Moved in a week ago and had a few issues with the window insulation and dryer connection not on correctly however maintenance got it taken care of quickly. It is a very nice place however the trash fee is extreme especially when the rent is already a grand. But overall I would recommend this place for the convenience to the airport, nearby shopping, food places and comfort.

my alarm was setting off and the gentleman checked it a few times and he did not leave to make sure the situation was corrected which I appreciate he is very kind And polite. He let me know that I could call again if the problem was existing but he was sure what he done corrected it.

Vanessa in the office has been amazing! The apartments are decent. Some of them need some maintenance, but they will do it when you move in. The do allow smoking in the apartments so make sure that you smell your apartment before you rent one! And be sure to get rent quotes to lock in the rates.

I have had a really good experience with Lakecrest; everything from other renters to the staff. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I love living in Lakecrest. The location of Lakecrest is great, so many things to do around the area.

This aparment is great. I love having the lake around. The all year round heated pool is nice. The 24hr gym facility is great because I save money on gym cost.There is only 1 more apartment complex around so the traffic is terrible. I would reccomend it to people.

Overall, it has been a great experience. I love living along the lake, the amenities are nice (wish the pool was open year round and heated though), the manager is really great and responsive. The maintenance has been really great as well. The rent is not bad compared to other Denver area apartment communities. Rachel M

It has only been a short time since we have moved in, but the staff has been great to work with. the staff has been promt and friendly. the grounds of the property are always clean and well kept. The neighbors are friendly and always welcome you with a smile.

I really enjoy living here at Lakecrest. It's a quiet gated community with a lake and plenty of wildlife :) My 4 boys really enjoy living here with access to the park only feet from our apartment. The pool and fitness area are a great bonus! I would recommend Lakecrest to anyone looking for a nice quiet apartment.

Its been pretty nice there is a girl in the office thats pretty rude the few times i have called I don't want to say her name but other than that I enjoy living in this community the parking is usually Full at night but I can live with that I like living here it's a pretty calm community!!

Unfortunately this was the not the beautiful gated community we originally saw on the brochure. Mail theft, car break-ins, vandalism along with many rude and disrespectful neighbors. The rent is very high for this area and lack of sense of security. Also the buildings are obviously very cheaply made in that you can hear your neighbors above and below you and to the sides as well.

Upon previous resident moving out the leasing office is not thurally going threw what's wrong with them. If you ever transfer an apt information that's given is never correct. And service request shown as done but we're never completed that's all

I've been living in these apartments for 3 weeks now and I am very pleased with my unit. My unit had a few cleaning issues that took some time to resolve, but overall the unit was clean. I would have liked to move into my unit with it ready to go and super clean, but this was not the case. I am very happy with my unit, it's spacious and I get tons of natural light. The grounds surrounding the apartment buildings are well kept and mostly clean, but the security gate pedestrian doors are not secured while all the doors are broken. This defeats the idea of even having a gate.

This is a good place to live. The Apartments are nice and a good size for families compared to other apartments we looked at for the same price. The pool is great and having a lake to walk around in the summer is nice. I love being able to use the conference room when I need to for business

Being a first - time renter, I was not sure what to expect but Lake Crest has made it easy and stress free to live in their community. They are quick to respond to any maintenance issues and the personnel who work here are wonderful! I'm happy to say I just renewed my lease!

I was disappointed when we moved because our apartment was not properly cleaned. The maintenance staff has been really great to remedy our issues and have been very efficient. The only other concern I have is that the community passenger gates are ALL broken so the purpose of a gated community is negated. These pedestrian entry doors should all be locked.

It's a great environment to be at, safe and feels like home its close to alot of restaurants which is walking distance dont even need your car to go out to eat. I like how i can be able to walk around the apartments complex without having to look back I love walking around the lake, this place is just amazing,

I was very happy staying in this apartment for more than 2 years now. Every time I requested a repair the maintenance people always came in a timely manner. When they fixed them I never ask them to return to fix them again. The maintenance people really doing a good job!

The Lakecrest complex owners put money back into keeping the community clean and updated. Apartment rents need to go down and not continue to increase as the complex gets older. Complex needs more speed bumps and ramps as people drive to fast through the complex especially on either side of building 4.

My apartment has been very comfortable. When I've had a problem with any thing, maintenance has been prompt and taken care of any issues. Everyone has been friendly and the grounds offer many enjoyable amenities for our enjoyment. Would highly recommend this apartment complex to my friends and acquaintances.

Very nice and ready to help office personnel. Maintenance was great, they were there within 24 hours of call. Very centrally located. Nice walk paths for adults and my puppy. Everything seemed to be updated. New washer and dryer. Grounds were kept nice and mowed.

Maintenance crew is awesome, they have taken very good care of us when we've requested something. The leasing office employees are a little more serious, it would be nice if they were a bit friendlier when calling, seems a bit tough to joke with them. Overall a nice property.
