This place is a wonderful community to raise children in. I feel safe living here. Never had an issue with neighbors or loud noises. If i hqd an issue with something broken in the place, maintenance is easy to contact and willing to fix it.

I love this community because the location is perfect and surrounded by so many shopping places and restaurants. The staff here has always friendly and solves issues immediately. I love the fact how close we live to the beach less than 5 minutes away and you can't beat that!! My neighbors are friendly and super quiet. My townhouse is spacious and the price is reasonable. I have enjoyed living here thus far!

I have lived out Chanticleer since August 2013 and I truly love living in this community. It has its ups and downs just like every community but nothing as serious to drive me out. The landscaping is well maintained and the office staff is very friendly. Any major issue I have had has always been resolved in a timely manner. The only negative thing I have to say is that the rent goes up every year as most due and I will have to move soon due to the rent getting way out of my budget.

Awesome location, we like having a townhome because you arent the noisy upstairs neighbors or the ones suffering from said neighbors, we like that you are assigned parking spot and theres plenty of parking for visitors. Townhomes have washers and dryers which was our main item in our search for a place especially with a baby. They are obviously old so somethings are a little dated and there are going to be issues (as there are with any place out there) but the maintenance always tries to get your stuff taken care of the day of the issue if applicable.

I’d like to give major Kudos to Colby on the leading staff as well as her manager. And maintenance while I’m at it.. I moved in early January and the first unit I had was extremely small unfortunately (700 sq ft but felt like 400). I would have had to replace all my furniture with smaller furniture to accommodate. I immediately went back to the office and spoke with Colby who was very understanding and empathetic! She worked her magic and was able to get me into a bigger unit for not much more than what I was paying the exact same day and I thank her sooo much !!! And as for maintenance, I haven’t had any major maintenance requests but even with my abrupt move into my new unit they have done their best to take care of every request I’ve had in a timely manner and even have brought my packages in when they come by and I’m not there ! Only cons I have are i’d love a closer dumpster (but then again I don’t want trash everywhere near where I live sooo .. gotta take the good with the bad I guess) and better sealing on my windows..

I have been living at the Courtyards at Chanticleer now for about 4 months. From the beginning, the staff was courteous and helpful, very responsive and informative. The quality of the apartment in which I reside is comparable to the cost of my rent. I have access to the neighboring complex's fitness center, which is always clean and rarely packed. My complex is relatively clean (there could always improvements in this category), and the maintenance team is quite responsive and efficient. The leasing office is constantly sending out emails keeping residents informed on goings on in the complex which I very much appreciate. CaC is pet friendly. I would highly recommend the Courtyards at Chanticleer.

The staff in the office are great! They're always happy to answer questions and have contacted me to check in to see if we needed anything! The maintenance staff was quick to fix our toilet when it wouldn't flush so thats a plus! Definitely recommend it here!

Quiet neighborhood, nice area, pretty close to the beach and close to main highway and stores, you can find anything you need withing 5-10 min drive. Kids play outside safely, inside apt are pretty well kept and office is very responsive with any issues. We just renewed our lease for another 15 months!

The apartment is located in a great area. Weather is good, you can walk or ride bike to beach. Several groceries store and restaurants close by. Dog park, children playground, swimming pool. Fishing pier. I have rented here twice, once in the town homes and now apartments.

Wasn't ready upon move in. Overall poor condition. Unit was is much worse condition than the model that was shown. There was rust on alot of the metal in the bathroom such as the drains and edges of the mirrors. The water heater is poor as I run out of hot water in the shower in less than 20 minutes. The dog park has been flooded and muddy for the month I've been here. The carpets aren't even stapled down on the edges in every room. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors make. There is always some sort of trash in the grassy area outside my porch area. The only good thing that my unit has was a fireplace that's in fair condition.

I love it here. Been here almost a year and don't plan to move out anytime soon. It's a quiet, friendly community, and the office actually knows what they're doing. Compared to my last two places, courtyards of Chanticleer towers over them in all aspects. It's close to everything. The beach, shopping, and all other amenities are right around the corner. The neighborhood is well kept. The floor plans are great, and not overpriced for what you get. If you're thinking about moving here, I'd recommend coming and taking a tour. Andy and Kolby are the two I've worked with the most, and they're great. Highly recommend!

Ive lived in this neighborhood for about 9 months and I love it! Its safe and close to pretty much everything youd want to be close to hilltop :) my neighbors are great and whenever Ive needed help fixing something or even just where to find anything the team in the office has always been extremely friendly and helpful.

This apartment complex is a wonderful place to live you will enjoy all the amenities and well maintanted and great service I would reccomend. Ive enjoyed living here never had an issue. Whenever I had an maintainence issue it was handled immediately, and they always checked up to make sure I was good. They accommodated to my need and looked out for my best interest. Too many internal problems in the townhouse. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Maintenance is nice but the issues that come with the place isn’t worth the money. It’s been an ongoing headache. The dumpster is disgusting-there’s only one for the whole community. Most of the time the trash isn’t in the dumpster, it’s a roach breeding area.

Chanticleers staff is wonderful. They are very great. And good. I like them very much. They make me very happy. They are good. I like them. They are. Wonderful. Yay. Wish the the walls were thicker with a party wall. I can hear my neighbors conversation, tv etc. Maintenance staff are very nice and try their best. I like the modern upgrades. The staff are also very nice, friendly and professional. They strive for excellence unfortunately some things are out of their control.

LOOK ELSEWHERE!! This place is a dump. The Leasing Reps have no concern for their residents. The dumpster area is a health/safety hazard. Maintenance trashes your residence when/IF they show. Vehicles are consistently broken into and ransacked.
