This is a great place to live great scenery good access to beach and also plenty of shops and activities near by. I would definitely recommend this place. The dog park is a great place to take your pet. Very pet friendly community and also a nice pool.

The Courtyards of Chanticleer is perfect if you are looking for a living space close to shopping convenience. The Couryards of Chanticleer is also close to the interstate, and the oceanfront if that apeals to someone looking for that.

Neighborhood is really quiet and clean. Maintenance staff is quick to respond. A small issue personally previously with bugs but nothing to really fuss about personally. It is an overall great community. I have recommended people and would continue to do so

At first glance, this apartment community seems like a good deal for the location and the community is kept up very well. I think it is awesome that residents here also have access to the amenities over at Linkhorn Bay. I'm not sure how old these apartments are, but major renovations need to be made, and I dont mean just replacing the screen doors as that seemed to be a major priority for them instead of much needed indoor detailing. The faucets in the bathroom are disgusting, the tile and grout is almost impossible to clean, and the closet doors were barely hanging on when we moved in. I have had maintenance in my apartment almost every week and it is very stressful and tiring. The staff is great, and have been punctual and professional every time; however I think that even they get tired of having to come out and fix things multiple times. And then on top of this, having to pay $832 for a 1 bedroom simply because of the location is not worth it.

Office and maintenance staff are excellent. Handle any concerns in timely manner. The application and leasing process were very easy. The size of the apartments are spacious. The value of rental cost is excellent.

I've only been here a short time, and I've had one casualty of apt living with my neighbors washer flooding my kitchen, BUT the maintenance guys were apologetic & quick to mitigate the issue. They even offered to take my trash to the dumpster for me. Super nice! The neighborhood is beautifully kept. I love the dog & kid friendly atmosphere. I work at the local hospital so it's conveniently located too. The ladies in the office make every effort to help a nightshift nurse with special notes in my file. I've been very pleased with my experience thus far.

I like where the apartment is located is around stores restaurants and close to the beach, I love the office staff they always help when we have questions, or needthe maintenance staff, always come the same day, they get the job done!! Also I love how it's a dog friendly apartments.

I been living here for almost two years now, I really enjoy how the staff is amazing, when it comes to needing help or if I have questions, there always there. Maintenance always come the same same never take long to come and address the issues. I also love how friendly these apartment are with dogs, how they have a dog park is a bonus for me!. I highly recommend these apartments!

I live at Courtyard and love it!! They do cute things for their residents like ice cream socials and breakfast on the go. The staff is responsive to any issue that may arise or just questions in general. It's a bike ride away from the oceanfront (you really can't beat that) and walking distance to a few cool bars/restaurants/shops at hilltop. They are BIGpet-friendly, which anyone with a big dog feels my pain when searching for an apartment. They love their doggo residents, and I always see the same people walking around the neighborhood with their big dogs too. Did I forget to mention the hot tub and pool we get to use?! I've lived in different townhomes and apartments, and this, especially for the price, is a win

It's a quiet community. I like that there isn't a weight limit on dogs as I love being able to have my Great Pyranees here. You can't really beat the rental rate right now and you get a lot for your money. I also like that I always have access to a pool as they have access to an indoor pool also. I highly recommend it.

If you want to live near the ocean and be close to any store, this is a good place to live. The maintenance crew are great and get things done in a timely manner. The management team, usually can answer any questions and normally get back to you within two hours.

I am not pleased with my apartment home and have not been since move in but because I love the area and the quietness of the neighborhood Ive chosen to stay. The price is good but the issues that result from the apartment are ongoing and Ive been a renter for years. Ive never had as many issues with an apartment as Ive had with this one.

We recently moved to this area from Chicago without touring first. We were happily surprised when we got here with the professionalism of the staff, the cleanliness of the house, and the space and layout of the house. The noise from the fighter jets flying by is not too bad and the walls are thick enough where we really don’t hear our neighbors. Overall I highly recommend this community

Overall, I am satisfied with my experiences at the Courtyards of Chanticleer. The living space is great, and the kitchen has all the needed amenities. The A/C works great, walls are nicely painted, and carpet is clean and comfortable. Parking is readily available, and guests can easily park as well. Bathroom and bedroom are spacious and provide plenty of room for one. The office is pretty easy to reach over the phone/online, and maintenance workers are extremely helpful and nice.

Chanticleer is a great community full of diversity and is located near anything you would need in life. The oceanfront is two minutes away, and the amenities of the complex really add to the quality of life. The property is clean and sustainable, and the management is extremely easy to work with.

I have few to little issues to mention at the time, I really enjoy living here and being close to everything. The office staff is always very helpful and responsive to my needs. Nice place to stay. It's affordable considering the location. Only complaint is one designated parking spot. I have a 2 bedroom townhouse so 2 spots would have been better. But street parking is available and doesn't seem to be an issue if I have guests.

I have lived at Chanticleer for a little over a year now. The community is nice, I have never had a problem with my neighbors. Kolby and Laura at the front office are always nice and helpful with any situation. My lease is up in 2 months and plan on downsizing to a 1 bedroom. I would stay there at chanticleer if the one bedrooms came with a washer and dryer.

I highly recommend Courtyards of Chanticleer. The office staff is amazing, the maintenance staff is very attentive and the complex is small but has character. I feel safe to be home by myself when my boyfriend is gone and safe enough to walk my dog outside any time of night. If you are looking for cozy, Chanticleer is the place for you!

Everyone that works here is amazing, when you have an issue they always on it! It's very quite around here and the area is amazing with every store and the beach down the street it's perfect. This is a dog friendly complex we have a dog park that I love in the complex, it helps us out with my dog gets to hang out with other dogs around the complex.

So far I like it here. It’s quiet and no one causing any issues. The staff mainly Kolby whom has taken great care of me in getting me moved in. The place is old so take it for what it is. Regardless of what you take from this review I hope you find what your looking for.
