot one night. The front office pretty much laughed at me acted like I was being dramatic. Even though it looked like sex trafficking. Never let security know what happened or followed up like they said. There is never enough visitor parking. Front office is always threatening to tow. When they do tow they take it to Harris country even though we live in Montgomery county, which cost $100 more. In all cost $300. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment by myself. I asked if I could get another parking tag since it is only me. They told me no even though I pay for the 2 bedroom. The front gate is always broken. Elevator in building 7 is always broken, months at a time. The elevator is always dirty with food on the ground, trash, or smells like animal urine. The hallways always have trash or food in front of them. People leave trash bags infront of my apartment door. When paying this much rent this is not at all what I expected. This is my first apartment. First place I moved when I moved out my parents house. Very disappointed. I will never live in an apartment again after this experience.

Didn't like that the woman that walked us through the apartment wasn't dressed appropriately, she was sick and spreading germs the apartments had bad odors that we looked at was not worth the price at all

This was by far the easiest and fastest process ever. I went to look at the model unit on a Sunday and was given an approval by Thursday. The online system was very helpful and the leasing agent who assisted me throughout the entire process was very professional and helpful. Any time I had a question I would send an email and I would get a response back in a timely manner. So far 10/10, no issues with my unit, everything is perfect and I love the community.

Very nice place to live. The complex front office offers great custom service and the maintenance team have always been quick to respond to repairs. The groundskeeper do a good job keeping the property clean and visually appealing.

The place in quite and clean. Logistics is excellently managed. There is prompt communication with the tenants . A place I would like to be. The staffs that admitted me to the community have good communications skills and were very patient with me because at times l would not do the provided tasks in time but they showed patients. I really appreciate.

The location is a big factor. Quick access to 99 and 45. Conveniently located right between Spring and the edge of the Woodlands. The community is quiet, and the people there are responsible. Very little crime, if any. 8/10 overall.

Just moved in 2 weeks ago. We love the space and size of the apartment and the complex is nice, but people leave trash, dirty socks, and food in and near the elevators and on the stairs making the complex look bad. I also see people leaving dog poop on the grass and not picking it up. I've seen dog pee in the walk areas near the elevators. We also have very, very loud upstairs neighbors, I can hear their conversations and smell their cigar smoke and other smoke. The loud knocking noises in the pipes keeps me up at night and wakes me up in the morning, loosing sleep.

If you have a choice, please DO NOT rent here. This place is disgusting, definitely not a LUXURY place. There are huge cockroaches in the apartments nonstop, the plumbing is about to give up anytime, the air conditioner is breaking on monthly bases, mold in the vents and windows. There is always the issue with the statements, the staff promises that you will not be charged for something, but you are. Every month you have to go to the office to correct your statement. They don't want to do any for you only take your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Moved into a dirty place. Leaky sink, rusted shower head, bad smell coming from vents, filthy carpets, a dryer that doesn't work so now we have wet and smelly clothes/sheets. Save yourself the stress.

The office and maintenance personnel handled my move in very well. My grown daughter is moving in next week to a different unit on the property and that move is going very well also. I would recommend Sync at Harmony to anyone.

The maintenance team is knowledgeable, kind and professional. The office staff needs lots of training to handle customer service issues, and are never in the office. Somewhat rude and poor follow up.

A great area to live in considering all of the grocery stores gas stations and banks near by! It is the perfect location and it is very easy to get in and out of the community. The prices are very reasonable too!

Process was easy, especially this being my first time. The office staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the community itself is family friendly, clean and inviting. And Despite being somewhat close the busy roads it's quiet!
