The Elms is a beautiful community, especially if you enjoy nature, walking trails. Very pet friendly and dog park is easy access. Right next to signal hill park so the trails are great walks, you can see 4th of July fireworks every year and people tend to gather for that. The best part is the great management and staff. Consistently excellent and professional.

Amazing people, very safe feeling community as well as all the amenities I needed provided for free. Stores and shopping centers are close by making the location appealing. I would definitely recommend these appointments to someone looking.

This community is so different than any I've stayed in previously. They give ample notification times for things you may need to adjust your schedule for. They also host so many community events. The maintenance team is filled with super nice gentlemen as well who are quick to complete tasks.

I just moved in and so far it's been great! Neighbors are nice and the staff of the community have provided outstanding service by checking and keeping the residents up to date on community events and other things. Easy access to the playground makes it convenient for parents and simple parking. This community feels safe in a nice area

I enjoy the quiet community, efficient maintenance staff, newsletter, birthday cards(which is really unexpected but nice), the short commute to work, and overall I really like my apartment, the loft, and its a great fit for me. Thank you.

This is a great area to live. I have not had any problems. The staff has always been polite and professional. They make you feel like family. Whenever there are any issues, they are always ready to help.

I love living here. The property is maintained nicely. The staff is kind, respectful, and helpful. I love all the community events for families. The amenities are great as well. I would refer friends and family to live here.

I absolutely love living here. Love that fact that you can find restaurants, library, Walmart, banks, farmers market around the neighborhood and its walking distance. The facility is really clean, my dog has a beautiful place to walk and play. The neighbors are nice.

I'm a new resident. I love the environment very much. I hope I will enjoy it more. We had no issue so far, except the fire alarm went off randomly. A maintenance team member came twice to fix it and finally he changed it with new apparatus. Thanks

Apartment and neighborhood is nice. The apartment has served me well. We are in the process of renovating a home and therefore had to go to a month to month rent which is extremely high. Have rented with Elms properties for greater than 11 years. Have had ups and downs with noise and smoking (hookah, marijuana) throughout the years. The apartment team did whatever was within their power to remediate the situations.

The community is very clean and very open. The parking isn't crazy crowded and there's good room for big RAM trucks or even Nissans. They accept German shepherds and some breeds of pit bulls. The balconies are big and spacious and so are their bathrooms. The train is scary at times if you're not expecting it but this area has great food locations less than a mile away.

The experience has been great, with a great staff, quick maintenance and quiet and safe neighborhood. A friendly community with a nice pool to go along with it. The apartment was also clean when we moved in.

This is a quiet community. It has a safe feeling it's in a good location. The community is beautiful. Lots of green spaces. The staff are sure to offer monthly activities for the residents. The community has nice amenities.

We love this complex. This is one if not the best apartments we have lived in. The staff is always helpful and willing to give your recommendations. The are better than those in the surrounding area for the cost.

I absolutely love living here. I feel safe whenever I walk around and there is lots of places to walk. The maintenance team is quick and helpful. The management group is responsive and communicates often. The apartment is fantastic. No bug problems and I cannot hear the neighbors except for the outside door closing. The grounds are clean and I can see where my rent money is going. I highly recommend living here and it will pain me to leave this place in the future.

The apartments are nice and spacious. The leasing staff is also very nice and the maintenance staff are very quick to respond when you need any repairs. Overall, I would recommend someone to live here.

This community is an absolute gem in the heart of manassas. It's very well maintained and the front office staff consistently provides updates regarding projects or improvements. The maintenance staff is timely when handling requests and issues. Would absolutely recommend this complex over others in the area for the amount of floor space you get for the price and quality of the homes.

I have been happy here. This is a wonderful community. they have events and dinners that I like to attend They have a nice gym and a pool as well as a grill area. I do a lot of walking in the complex and I feel safe doing so.

This apartments are clean they treat people good the employees are nice people they do a good job the people that work in the office try to help people. When you have a problem in your apartment the people from maintendance come really fast to help you with the problem.

This community is a friendly family space with very clean and new buildings. The apartments are appropriately spaced apart to give you a sense of privacy and inclusion. I love the neighborhood feel that the elms provides and I love the pool and other facilities !

By far, this is the best place I've ever lived. I've had no issues with the team or management. They're quick to fix any problems, but problems are rare. The apartments are spacious and modern, and I've really enjoyed being here.

I love this neighborhood! The employees are so engaged and know everyone by name. The community events are a nice touch and the pool is so nice in the summer time. It is a very dog friendly neighborhood as well.
