I have really like living thier, it has been very comfortable. The office people treat me with respect. More light is need it at night around all the apartments, some areas don't look bright enough and more parking spaces or eathir assinged spaces would also work.

This is a really nice place to live in, I been here on and off for more than 11 years, I lived in a one and two bedroom different plans, for me that's the best I ever lived with all the amenities a great place to live the only one thing I will said is have more focus in cleaning in general around the buildings and check all lights working, many glass windows are too old and they are fog in between the glasses so they need to replace, play ground it needs maintenance I can't take my baby right there because it looks ugly and unsafe, have more control in don't let people do maintenance to there cars in parking lot, it's prohibited as far I know. I hope all this it will help to have a better place to live to a new residents.

Staff has been very nice and helpful. The maintenance staff is excellent and responds quickly. Amenities are clean and working. Apartment is spacious and clean. Grounds are disgusting! Covered in trash and animal waste. The crown molding looks like it was installed by an ape. The electric stove only works when it wants to. The community laundry facility is dirty and most of the machines don't work.

Amazing service. The apartments are definitely worth the price. We have not had a problem at all. The staff are absolutely awesome and they were very flexible to us moving in. The apartment was ready in a timely manner for us to move in. Love it

Unit was available for immediate move-in. When I asked about credit scores I was told that mainly they look for evictions, which I don't have. So I applied, then after I spent $50 on my app fee I was told they needed equal 2 months rental deposit.

I love living at this Apartments complex, it's a really calm place to live never have any big problems or issues, the office has really nice agents working there which are really carrying and polite. I would definitely recommend Lakecrest to family and friends.

Beautiful quiet, lake home for my son and I. We love it here. The staff all know us personally, I get exceptional service and I have a beautiful apartment home located close to my work, DIA and downtown!

The community is great, although there has been some issues concerning some recent tampering with the mailboxes... Otherwise, the amenities are great. I especially like the gym that's open 24hrs a day 7 days a week. There's also a pool hall which is a great place to challenge your buddies.

The entire staff is awesome!!! Wayyyy better than the last girls 4 years ago totally snobby and unfriendly and rude. The girls in the office always have a smile on and willing to help. If something goes wrong they earnestly want to make it right. The maintenance department has done a beautiful job painting and they are also friend and waves to say hello. It has been very peaceful and relaxing. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The apartment exceeded my expectations when I toured it. Staff is very friendly. Apartment was clean and in good condition at move in. I was missing a fridge, and they had a brand new one installed within 24hrs. There is frequently dog poop outside the building, also I have noticed a few tenants letting their dogs out without leashing them.

Not satisfied overall. For the amount of rent I pay plus the other ridiculous fees, this place should be impeccable and it is far from it! Lots of garbage, cluttered patios, unsafe/healthy amount of dog waste. Security gate provides little to no security.

High end finishes in the kitchen. The parking garage situation. (There wasn't any available in near my unit). Maybe a little more parking. But over all if I was to rate the apartments and the community out of ten it would definitely be an eight point five.

With all of the painting getting done it is becoming into a more modern and nice living place. The prices are reasonable then most other apartments in the area. Our only issues with the property is the big spider problem that they have (at least in my unit there is.) Also, the one thing that makes us not like living here are the lady's in the office. They all seem very unprofessional. Evertime I go in the office they seemed to be bothered and annoyed to take care of our concerns/questions/request. I have also whiteness one of the managers yell at some of the kids that live here and kicking them out of the business center. (I agree they should not have been there but its not what you say but the way that you say it makes a whole difference.) I think that they should be more hospitable and make their residents feel more welcomed.

my experience was very good. the staff was pleasant and we are very happy with our apartment. it was clean on move-in and everything in working order. The surrounding areas are a very nice compliment to living here. The washer and dryer are a big plus!

I was in a hurry to move in and Miriam was able to find an apartment that fit my needs. She showed me several plans and apartments and gave me info to help me make my decision. She was super helpful in getting my paperwork done and explained everything clearly. The grounds are beautifully kept and the apartment and appliances were clean. The only downside is noise. I can hear dogs running around upstairs and I can hear people outside.

Spacious apartments. Excellent facilities (workout center, pool, spa). No problems with parking. All maintenance requests were handled quickly and thoroughly. Well lit walking path around lake. Easy access to multiple restaurants.

Generally good. A couple of problems with pitt bulls and anoying neighbors, but for the most part ok. That is all i have to say. I enoyed working with Brenda. I wished i could afford stay. I enjoy the convienience but it os too expensive to stay here.

Love this place! There are a few "convenience" matters that I would like to see change (pool key working on all pool entry gates, pool restrooms being unlocked during all pool hours, etc.) but otherwise Incredible. Helpful staff and exceptional maintenance.

The community itself is amazing, personally I have no problems with any of the residents here. Very family friendly and pet friendly. The apartment homes themselves are huge and the complex is gated, making it that much better. All in all, will definitely renew my lease here. Thanks and kind regards XO

I have already typed a response to this and it was deleted. In short, the office is rude, they are only concerned with collecting money. If you have any maintenance issues it is not a concern of there's, because the property is too big for them to appropriately manage

I would stay here when my lease is up in May but the rent increase is too much for my budget. I like living here, the new office staff is great,,never a problem with maintenance,apt.is nice but rent is too much, especially for the size of the apt. There used to be issues with lighting/feeling a little unsafe but they've worked on that, added brighter lights. Dog waste situation continues to be an issue but what can you do? Sometimes others living here can be pigs...not picking up after themselves and their dogs, trash just thrown out of cars into the parking lot. I like living on the lake very much, wildlife all around, fun to watch. Office staff got better, the pool closed for the winter...thatS good. It was a waste keeping it open. I want to stay but can't afford to.
