Our first day we were over the moon to finally move into the apartment. It was very underwhelming and disheartening to walk into the apartment into the state it was in. The resurface on the counter looked and smelt like it had been slapped together an hour before we arrived. The surface is full of bubbles, leaving it very textured and there is a large lump of the material used for the resurface as it just ran down the side of the sink and collected in the bottom. We had to keep the fans on and the doors open as much as we could to not pass out from the smell. The carpets were soaked through and through, sopping wet when we were trying to move our belongings in. We placed multiple sheets down to save the integrity of our boxes. The overall paint seemed to be done haphazardly with overspray on multiple surfaces and the carpet. The lock on out patio did not work properly. The locks on the front door was not aligned to get lock at all. When we tested the lock, it broke and we were locked inside! Maintenance came out to fix this (awesome!) but had to replace the entire lock, promised new keys the very next day, and that the locks would be realigned to work properly. This didn't happen, and when I called the office the day after, they had no idea of what I was talking about. Also, per our communication, they were to be left in the mailbox. This was not the case. We actually found them on our countertop when we arrived home. No communication was made in regards to the change of drop off nor was there any form of communication that someone had entered my apartment, which is very unsettling. The locks were attempted to be fixed at this time, but both locks still do not lock cohesively, you have to maneuver the door to get it to work properly. Overall, the preparation of the apartment of our move in felt very rushed, and like it had little to no care or thought put into it. The correspondence afterwards to fix or remedy some of these issue that arose during our move in was lackluster, with almost no communication in regards to what was going on. More communication in the status of maintenance reports can go a very long way. I feel as if I can receive a text message and an email in regards to a new employee or a resident's garage, I can receive updates on my maintenance requests the same way. Not a single person in the office has reached out to me or the other occupant in regards to anything we placed on our move in sheet after the initial turn-in, and then suddenly we received an email stating it had been completed when the locks were the only thing that was looked at, and as I mentioned above, they are not totally fixed. So far my experience has made me begin to look for new apartments, and I have only been a resident for 6 days.

The location of this property was the selling point for me. Quiet neighborhood. Folks seem pretty friendly here and the front office staff it quite helpful. I do think the rent rates are a little pricey, but over all, I have to say, this is the best apartment I've ever rented at to give my personal opinion.

I've enjoyed living here. The apartments are spacious, the appliances:Eager/Dryer, microwave , dishwasher are new and work flawlsy.Thevstove and oven are electric. There is also a garbage disposal. The ac/ heat are dependable and keep the apartment at a comfortable temperature and electric cost are low. Cable and high speed internet are available through third parties. I have a garage which saved the cost of storage shed. I also have doorside garbage pickup. I also am impressive with the maintenance staff. I have had a couple of minor issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiency. An added bonus is a 4th floor apartment with elevator service and a balcony where I watched fireworks from it on New Years Eve. A great place to live.

Mixed feelings. The buildings are well maintained and very modern. There are very courteous and professional tenants, yet their are also several disrespectful and sad to say, tenants that have no regards for the peace and quite of others.

I just moved in, but so far so good. Everyone & everything has been pleasant. My son loves the apartment and the community. It's extremely convenient as far as proximity and so far their have been no noise issues, which is always a plus.

We were looking for accommodation in the Spring area for quite some time, and we found this was a great fit. It's really close to the freeway, so traffic is always at a minimum. All the necessities are nearby, which is always a plus. And best of all, it's just a really nice place to live in: neighbors are nice, the pool and green areas are nice.

Wonderful complex. Quick to follow up on every request and respectful of your belongings. Parking can be a little difficult seeming how everyone lives in this residence. Great area with grocery stores and food options extremely close.

It was horrible from day one. They lied about cable company's, they lied about the apartment being ready to move in, they lied to us about coming to fix issues, and they denied letting us cancel the contract even though we hadn't even moved in yet. They lied about everything to get us to sign and then forced us to pay for the year contract. Horrible place!!! Infested with roaches, horrible maintenance team and the corporate office does not provide any help. They will lie to you to get you to sign a contract and then hold you to that contract even though they lied to get you to sign it. It's actually illegal to do that, but you have to prove it, and since they fired the guy (manager who lied to us) on our move in day, they did not want to cancel our contract because they felt like since they fired they guy, we should stick to our contract. I didnt care about them firing the guy. I just wanted an apartment with the promises made to us and if that could not be provided then we should have been let out of that contract. Horrible horrible horrible!!!!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I think this apartment is comfortable and enjoyable. We think it needs better upkeep with cleanliness outside of the complex and landscaping. We have complained about the people above us being disrespectful with stomping at late hours in the night but nothing has changed.
