It's been fine, but far from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. It is clean, and I feel safe, however the surrounding area is not very safe. The do not go to the closest grocery store because I feel unsafe and have to drive quite far to get good groceries.

Totally awesome. Fully knowledgeable staff, with quick responses and approvals. Maintenance techs are really quick to respond to issues and knowledgable of fixing problems/concerns. property is really well landscaped with all the possible amenities one could ask for. Great place to live.

The maintenance staff here at Lakecrest Apartments has always been outstanding. Over the three years I have resided here with my family we have had numerous maintenance issues. The job has always been done right the first time and in a timely fashion. I don't know how you always find amazing maintenance personnel, but keep up your hiring/training practices.

I have enjoyed living here for almost 2 years. The change in management a few months after I moved in took a little getting used to, but they are wonderful. They are very quick to address any and all concerns (from pipe leaks to telling your neighbor to turn down their bass music). Wish I could use more amenities at the apartments such as the swimming pool, weight room, and movie theater, but my busy schedule doesn't allow for that. The only complaint I have is the hours of business. I have to be at work at 8 and they don't open until 9, then I'm not off work until 6 and they are already gone. The only time I can see anyone in the office or pick up packages is on the weekends. Early morning or late evening coverage would be greatly appreciated!

i think it is to many bugs they should be spraying something on the grass both my cars are damaged from parking lot i like to work out but everytime i go its to hot one lady in the office told me i couldnt have guest. in the pool so what if my friend has three kids i felt insalted

The attentiveness and courtesy of all the people here is outstanding. The apartments and garages are better than expected. My wife and I have always owned or rented from indeviduals rather than large corperations because of the problems that corps. can have solving problems that occure. Here we have not had those expected problems. We are extremely impressed. Thank you for the good experience.

Lakecrest seems like a very nice apartment complex. The office staff are awesome. Sadly the maintenance staff leave a lot to be desired. A closet door came completely off the hinges and the request said exactly what room. They went into the other room and tightened the screws and the left a note telling us there was nothing wrong. Hello check the right room and you'd see obviously the door is no longer on the frame! Maintenance used to be awesome before new management took over. I don't even want to send in requests because they're a hassle to deal with.

Overall I have been pleased with my experience in the community other than the appearance of the outside of our building. The only other issue I have is with a neighbor who has issued threats and continues to be noisy and threatening and continues to pound on walls and ceiling. And there is also the issue of the appearance of the downstairs hallway. I can not believe that a better effort has not been made to clean the area.

the office staff and maintenance is great. when I did have an issue it was taken care of the same day. the gates are kind of a pain. I like having them but because some people don't know how to drive, they get broken a lot. overall I am very pleased.

We have recently moved in and overall our experience has been great so far, office staff has been very helpful. We are on the first floor and so far the level of noise isn't so bad, we can hear our neighbors dogs bark once in a while but nothing major. As of now I would definitely recommend Lakecrest Apartments to friends and family.

My experience here at Lakecrest has been very good and I would recommend this complex for anyone that is looking for a home. This community is a reasonably good place to live. However, there are more than a few residents who do not care about neighbors and so sometimes this is a frustrating place to live. For example, there are several people who park near my building who don't know how to park properly, who don't think twice about giving my car a door ding, who throw fast food wrappers in the parking lot, or trash in the hallways. Also, rent has consistently risen year over year without any corresponding increase in services. I continue to live here, but only because of the location. I would recommend the apartment complex to a friend, but would caution my friend on expectations.

I have lived here for three years and the first 2-2.5 years were great. Maintenance was very helpful and the place was cleaner. Ever since the new management change, everything is horrible my husband and I have encountered 2 snakes right on the mat of our neighbors door, the first time which was like a year and a half ago we called maintenance and they immediately came and took care of it and this second time which was about a month ago I called the office and maintenance for about 30 minutes and no one answered. The snake ended up disappearing into the other side of the building don't know if anyone else ran into it or not. Management will not do anything about noise. My upstairs neighbors just moved in about a month ago and they have been making so much noise since day one that I cannot sleep. I do not mind the noise during the day but when they are vacuuming a one bedroom apartment for over an hour and a half at eleven at night that is just unbearable and inconsiderate. I would not recommend moving here at least not how it is now with this management. I am planning on moving as soon as my current lease is over.

This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived. The staff is awful. The manager is terrible rude as is the assistant manager. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything everyone is doing around you. The thugs next door woke me up every morning playing shooting video games at 7:30 am. The people above me sounded like they were going to come down through the ceiling. I had to call the police more than 10 times for noise. The gym is never maintained. The hot tub is always cold. The neighbors are generally disrespectful. Honestly, RUNNNNN away from this property. It is the ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!

NOT WORTH THE RENT!!! I moved in last year September and the apartments were nice the staff was nicer but after the new management has taken over it has been a NIGHTMARE!!! I always pay my rent on time and a week after my check had supposedly bounced I was told that I had to pay my rent plus late fees. A notice was put on my door to vacate in 3 days like I was a delinquent purposely trying to get out of payi g my bills. The all female staff is extremely rude! I am always met with attitudes for absolutely no reason. I pay a pest control fee and discovered an ant hill booming with ants at the bottom of the stairs. People have been moving out left and right as their leases expire. From my building 4 families have moved out in 2 months. I pay a high rent for a sloped apartment and unfinished interiors. The gates never work, neighbors speed through the roads and the sprinklers have stained my car with their fertilizer. Aside from tenants bum rushing the gate to open it the gate has been tampered with many times and I feel unsafe here. There is so much more wrong with this property it's insane that the owners have not been taken to court. Keep all reciepts and record any correspondence or nythi g from this management hey are not to be trusted at all. Parking is a free for all unless you are renting a garage.

I have lived in Lakecrest at Gateway Park for almost two years and can say that overall it has been an enjoyable experience. It is a relaxing and quite place to live, and everyone is friendly and does their own thing. The new management staff seems to have taken everything to the next level. From the ground maintenance to the new gym equipment that you can actually use 24/7, they seem to want to create a enjoyable living experience for all residents.When I walk into the club house,I am immediately greeted and asked if I need assistance by various staff members. They are always friendly and helpful, and seem to enjoy what they do! I would definitely recommend Lakecrest Apartment homes!

I have been living at Lakecrest for a year and a half. Aside from the constant thudding sounds, running and fighting from my upstairs neighbors which began about 4 months ago when they moved in it has been a pleasant place to live. The new management has not been any better than the old one we had except the old ones were a lot friendlier and at least greeted you when you walked in the office and didn't act as if you were disrupting their day. I've made several complaints about our upstairs neighbors due to noise and nothing has changed. I have also made complaints about the area around our apartment being dirty and have dog feces but those have as well gone unanswered. If it wasn't such a pain to move I would have moved instead of renewing my lease.

I have lived here for a year. I do like the inside of my apartment and and the convienent locations is why I will stay another year. The exterior stairs and grounds need a lot of work! My neighbors are quiet and I do have a nice view over the lake. I have not had any dealings with the new management, so I cannot comment on them. I do not see any improvements since they have taken over though.

The new managment sucks!! The pool and Jacuzzi are so dirty, with dead bugs in it and cold.. even the Jacuzzi!! They should lock the doors so no one can enter but they don't. . Why..? Thats my question.. kids can get an ear infection or sick .. thats how nasty the pool is... the grounds are dirty, no one to pick up trash! The tan booth that once was working when I moved in about a year ago is not working anymore and who knows till when will it be fixed.. worst place ever since this new managment came in.. not worth the price!!
