Great place to live. Quiet and elegant. Dog park included. Garages not attached... Pool w grills then also Bbqs all across the property. Billiards & Board Room Meeting type area available. Work out equipment is up to date and ample enough room to use.

My experience at Sync Harmony in the past month has been great so far. Ms. Ruby in the front office has been a great help; very personable and direct.The grounds are well kept. I love the valet trash pick up.The noise level is minimal which is a plus... So far I am very satisfied.

Was good experience and love the apartment lots of storage space very modern like wood floors valet trash gated community much quieter than expected love amenities gym pool meeting rooms pet waste on grounds at minimum

Happy here, knowledge staff, could use some landscaping and need to work on parking enforcement because it's not uncommon to see cars with no parking tags. Be stricter on garbage rule violations and abuse.

The first impression when touring the community was great. However, upon move-in, it was not the best since it was not ready as indicated. The matters were escalated to upper management and addressed appropriately.

It was great. I have no complaints except the waiting on utilities and other services. Maybe a contract set up would be beneficial to all parties involved into the moving process. I also think the the staff are very great.

I have lived here since 2018 and I'm in the process of renewing my lease. I absolutely love it here location is perfect in fairly new subdivision Harmony, staff is helpful and neighbors can be a bit noisy over than that everything is great.

Staff worked well with me. Moving in went smooth and had no troubles. Parking isn't great after 5:00pm. There just doesn't seem to be enough spots. The rates are what got me to move in and the availability. It is also in a great spot.

Greetings, basically my main interest in moving here is because of the location of my work, a growing community, near supermarkets like H-E-B and Walmart a lot of restaurants is a good neighborhood with excellent schools!

It's beautiful and it looks like a resort. It just needs better communication. Starting from the top down to the people who live here. Also would like y'all to talk to the trash people. If we have trash that overflows the trashcan ( multiple bags) We have no choice but to put on the floor and they won't take it. Will you pay money to have trash picked up and it should be picked up if it is in a trash bag.

Easy to rent online but it is all downhill from there. Things that should be setup and done are not. Remote control did not work for the gates and my name and info wasn't programmed in the visitors gate... I had to ask for it

So far we have really enjoyed our time at Sync. This is our first time in an apartment and we've been quite impressed. It is a nice and quiet community, lots of amenities, close to shopping, and easy access to freeways.

I enjoy going to the gym because it's very neat and clean. The community is great but it has some flaws. The contests / drawings never announce the winner ( besides the jelly bean contest). Sometimes in our apartment we get silverfish bugs crawling on our walls. The remote for the gates never really work right. People don't pick up after their pets/ too many people have pets and the grass smells like dog urine. I see some cigarette butts on the ground sometimes. This place needs more control of their residents.

This has been such a great experience from start until my move..the staff was quick to respond on everything. Dominique was very helpful. And quick to answer all my questions..its like living in aa luxury hotel

Price is right but service is bad, front office girls don't have any information for example when will the pool be opened. Service requests are not handled in timely fashion. The maintenance guys are ok

We had a huge issue when we first moved in but manager was accommodating and resolved issue above expectations. Reasonably priced. Would love better gym equipment and maintenance. Grilling and pool area is very nice.

I have been very pleased with the apartment and the staff. The service staff had gone above and beyond in service calls and the front desk personnel has been great to work with. Overall I am pleased with the community.

It's a nice community in a nice area, safe , and gated. Moving in was easy, considering there is an elevator that is accessible at all times. People seem friendly and there is a dog park in the community which is great for us.

The apartments are in a nice location and the staff is extremely friendly. I love how big and roomy the apartment is, it was one of the biggest reasons we choose to live here. Walking around the complex feels like you are at a hotel. Probably because they amenties are very well kept

Overall the experience has been pleasant. The office is very knowledgeable and maintenance staff is very proficient. I would definitely recommend this community to friends and family. The unit I reside in is very spacious.

The staff is fabulous and knowledgeable. Well maintained property, great floor plans. Such a convenient location for my needs. The Harmony Living Community overall is a lovely area. I intend to remain here long term!

I love it dont wish to be any place else the maintenance guys are great they fix things asap no problem with them at all the leasing team is also great..........................the upkeep is great i love how the trash is being picked up

All staff has been professional, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly! Pool area is large, clean, and contains area for you to personally grill you meal. Pet area is also large and enclosed by secure fence.
