    Overall great community, but ------- is horrible at coordinating and ensuring a smooth move in process. Everything else is phenomenal and I'm so far more than pleased with the rest of the staff and the community.

      It's good community for family living. Schools are near by, grocery shops nearby, restaurants near by to this community. Airport also near by to this communities for regular flight travel it's best place

          Actually moved in in 2009. Decent place, but maintenance of property is declining (lawn maintenance is done 2-3x/week which is too much, but painting of gables on roofs, clearing gutters, and powerwashing balconies has not been done since I moved in). High turnover in staff contributes to continuity and communication issues.

                Awesome hospitality from leasing office team! Maintenance team also fixed the issue with appliances in 2 days. We just moved in, so far the community looks good and feels good, it's too early to judge anything! Will review again after few more months??

                  Move in experience is too bad. Once you sign the lease nobody is going to care about you. You have to run behind the leasing office staff to resolve your issues. Maintenance guys were too busy even they can't respond after 10 days.

                    Any of the issues we had upon moving in were fixed within a month or so. With so many people needing assistance, it is understandable that it can take a while. We had issues with our dryer and had to put in multiple requests but it was eventually fixed. The front desk is very kind and does their best to respond to any questions and the maintenance staff is amazing!

                      So far it's been a good experience. It's nice having a team of folks to maintain your place rather than you taking care of it yourself. I do wish the sound through the walls was more sound proof. For the most part its decent though.

                          Have experienced MULTIPLE people not cleaning up their pet's waste. People speed through the parking lots and the snow was cleared away very very terribly. There was no shoveling done anywhere that wasn't directly in front of a building. The area itself is quiet.

                              The maintenance team used to be spectacular and there is still one gentleman, Mr. Saidi who is always so kind and tells us what's going on. However, lately the maintenance team has gone down hill, I've had the same issue for a month now and 3 people have come into our home to fix it and nothing has actually been fixed. I don't know what they're doing when they come in.

                                  Haven't had major issues. Service requests promptly addressed. Location is big plus. Garage availability also a big plus for me. Proximity to interns airport is always appreciated. Nice gym on site and other sport facilities

                                              Parking is always bad. Sometimes, there are cars (and utility trucks) parked in the resident parking spaces without parking stickers and we can't find parking spaces close to our apartment. Since we moved to our apartment, we've had 4 major ceiling leaks. Whenever I walk around the community, there's trash in the common areas, people hanging clothes from their balconies and the grass in our "backyard" never gets mowed. The community captain never contacts me back when I email with a question or complaint but the leasing company has no issues with slapping on additional unnecessary costs and fees, like trash pickup up (with so many restrictions that we just take our own trash to the compactor) and the concierge package (which we don't need and have never used). Suggestions: Cleaner surroundings, offer (not mandatory) paid services useful to others but may not be for some, be responsive to residents' complaints, have a reasonable rate increase and reward/inventivize those who have been residents of this community for a long time (we have been here for more than 10 years).

                                                This is a Great community. Van Metre has great service, great staff, awesome maintenance and people. Grounds are clean and are on point with preventative maintenance. Also, walking distance to restaurants, gym and grocery store. Highly recommend.

                                                  Good community and maintenance is good. But administrative staff are not good towards tenants. Very near to Giant and restaurants. But there is no option for sub lease. And administrative staff says weird rules and no option will be given to tenants other than obeying.
