One of my favorite things about this complex is the maintenance team! I had horrible experience at a previous complex when it came to maintenance, so this team was definitely a step up! They're fast at responding to your work orders, and they get the job done! I also like how the office team communicates with the residents. Always trying to keep us in the loop of what's happening on the complex. Overall I have had a great experience with this complex, no complaints whatsoever.

    Overall I'm very satisfied with the staff and community. Initial move in was a little rough, but the staff took care of us very well during that. It wasn't expected, however, it was a wonderful surprise.

      It's has been a good experience so far, friendly staff and maintenance personnel. Neighbors are friendly in my building and very active in the community. It has been pleasant experience and I am pleased with the accommodations as well.

        Lots of weed smoking cars and apts being broken into units are very poorly maintained some staff members are amazing however the new property manager ------- and Head Maintenance Lead --- are horrible as ever I had to listen to knocking pipes for over 2 months they are extremely unprofessional no one stays here for long pit bulls large aggressive dogs barking at you this community should be priced based on these non luxury units verse the area we're in The location is the best thing about the apartments parking is horrible

          STAY AWAY! Read the reviews, we do not lie. Trash is unsightly, only 1 compactor for over 300 apts. Dog feces all over grounds. Not enough parking. Walls/floors are thin, can hear everything from neighbors. Residents smoke and cigarette butts can be found - supposed to be a non-smoking community. NO water pressure since they changed out faucets and shower heads (supposed 'Green project'). Only plus is that the maintenance team responds promptly to concerns.

            I like it other this my neighbors above me, stomp and run and jump and day, literally from 8am to about 9pm if I'm lucky. I was ignore it's the 1st 2weeks but since then it rose. There has also be marijuana smell in the building recently coming thru the vents. I do love it here other then those things. People are friendly and staff do a GREAT JOB on a daily basis.

              Overall very satisfied. Professional staff, quiet, nice neighbors, access to goods and services are good, upkeep of apartment community is very good. I am happy I chose Sync as my next resident. Location is convenient.

                Cops here 6 times in less than 60 days, kids everywhere, dirty hallways stained, garages don't work. Unsafe feeling all the time. Not insullated well, thin walls, no flowers. The dumbster area stays piled up outside of it often.

                  Grounds are not kept clean and rules not enforced. The shower heads and faucets were replaced recently and the low water pressure is unbearable. You literally cannot wash dishes in the sink the pressure is so low. I had to replace the shower heads myself to make the apartment livable.

                    The community itself is lacking in social interaction. Way overpriced for what you are getting for appliances. The floor plans are short of being a modern property. Walls are thin, carpet outdated and fixtures have created a "NO FLOW" on water pressure. Don't think it will be saving much water, which by the way , is extremely high on the bill as well.

                        After living here for coming upon 3 years, I have to change my rating for this place to 1 star and it doesn't even deserve that. Disruptive pets and neighbors, car burglaries at night, and most recently, this property decided to "Go green" and replace my shower and kitchen sink with a head that produces very little water, and a bathroom faucet that produces more splatter than water. I had to go out and buy my own shower head for NO reason just to be able to shower AND figure out how to install it on my own. It's astonishing how they could inconvenience so many people like this unprovoked. I've literally had to call multiple due to disruptive pets and neighbors being an inconvenience to me not being able to work from home or sleep at night and it took management months to do anything about it until others started complaining. Then recently had the NERVE to charge a $50 trash violation fee after never enforcing any trash hours (I don't get any emails or phone calls) and after receiving no warning. I do no recommend this apt complex, as management/leadership gets worse and worse, and has since I moved in here. For this area, I would recommend going elsewhere where they can provide a better experience. For anybody reading this, don't do it. RUN. They are BIG on INCONVENIENCING THEIR TENANTS. Property management gets worse and worse every few months. Efforts to improve operations never works. POOR EXPERIENCE

While the trash violations fees and rules have not changed for the last few years, we did actually send a reminder to the entire community on November 11. We checked your resident account and confirmed it was sent to you, please ensure you are reading all notices from your community team to avoid any further inconveniences or lease violations. We also did work with you on your fee amount, but are sorry to hear you did not appreciate that reduction. It is our goal to provide all of our residents with a community they are proud to call home and this includes ensuring trash bags or containers are not left in breezeways for extended periods to keep our community clean.                           The first month I moved in there was a incident in my building where there were several police officers and just before that there were several vehicles broken into. A sense of safety is a major concern

The Spring area has been affected by the increase in vandalism crimes that have been occurring across the country during the pandemic.                             Great community. Safe, clean and good price. Convenient location to shopping and major freeways. Amenities are clean and well kept pool, gym, and the Rec room. With tons of community activities help throughout the year.

                              Parking is not enforced. There was an email sent about it over a month ago yet nothing has been done to enforce it. I see cars without parking stickers parked everyday. Walls are thin. Community is quiet for the most part.

                                    Don't live here, not worth the rent, no security, none of the community standards are enforced, and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing "luxury apartments" not so much, you can find more affordable at better pricing elsewhere

                                      It has been adequate living here. The apartment interiors are nice. Maintenance team members get the job done. Neighbors smoke, in clear violation of lease policy, and management does not enforce policies. Front office management has changed 3 times since we moved in, seems like there might be several issues there.

                                        The community is nice, but most people don't pick after their dogs and even though is a smoke free, people smoke. And the parking space is horrible visitors park in residents parking spot, there is no assigned parking space for an apartment. Apartments are beautiful.

                                            I enjoy living here it's quiet friendly. I hate that there's always new property manager's. That gives the appearance of; there's a problem with stability regarding management. Longevity is important it builds trust with the renters.

                                              My first year was awesome with a great & supportive staff that communicated with us up front concerning any lease changes or community events. Very friendly. Upon renewing my list with new office personnel they worked with us for a shorter lease however they didn't disclose that changes to late fees would be 10% of your monthly rent. Wow in a Pandemic!! Disappointed

                                                Staff was very accommodating and worked with me at getting me into a unit quickly. Location is great and so far I love the valet trash and other amenities they offer. The overall cleanliness - that's another story. Very unsatisfied with the appearance and multiple things were messed up. Giving management some time to get back with me. Otherwise, not so bad. Once my issues get fixed I'm sure I'll be happy here.
