I had a generally positive experience living in this community. The property was well-maintained, and common areas were usually clean and presentable. The maintenance team was responsive and handled requests in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Avoid at all costs

Do not move here. Walls are paper thin, management doesn’t address any issues you have and neighbors are ------ and inconsiderate. The stairwells always had trash, used napkins, and smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Loud noise from the unit below us every single night for months and management never did anything. We could not get a single nights sleep. It was so bad that we had to sue the management for not enforcing the lease terms. After winning in court, we were able to break the lease without any penalties and we ended up moving 8 months into a 12 month lease in the middle of a snow storm. It was that bad. Management here is abysmal. TLDR: Do not move here under any circumstances. They are nice to you until you sign the lease then they will treat you like garbage. Plenty of other decent apartments around Alexandria. Also, do not believe any of the 5 star reviews, most of them are from people who toured the place one time and management is probably giving incentives to leave a good review.

prompt maintenance, helpful management, cleanliness, and location, schools shopping center are very close which is very convenient, and just like 7min to metro station. Is a very friendly community.

Beautiful apartment clean neighborhood dog park needs to be treated better. I love living here and would tell a friend.There maintenance people are on point and do their job well. Love the gym and will be going to the pool this summer.

Very safe and trustworthy community. The community is always clean they have the best maintenance / gardening team. I love the community events over the summer and holidays. So many opportunities to get closer to the community and they are children friendly! Also your packages are always safe!!

The management works hard to create a feeling of community here, and the facilities are well maintained. It has a bus stop right in front and a 5 min walk from the grocery store. There is even a place to wash your car!

Very peaceful and quiet community. with shopping complex nearby. Ample parking for renters. A very safe place for kids since there is not much traffic. Maintenance staff are always quick to respond to our needs

Clean apartments with a very friendly and helpful staff to address any issues. Near many shops and schools. The pricier is more affordable than other communities and a good value for the area. The walls can be thin, but there are strict quiet hours so that there are no issue for getting rest. Not very near the metro.

Out of all the apartment tours I've been on this was by far the best one thanks to Charmaine. She has such a warm personality which really made me feel welcomed throughout the tour. We definitely got our steps in viewing the various floor plans I was interested in. The community is well kept and clean.

Moving into Rose Hill Apartments has been an amazing experience. From the very beginning, Esmeralda has been absolutely wonderful. She guided me through the entire process with so much professionalism, she is incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely helpful. I'm truly grateful for how attentive she has been during my transition. On the days Esmeralda wasn't available, Charnee, Vanessa, and Charmaine were also extremely kind and welcoming. You can tell they have a strong, cohesive team that really cares about providing great customer service. Every interaction I've had with the staff has been exceptional. The apartment itself was spotless upon move-in, and the community feels very safe and well maintained. The neighbors I've met so far have been polite, and the amenities are kept very clean. Everything about the complex shows that they take pride in their property and in their residents' comfort. Overall, I'm very impressed and very happy with my decision to move here. Thank you to the entire Rose Hill Apartments team for making this experience so smooth and positive!

Very well maintained grounds and excellent cleanliness of common areas, etc. Friendly staff and great maintenance response. As ever, quality also depends on your neighbors. Summertime means the heavy smell of weed entering your home, if you like your windows open.

Rose Hill is a great community to live in. It's been quiet, safe and a good place to decompress. I've lived here since 2024 and the maintenance team has been very responsive as well if needed. The staff are good at making you feel at home too.
