Initially, moving in to my apartment here was very stressful. Due to the apartments being very old, there were a lot of issues (plumbing, mainly) the first few months. However, once all of those issues were handled the rest of my stay here has been good. The community is quiet and safe, and I feel like my apartment is a home.

I love the neighborhood and most of the people In it. Just wish they would be strict on rules we have people that have pitbulls. People who don't pick up after them. We have a ton of kids smoking weed everyday out back of my house. People sitting in the parking lots till 2am blasting music. Had people caught on home security trying to rob cars.This neighborhood should raise the price to everyone and get security.

The courtyards are in an excellent location, near the ocean front and very close to many shops and businesses. These apartments maintain a clean appearance on the outside. This is a nice neighborhood to live in.

Me and my family enjoy living here. They offer good amenities. Feeling safe is a top concern of mine and I have never had any worries about my family or my safety. I think that they have nice landscaping with the myrtles lining the main road of the development. I also find the location to be great!

I LOVE my townhome. It's "home". It's the first place I have rented and truly felt good about my neighbors and the environment. The positives - location, size, privacy. Negatives - it's older...much older. While they have made some upgrades, there is still the issue of not having enough electric outlets (no outlet in half bath or even in the hallway nearby), the kitchen is very, very small and is also the location of the stackable washer/dryer. The heating/cooling system is a struggle of its own...the air does not reach the upstairs. Fortunately they have been lenient about window units. Exterior - there are repairs needed (falling shingles on buildings), the grounds typically needs work - always litter near my door, the dog poop stations are typically full and needing to be emptied, and they could use an additional dumpster as the "popular one" is always overflowing.

I really enjoy living at the Courtyards of Chanticleer. The amenities are great, the location is absolutely perfect, and the price is right. We have been here almost 4 years and will likely continue to stay since home prices are impossible for working class people to afford.

A Great community, fast and reliable customer service. A great place for family and friends to enjoy. Maintenance never disappoints. Love the amenities and clean environment. Staff members were always helpful and resolved all of my problems if I had any. Overall Id recommend Courtyards of Chanticleer to anyone honestly. Thank you.

Very nice neighborhood. Friendly and clean environment, staff is very helpful and supportive. Have lived here for almost 10 years and rarely have any issues. Overall a great place to live. Everyone is very nice and the neighborhood is safe. Very child friendly

Living is this community has been a breath of fresh air. Great neighbors who are friendly but also respectful of your personal space. The management team communicates well and the maintenance team takes care of issues in a timely manner. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

Overall good. The staff is nice. The neighbors are nice. The grounds are well kept and i am happy. The only thing i would want changed is having more than one parking space per home. Most of these are family homes with two car jomes.

It takes a long time to repair a fault. The pandemic would be the reason for the slowness, but it should not be the ultimate reason. As of today, I am not happy with the service. Hopefully everything come back to normal soon.

Courtyards is a great place to live. Competitive prices, good space, great management and staff. Close to everything. Townhomes are made well(brick). Nice pool. Reserved parking. Washer and dryer in home.

I have nothing but the best experiences here at The Courtyards of Chanticleer. Everyone is truly amazing! Anytime I have ever needed any help from the office or maintenance, they responded immediately. I have 0 complaints. Quiet and clean neighborhood with wonderful neighbors.

I love all of the staff and theyre very responsive and care about their tenets. I love the dog park and the pool is very nice too! There is also a gym. And the street parking really isnt bad!I left and came back I loved it so much.

Love the area and location of this community. Very nice living grounds and the community is very quiet, aside from the occasional jet noise. I love this community and how close it is to shopping centers and restaurants not to mention the oceanfront. Highly recommend checking out Courtyards of Chanticleer, you wont be disappointed.

This is my third unit here and I absolutely love it! It is right in the heart of hilltop next to everything you could ever need! The staff is excellent and very helpful, maintenance is quick and efficient. Great place to live, it is very quiet and all my neighbors have been friendly!

Im happy in the townhouse. Have had a few maintenance issues but the maintenance guys are prompt and problems are resolved quickly. Neighborhood is quiet and in a convenient location. Close to everything.

Ive lived in the courtyards of chanticleer for about two weeks now and my experience has been sublime so far. The move in process couldnt have been easier. I needed an apartment desperately and I was in an apartment within a week of applying. Sam was wonderful throughout the whole process and made the move in experience a breeze. The apartment had new carpet upon move in and the place was spotless. I couldnt be happier with my experience so far.

Pet friendly, great location, and decently priced. Definitely worth setting an appointment if your on the market for a new home! Very close to grocery shopping needs, restaurants, military installations, and other shopping needs. Close to freeway exits and entrances. Do your research on this place, ask questions from the staff, and compare with others. This is a heavy hitter place compared to other locations when looking for apartments/townhomes!

The complex is convenient to all local shops and interstates. Minutes from the Oceanfront!! The staff is accommodating and any maintenance issues get handled quickly. The new lighting at night makes it feel more safe.
