I've been living in this community for a few years now, and I'd like to recognize the leasing office and, especially, the maintenance team for their excellent work. A recent electrical issue was resolved quickly and efficiently by Alexis, who consistently does a great job. The rest of the maintenance team has also always been prompt, reliable and great in handling my requests :)

Maintenance guys are really very super helping if it's an emergency maintenance request they come on the call and fixes issues. Most of the time they might need to do back and forth but maintenance team makes sure issues are fixed and no more issues again.

Broadlands apartments have been wonderful the past year me and my gf have lived here. Lots of walkable places nearby, Good maintenance, lots of different options for apartments. Pricing seems fair for the area, and after a year it didn't go up.

It is a very safe and convenient community. The staff is very helpful and it has good facilities, also close to the grocery store and Metro. The rent is also reasonable in this area. I recommend this community for anyone looking for apartments in the Ashburn area.

I was happy with your maintenance team here! I had a leak over my sink from the tenant above me.The technician on call called me quickly after my request and came within 30 minutes! He solved the issue in a timely manner and was professional and kind!!!

The community is clean and peaceful. People seem happy and friendly here. It's been a pleasure living here. Rent has increased much over the years. A little too much. The trash area is a little too small for the amount of people that live here.

Theo is a great location. Basic needs like Grocery Stores, Bank, hair cut , kids services , dental , UPS etc all are in walking distance . The walking of heat is also lit and clear . It is a very calm neighborhood!

The community was quaint and nice. I only viewed two one bedroom apartments while looking. The leasing agent was nice and helpful, but seemed slightly overworked due to traveling from different communities under the management. This was frustrating as he didn't seem to have expert knowledge of the property I was interested in. He did his best to answer my questions and clarify what he did not know. The units themselves are nicely renovated and offer great appliances, but there are still a few things lacking. The refrigerators did not have ice makers, the bathrooms were outdated and felt out of place compared with the rest of the space, mechanical rooms were unlocked and disorganized when I looked ? cords/wires poorly managed and quick fixes present. The amenities were okay, not the best in the area. The community seems quiet, few sidewalks, fire department came on site to another building, neighbors can be heard through wall or ceilings.

A great place and a great neighborhood. The community allows access to so many good things including schools, shopping, transportation and other amenities. Great place to have a pet, too. Good walking / jogging trail access as well.

Van Metre is the best. I've lived here for over two years and it's really excellent. The management is great, the maintenance is outstanding. The grounds are well kept. What else can I say a big plus for me

Great living here. The best. Management is great, maintenance is excellent, grounds are well taken care of. What more could i ask for? Alot of poorly managed prperties around northern va. This is not one if them!! Alexis, Emerson, and Martin are great for maintenance!

Maintenance Crew

Had a leak late in the evening. The maintenance crew responded very fast. Martin and Alexis were very professional and fixed the issue . Would recommend this apartment complex based on the maintenance personnel alone.

So far, I've enjoyed my stay at Broadlands. While not new, the units are well maintained. Sound proofing is pretty decent, usually only noise on stairs. I had a couple minor maintenance issues at move-in but their maintenance team was quick to address them. The grounds are well kept too. Having a driveway and garage is a huge bonus as well, although larger SUVs and trucks likely won't fit in them.

Maintenance issue

I was experiencing some clicking noises and submitted a maintenance request. Under 1 hour Alexis came to fix the issue. He knew exactly what the issue was and had resolved the clicking noise. He was professional and pleasant and I appreciate the quick turn around.

Awesome appointment and Neighbourhood, and officer stuff very helpful I am very happy to live here and I'm suggest my friends to move here. It's really good Apartments. i'm questioning sometime by myself why I cannot find this area before, but thank God I chose. I approached if in this apartment have elevator so more awesome and very helpful for elders and especially when people ill people need this I hope in the future stop thinking for elevator.

Triniti and the office staff are nothing but courteous, friendly, and accommodating. It has been nothing but a pleasure to live at Broadlands Apartments and have the opportunity to experience the community and local environment. Spending two years here was the best decision I could've made and there is not a day that will pass that I will not miss the community. For anyone considering Broadlands Apartments, do not hesitate to take the leap and enter into a wonderful tightnit community experience. If you're a nature person you'll especially love the wetlands feel and the ample walking paths.
