The maintenance technicians have always been super fast to respond to any work orders I put in. Mike is great and super friendly. If I ever have any questions about my rent or need help with something, the girls in the office are happy to help. They have even helped me find a local vet since we moved from out of town. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here. It's also awesome that they don't have a weight limit on dogs!!!

Good overall but not enough parking and the neighborhood hoodlums running around banging on peoples doors and running gets annoying. Maintenance is good. The amenities are nice whenever the COVID thing is over and we can use them again.

It was nice at first but now that we have had now four or five problems with our apartment it's become a nightmare. I do appreciate the maintenance team here they're very much so helpful with our problems The fault of the matter is that they leave their equipment in our apartment every single time that they come over. and if we call the office about the matter we're told to bring it over to the office or to the maintenance building

This residence has been my favorite living community so far. It has a quiet and friendly and safe atmosphere. Everyone of the staff makes sure we are happy and any issues are taking serious and professional and resolved in a very reasonable amount of time. The location is prefect and the price and layout of our home very pleasing.

I love living here. The location is perfect! I have wonderful neighbors and I feel safe (which is huge). My townhome is old but theyve done a good job keeping it up-to-date. There are small details like minimal electric outlets and a tiny kitchen - but they can be overlooked for all the benefits! Its home!

I have been a resident for 2.5 years and it's a very safe and quiet residence. Normal maintenance issues like any rental unit but the maintenance staff is prompt and awesome! Great location except for the city re-doing the outer roads, and they will have to put in a traffic light at the entrance bc now it's practically impossible to get out of the community and turn west toward Hilltop.

This is a very nice place for the money, especially its close proximity to ocean front and the military bases near here. I would like a washer and dryer in my one bedroom, but most places dont have them for this price so its okay. The laundry facility is good too, even though it appears small, it is rarely full. The grounds are pretty clean considering it is very pet friendly, and the dog poop I do see I feel is to be expected. Overall a pretty good place.

The Courtyards of Chanticleer is a very cute community. The outside is beautiful, and very well kept. The leasing staff is very friendly and attentive. They made our move-in day go very smooth. I would recommend The Courtyards of Chanticleer to a friend or family member.

Well kept pet friendly community! Neighbors are quite yet friendly! I appreciate the work the management team at our leasing office, the do their best to always accommodate our needs! For those reasons we have extended our stay here at Chanticleer

The experience is good so far. The apartments are older and there were a few issues upon move in, but they were resolved after following up. I tele-work and am therefore home most of the day. The jets are extremely noisy unfortunately. Otherwise, the community is nice and quiet overall.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years. We have enjoyed the location and convenience of the neighborhood. We have everything we need within five minutes of us. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part and I feel safe walking our dogs at all times of day.

Great area to live in, well-kept grounds with friendly neighbors all over. The staff are friendly and quick to respond to any issues. Only problem for me was the recurring airplane noise from the air station, but you get used to it

Apply! You will not regret it. The whole community here at Chanticleer welcomes you and your family! The whole community is calm and safe. People constantly walking their pets at all times of the day. Very family oriented is all i have to say! :D

My experience has been horrible and i will never return to this place Or have someone else live here they dont fix anything and there is mold and everything Leaks and they do not care to do anything about It until threatened to get a lawyer than they try and act like they didnt know what was going On

The Courtyards of Chanticleer is a safe, pet friendly, and conveniently located to shopping & the beach. Management staff appears to be friendly for the most part but sometimes it does not come off as genuine. I moved in March 2020 and I was happy with my experience up until 1. I was assigned a parking spot where tree sap is heavily prominent 2. Once fall time came into effect mice began to enter my apartment 3. I can hear my neighbors tv clearly through the floor #1 does not bother me as much However between the mice & tv noise I cannot relax & have peace of mind in my own home.

Extreamly happy with the community. Wish I had a new AC unit but other than that. All good so far. Would like to renew my lease if they would change out that old ac unit because it drives my power bill up

Living here at courtyards has been such a great experience. the living conditions surpass your expectations. the community is extremely pet friendly, but the best part of staying here is the convenience to shopping centers, the oceanfront and the freeway. i have thoroughly loved living at this warm hearted complex.

The neighborhood is very close to local shopping, stores, and entertainment. It is also fairly close to the beach. Current roadwork is causing some issues with traffic and accessibility, but that should be cleared up fairly soon. Office staff is very personable and helpful. Maintenance is very professional and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. I have enjoyed living here.

Everyone was very helpful. Form the time I inquired until the time I moved in. Since then I have had no problems. Jocelyn, was extremely helpful getting everything set up for me. The staff seems willing to help in anyway they can.

I just need to add that the assistance of ANDREA CLARK , made it possible and pleasurable form us to manage our move from New York. We didn't have a chance to come down to see the apartment as my wife was retiring from her job at the same time as we were rushing to secure a place in town. Believe me we scoured the Apartment Guides, and I had a subscrption to the Pilot for six months before our move. I even connected with other agents who totally misled me. Until I heard about this location, and after being sheparded through the leasing process by Andrea, with a gentle touch-and follow up by her and her staff I ended up in exactly the place I wanted from the very start. Despite the covid crisis we made it here just in time to be here for the birth of our first Grandson. BRAVO

My experience so far has been amazing. The staff has been welcoming and helpful when needed. Maintenance responds timely and has resolved every issue I have submitted. The community is great for taking walks, jogs and the amenities offered are awesome. It's great to be able to have a comfortable home and recreation right in the community. I love it here.

Great location, older style apartments, however great price for the location! Some apartments include stainless steel appliances which is nice, but the apartments itself could definitely be updated. The location is wonderful, only blocks away from the Oceanfront and a walk away from Hilltop!

Have been here a long time and have been through storms, hurricanes, etc. and have always felt safe and the smallest issue has been addressed with prompt and professional service. Love living here. Our community is close to everything. I enjoy being able to have my dog and there is plenty of walking areas. Thanks
