The Chanticleer apartments are wonderful to live in. The neighborhood is welcoming and safe enough to run around with no worries. All staff members have been super helpful with any issues that have come up during my time here. The location is wonderful since the beach is only 10 minutes down the road.

I have called Courtyard at Chanticleer home for 3 years and my stay here has been great.The office staff and the Maintenance team are very kind and always readily available to help.I have lived here for 3 years and just singed my lease again for another year.

I lived here in the past and moved out after purchasing a home. My home is currently under a massive renovation and I moved back to Chanticleer on a month to month until my home is done. Perfect floor plan to accommodate my family. No brained to move back. Andie and staff are awesome

Recently had a maintenance request and it was responded in a very timely and efficient manner. Communication is on point! My only concern is how muddy the premises get, especially for those of us who has dogs. The dog park is especially muddy.

Location is great, excellent area for dog lovers and children, maintenance can be better and just overall caretaking of the apartments and townhomes. The place needs a remodel indoors. Outside is well taken care of but all services requested ade usually taken care of to the best of their knowledge and as soon as they can replace parts...

Questionable at times only due to unforeseen maintenance issues due to the buildings being old .. otherwise is is a very quiet community . The landscape is beautiful in the spring and summer . The buildings just need some TLC .

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, RUN, RENT ANYWHERE ELSE! You have been warned. This has been the most horrific rental experience of my life. You will be charged fees for amenities off-site, fees for water, sewer, trash, etc. etc. etc. fees will add a great deal to your "rent" and for these fees you will get nothing but overflowing dumpsters, loud noise (ie. you will hear every word of conversations and lyrics to every song from adjacent apartments), you will be treated as a rent check only, don't actually expect any of your concerns/issues to be professionally addressed, an actual answer from management will be elusive as again you are not a human with expectations of being treated fairly for the rent that you do pay to this facility - you are only a rent check. This should be a last resort, rent for a month, so you can leave as soon as possible kind of apartment complex.

I really enjoy living at Chanticleer. The staff is very friendly and always respond in a timely matter. Maintenance has always completed any work request on the same day and on site laundry facilities are kept clean.

I have been living at the Courtyards of Chanticleer for a little over a year now. I can say that it has been a complete nightmare . First when we moved there the removed a tree in the front of our yard. After the tree removal the front of the yard looked like a dessert for almost 8 months! Now, I have recently had a plumbing issue were the sewer has came into my townhome. This causes me not to use ANY water on my first floor until the repairs are complete. There was poop and other debris all over the floor. The sewer water is all in the carpet, laminate flooring, and the base broads. The smell of all of this makes it even worse. The unit is not livable but they say it is. They don't want to put us in a hotel, they advised us to contact our renters insurance so that they could pay for us to stay somewhere if we decided to leave. I am extremely thankful that my lease is up in two months but in the mean time I will be putting my money in a escrow account until I believe that all the issues are taking care of. They also pay residents to post good reviews about the property.

I love living here. Honestly, my last apartment was expensive and it was really difficult to speak with them. After living here for a month. I still love my home. Its perfect space with a nice patio. Im in the Chambre layout and its the perfect size. Its a quiet neighborhood with lots of friendly people.

I have lived in Chanticleer for just over four years, and I certainly do not regret it. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The staff is friendly and professional. I also enjoy where the area is in relation to activities, shops, and other businesses. It also has quick access to the interstate. I would recommend this property for sure.

Its okay to live. We have great people in the leasing office to deal with. Maintenance staff is very courteous. Overall though, the apartments are outdated. We have paint chipping on our ceilings, cabinet doors flaking, drafty windows/doors, and poor air circulation to the upper half of our home. Instead of layering a new coat of paint on top of the issues before new people move in, maybe try fixing the problem first. Out of sight out of mind doesnt work very well.

The staff in the office are very friendly. Maintenance is on top of all requests. The neighborhood itself is very clean as well. I would definitely recommend the courtyards at Chanticleer to anyone looking for a great priced home near the oceanfront.

Great office staff made my transition from the military life very easy lovely office team would recommend anyone and everyone to move here very quiet neighborhood assigned parking close to the beach a lot of great restaurants near by just the perfect place to live

The Courtyards of Chanticleer is a hidden gem. While it is an older complex, the management and maintenance staff are very responsive. I have had some rodent and bug problems, but they have responded quickly and kept working on the problems until they were completely resolved. Great place to live.

The Courtyards of Chanticleer is a great community to live in. The price are comparably to similar apartments in the area. The management team is professional and knowledgeable. The residents are courteous and friendly. The dog park is kept very clean and there are a lot activities fr children which provide a sense of community.

This is a great place to live! Laura, in the office, is the best! The location is so close to the beach, shopping and anything else you would want to do. The grounds are clean and look great. I love the swimming pool and walking around.

Nice, comfy place. AC broke but it was taken care of promptly. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Apartment is older and t shows, but overall very nice and comfy. Could use some more exterior lighting though. Nice pool and dog park.

Laura was the best and very helpful with every aspect of moving and made it effortless. the area is a great location in hilltop with laundry and maitaince always available. be sure to ask about Laura she really made the experience great.

Not the WORST place to live. Maintenance is pretty much useless. They PRETEND to know what theyre doing and the truth is they rarely do. Things dont get properly or permanently fixed. Or fixed AT ALL sometimes. Leasing office women, some are amazing, some are just rude and unhelpful. But decently cheap prices for rent. So you get what you pay for I guess.

The place is beautiful on the outside and the amenities are incredible. The property manager, ----, is amazing and she lives on site. However, when I first moved in the property had a water bug issue. Now, rats. Yes, RATS. So far we've caught three in my unit. My neighbor directly across the street from me has caught four. A friend of mine caught two. A lady came in the rental office complaining the same time as me saying one was eating three of her avocados a night. I speak amongst my neighbors and a few of them have issues. ----------- is the most rude and insensitive person there is. My mother is deaf in her right ear so she is unaware of when her voice carries. ------------ the cops on my mother for being "unprofessional" about the rats and other maintenance concerns. She said she was too loud. She said if we didn't like the living conditions we can leave. While speaking to the cops, they mentioned to me that other people in the office stated my mother wasn't that loud. Way to treat the ---------------. (She's fully aware of my mother's disabilities)

Friendly staff, great overall experience! The move in process was quick and easy. If there were any concerns as far as maintenance was concerned, the maintenance crew would have the issue resolved very promptly.

Conviently located, has a pool and dog park.. I feel safe walking my dog at night. I wish the flooring and carpet was more updated and I wish the paint and walls didnt look so old and coated over so many times
