Great place to live. Good schools for kids. Great area for shopping and dining. About 2 miles from the beach. Office staff is friendly as well as maintenance. Great amenities on site as well as amenities at the sister property a mile away.

The staff at Courtyards of Chanticleer are exceptional and as long as my husband and I are stationed in this area we plan on staying at the Courtyards. The landscape and dog park are always well maintained and the maintenance staff are professional, fast, and knowledgeable.

Overall happy with living here at the courtyards of chanticleer. MOST maintenance request are somewhat addressed close to timely althought some have not been a dress or duct taped solution (they literally duct taped my lock as a fix). The neighbor is quiet,I feel pretty safe and I love the location to work and even closer to the beach.

Overall good experience maintenance could have responded quicker but other than that the job was done and my problem was corrected. I have heard other neighbors complain of things not being done in a timely manner or just not working on issues in general such as ac and lighting problems

Poorly maintained apartments. The apartment is freezing downstairs and blazing hot upstairs. They want you to purchase a window unit for upstairs. The roaches are to the 100th power. Water bugs cover the balcony at night. It's just awful. It's quiet and close to stores which is a plus.

Decent neighborhood, great amenities, pretty good location, decent maintenance, mostly updated, able to pay rent and submit maintenance requests online, can hear upstairs neighbors very well though. I don't know what else to say about Chanticleer. I'm not sure why this needs to be so long.

I have been dissatisfied with the conditions of our property upkeep. Trash area has been overflowing with trash everywhere. It stinks every time I drive by. This is our home area and I take pride in such, wish they would them same.

I've tried very hard to make this our home, but I am losing hope. We have a pest problem. Recently trees are being removed from the property. I've had multiple floods. I have troublesome neighbors. I thought things were getting better, but i am seeing things going down again. I think this s a place for a transient community, but not a place to make a home.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. These apartments are in terrible condition, the company does not hire professionals to fix major issues, the apartments are basically falling apart. The rent is a total rip off for what you have to deal with.

I would only recommend this apartment complex for those in need of a place short term and quickly- the inconveniences I experience are not worth long term renting. If the property was taken care of and maintnanxce problems were fixed instead of a band aid slapped over it or excuses made as to why it can not be properly fixed It would be a different story.

Well, I don't know where to start. This complex is awful, I'm not talking about the stracture but about the mantainance stuff, ---- who seems to be nice but I realized that he was in a relationship with my wife and they had sex multiple times. I knew there was something going on and when I had the chance to check her cellphone and their texting messages and pictures likes his sending his ----- ----------- pictures and talkimg about the experience they had together etc. This place is awful to live in especially when there is no trust with that guy, ---- getting into your house to fix stuff while you are not home and I'm ready to show pictures of texting messages of him and her

I have thoroughly enjoyed living in Chanticleer. It's a quiet, residential neighborhood and has all of the amenities you could ask for. Maintenance is quick to answer calls and get to your place. Everyone is kind and for the most part keeps to themselves.

It's cheap, well kept, and the staff are always nice and responsive. Overall it is an amazing place to stay and I am glad to live here. The community is really nice too and I have never had any problems.

The community and location is nice, it's right by a church and is a safe area. The apartments are kind of old but very nice considering their age. The staff makes sure this place is well kept. They just had obstacles installed in the dog park.

Apartments are in generally good condition. It is close to Naval Air Station Oceana, so there is a lot of jet noise, but that is to be expected. Pretty accommodating for pets and whatnot. Laundry facilities could use improvement.

Everyone is real nice and help as much as they can. The dog park is nice feature to the community and the pool is great during the summer. I would recommend this place to anyone. The girls in the office are always nice and do their best to serve the community well. All in all keep up the good work!!!!

I love the complex and the employees. Its a quiet area and I always feel safe. The employees are always willing to help and even go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.

Living in the courtyards of Chanticleer has been a nightmare Parking Sucks if you have more than one car. Parking spots are super small. Iv had my a/c break more than 3 times within 3 months and the maintenance crew just seems to be bringing in junk parts from the trash to fix it. The amount of bugs that enter through the unfitting doors are astonishing. Its embarrassing to bring any friends over because the water bugs will run you out. The walls are paper thin so you can hear neighbors wisper from all directions. For the price i would definitely recommend looking elsewhere. The only nice thing about this place is the location.

I like living at The Courtyards of Chanticleer. The townhouse is comfortable and lived-in cozy, not stark and bleached. The enclosed patio is perfect for a container garden, and my dogs enjoy going out to sniff around. Electronic payments are convenient, and service always takes less than 24 hours.

The overall apartment is not really anything to be desired, but at least it's not way overpriced, and the area is nice and quiet. Maintenance is a never winning battle to get things done properly. The only thing keeping me there is I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of packing everything and moving just to probably have to deal with the same issues somewhere else.

We love our new townhouse at Courtyards of Chanticleer. We get the same space and privacy of a house but pay an incredibly low price and have help available to us for any issue that we may have. The maintenance team always responds promptly and fixes issues efficiently, and the office staff is pleasant and helpful.

I love living at Chanticleer! Great maintenance staff! All work orders are responded to quickly. The community is in a very convenient location. Very close to shops and grocery stores and the oceanfront!

Poor quality. Apartment was not move-in ready and have had consistent problems with the property since move in. Just plain gross and dull. Would not recommend this to a friend. The only thing this apartment complex has going for them is location.

We have lived here for over a year now and love it! The office staff is awesome, maintenance is always done promptly, and the community is always clean. We love the amenities, such as the dog park and the pool. Our townhouse is spacious and well maintained, and our little backyard is just perfect. We recommend this community to everyone!
