This area is secured, safe and quiet. I like their Lake, and the different birds that stays in the middle rock. The area is clean,they cut the grass,and they wash the patio. In the office, all of the clerks and the manager are so helpful, and they smile at you once you entered the lobby.

Living at Lakecrest Apartments is a nice experience. We don't have much to complain about. We get a response from the office within 24 hours, when ever we ask for a maintenance fix in our apartment. We would recommend these apartments to our friends because it's a nice community.

my parents are really disappointed it was not what they expected, they expected a department like the one they showed them, however on September 8 they went to pick up the keys and found the department dirty, dirty and greasy walls, dirty bathroom, kitchen equipment in terrible condition, my father took pictures of the whole department I send an email to Kimberly letting him know the problem, I think when renting apartments should make sure that it is in good condition before handing over the keys

I have a lot of things to say they are all good about leaving here a lake crest apartments. From the friendly staff to the service team. I've never had any issues with any of my neighbors it's nice and very peaceful here I've actually recommended four of my friends and they live here as well. And I've only been here for little less than a year and wanting to renew my lease I love it here. Thanks lake crest community

All of the fixtures in the apartments and appliances are the cheapest things they could buy. The water pressure in my unit is so low it takes my laundry two and a half hours to wash. It takes my dishwasher 3 hours to run a load. I stand in the bathroom and listen and try to make sure my neighbors are taking a shower before I get in the shower, if we are both in the same time neither of us can take a shower. I rented a garage and now I can't have a parking space. The best thing I can say about this places you can buy out of your contract.

Love the area, definitely a great place to stay. Would recommend to anyone. Apartment was updated once I moved in, just keep up with your space and you'll have no problems. Walls are somewhat thin so you may hear upstairs neighbors.

Community is nice and quiet. I like that we have access to the lake. Pool is very nice. The only thing that made my move in inconvenient was the carpets had just gotten cleaned the day of the move. Office staff did offer to have it re cleaned.

Office staff is very Friendly. The property looks beautiful. My apartment is so wonderful and everyone around me is friendly and quiet. The lake and the bathtubs are luxurious. I love walking my dogs around the peaceful lake.

Good community with vibrate individuals. In a good location. The office stuff was very nice and friendly; especially during the time I was moving in. Not too far from downtown Denver, close to DIA, and about 20-30 minutes from the Tech center

I have not previously had any problems with the apartments or maintenance service requests. The staff is great ,the service is good and follow up is great.I like the atmosphere. There are no issues with neighbors. Parking can be a problem.

The due date should be pushed back to the fifth of every month. The rate for rent is extremely to high for the quality and space. The restrictions that were implemented through out the years were unneccessary and cased drama (i.e. The towing company that was hired casued confusion and grief). The revolving door (turn over rate) with the staff in the leasing office speak volumes of how the community, as a whole, is treated. However the community is friendly and peaceful.

The community is a very nice, the pool is kept in a decent shape, the two ladies at front definetly friendlier, than the one in the back office, the gym is nice, but I would like to have the pool table in a better condition

The policies are very strict with not much flexibility to your personal situation. You only get 1 parking space and if you rent a garage for $110/Mo it counts as your parking space even though I have 2 vehicles. You have to get a visitor permit from the office if you have a visitor.

For the price that we pay here I'm satisfied with everything. Other places don't offer half of what we have and are more expensive, and not as nice apartments like the one we are renting. Location location!

The apartments are fairly well maintained. We are pleased thus fsr in our experience. Although common areas throughout the complex could use more attention. For example, a birthday party was held at the park this past weekend and the trash has been over flowing for days even though the dumpster is so close. The goose poop is out if control, but what can you do I guess. Pool rules are a little sufficating. We had my sister and her family over Sunday and got scolded bc they are a 5 member family and we are only allowed 2 guests. Yet young teens were there in white tank tops, no bras and swearing like no other. From what I can see too, there is no recycling offered here. Overall, we are enjoying it here. Most neighbors are mindful and friendly, except for the few that drink on the parking lot and leave the empties everywhere.

The apartment is nice and quiet surrounded by a beautiful lake. It has a nice workout gym. The pool is beautiful with a hot tub. The staff is very friendly. And on fridays there is a taco truck that sells.

Property Staff are always professional-they care about their jobs! Love the duck pond and path surrounding it-great views! Love the location as well. Neighborhood is generally quite-great especially after a long day and a person just wants to rest.

I feel like this community is overall safe. A lot of people do their own thing, but if you make an effort, you can get to know other people. For example, I got tacos from the taco truck on a friday afternoon, so I was able to meet members of the community there. Then, I went and got ice cream in the leasing office, and I met a few more people there. Overall, people are friendly and nice!

I lived in that apartment complex in 2011 and moved out a year after because of the management back then. Because of the market 4 three bedrooms in Denver and my work place , I decided to come back in 2016 and the girl that I dealt with was very nice. A month later after ----- left we started dealing with heal . The management is worst than ever . The manager and her assistant are mean like a hungry bull dog. They don't have no respect for people especially minority. I would recommend the management to remove ---------------- from the management otherwise they will bankrupt the complex. I would not recommend anyone to come in this complex. I already stop three customers from moving here.

The move in experience was great. I had a smoke detector that went off in the middle of the night(3am) and maintenance was there immediately to install a new one. I was quite surprised at the quick response time. It's only been a few days, but we already love it!

Great place to live easy access to major highways and DIA. Great community very quiet and friendly. I would recommend to a friend. Upside down is parking but every apartment complex has this issue anyway.

Not very good... management has always been a real big piece of ---- and has ran off the few good leasing agents that I have met. The maintenance workers have always been pretty damn good. High rent and a piss poor management team from day one has sucked. You need to clean ------- house and start over fresh. In my opinion ------ needs to go..... Should have been fired years ago.... you all probably wont even read this but if you do.... take a hint cause im not the only one who feels this way.... thanks for your time
