Nice staff, very responsive to all requests. Grounds are well kept, and building maintenance is done well. The area is nice, and walking around the lake is enjoyable, with a lot of birds to see on and around the water. A lot of restaurants nearby.

    The place is very nice, I love the lake and the apartment. However, everytime I have an issue to find parking spaces in my building area or my dishwasher stops working and I need a replacemeht, the head manager always has a rude or hostile answer.

      Lakecrest is nice community and the staff is great and very easy to work with! They have should interest in our concerns and are very efficient when it come to getting maintenance done in our apartment! The floor plans are great and the price is fair.

        My experience with the leasing staff was WONDERFUL. Sophia went above and beyond to welcome us and accommodate our needs. I was disappointed in the appearance and cleanliness of the common areas and hallway/stairs and trash areas. Thank you.

          My wife and I are very comfortable here as we consider these apts our home. I honestly don't see us leaving anytime in the near future. The staff and owners are very helpful and friendly. Not necessary to demand I write 200 plus characters to answer a survey

            Management team is very attentive to residents. Maintenance always responds in a timely manner. Parking can be challenging at times. Office staff members are the consummate professionals.                 My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 12 months at Lakecrest at Gateway Park. The only reason we moved out is because our new home construction was ready for us to occupy. The entire staff at Lakecrest - to include the office staff and the maintenance staff - is professional, competent, kind, considerate, courteous, and responsive to our needs. The few times we needed to call in for help (maintenance, etc.), our concerns were addressed to our satisfaction the same day. Our apartment was great, and the lake surrounding the apartment complex is perfect for daily walks. We give Lakecrest at Gateway a perfect 10 out of 10 in all areas. Thank you! Bill & Jenn Pursel

                      The LakeCrest Apartment Community is the greatest selection in the Gateway Community neighborhood. I enjoy the lake, parking garage, utilities that came inside the apartment, as well as the speedy maintenance service that came and replaced any broken appliance.

                          As advertised, which is a compliment. That is hard to find. The staff was friendly from day 1 until I moved in. They have continued to impress me as I realize I need things or help with things. Lakecrest is a really nice community and I would recommend it to a friend

                            the staff is all super nice from the manager to the maintenance guys. They know us all by our names and that makes us feel special and wanted. I would recommend living here, it's HOME! We've lived here for a long time and we don't see new staff like other places see.

                              My overall experience has been okay, there has recently been new staff hired and they have been extremely nice and professional. The price has gone up tremendously, and things have become a little hard to afford, also there are 2 utility companies I pay which I don't agree it.

                                Great office and maintenance staff. Friendly. knowledgeable and helpful. Sophia has the greatest smile. Very nice swimming pool, close to retail and restaurants. Pet friendly, beautiful lake and grounds. Very well kept. I recommend this place to live.

                                  The whole apartment community Is nice and their response to request is very fast.I would like to spend my entire life here my only problem is the rent.                                     The staff has always been very good, along with service of all mechanical issues. Repairs are usually accomplished in a timely manner. I applaud the staff for keeping the area clean despite some residents who make it difficult. Thank you staff.

                                      Apartments are okay... Parking sucks all day everyday, you can never get good parking unless you stay home all day, Office will tell you they'll do something and don't, there are much better places to live for better prices & much bigger places.

                                        Good community. Some crime in the area (lots of postal theft) and the front gate is broke a lot but overall a good lace to live. Maintenance is usually very quick and done right the first time. Office staff is very friendly and shows concern for you and your family.

                                          The Lakecrest Apartments is a beautiful complex. There's always room for improvement but the staff is very professional and helpful.                                             When I initially signed a lease in 2014 the pool and hot tub were open year round and advertised as such. Now my rent has increased but there have been no improvements to my apartment and the pool is closed for most of the year; the months the pool was open it was often closed for maintenance. The gym in the club house often has broken equipment and the AC/heat is poorly regulated. Mailboxes are getting broken into as well as several cars being vandalized although this is supposed to be a gated community with surveillance cameras. It appears that money has been spent on updating the clubhouse and purchasing a sign out front that says Lakecrest that is lit up at night when there are no 'future' residents here because the office is closed- what is the reason for advertising to people who are already residents? This money could have been better spent elsewhere to increase current resident satisfaction. Lastly, I placed a maintenance request regarding insects in my apartment that was never taken care of. This time last year I would have recommend this apartment complex to others, now I would not unless the changes being made start becoming positive and benefiting the current residents.

Usually the staff is helpful and the maintenance is amazing because they helped us as soon as possible for small things we could live with in our house. they were prompt and helpful. The computers in the business center have been broken for a while which is inconvenient.

                                                  The beginning of our lease was great, but then I feel like the customer service declined. We were given different and incorrect info each time we spoke with someone in regards to renewing our lease or moving out. The price to renew was jacked way up for no real reason. We spoke to another tenant and his rent was being raised only a fraction of what our's was going up. The pool seems to always be closed for maintenance. And when it was open in the winter, the deadbolt would always locked so we couldn't access the pool area.
