Nice and safe area. I've only been here for 7 months but have it had any major issues or complaints, except that there are way too many people who do not pick up after their dogs and the apt complex doesnt seem to do anything about it.

Nice place, well maintain and great services offer. Staff is courteous and and very helpful. The site itself is very nice with the lake surrounding the project. Very easy access and close to highways and airport.

We just moved in a fee weeks ago, and even though our move in date was pushed back it was worth the wait. We are very pleased with the size and quality of the apartment. Some of the neighbors are a little messy but I don't think that changes anything about the management team or community.

If you are looking for a great place to call home, look no more. Lakecrest apartments are the best apartments I have seen around Denver. It's a gated community, you get a washer and dryer right in your unit (talk about convenience), if you were to place a work order someone will come the following day and fix it, the leasing office has a business center where you can print and fax for free, staff are always helpful and will make sure you are completely satisfied. Every time I have had an issue I just call them or email them and they help me immediately. I love our apartment, not only how much space we have but also the noise level is very minimal! Come and check out this community, I'm sure you will not be disappointed!

It's been fine so far. The leasing managers are very nice and accommodating and the community is very respectful. The parking may be a little congested from time to time, but it isn't very often that I can't find a parking space near my building.

Parking is brought up to staff they get snark and say first come first served or you can rent a garage if you want a guaranteed spot. 30 units in our building and only 23 parking spots.See the problem?This complex thinks parking permits are the answer to lack of parking spots

Its not the best community to live. Our neighbors leave trash in the breezeways. The leasing office dont address the individuals because trashing is still left out. The field mice and geese have a hay day with the trash that's left out. Another resident was stealing our cable line. The service request aren't addressed in a timely fashion. For what we pay for rent and upkeep this community should be alot better.

Extremely average especially for the price. Polite staff, but ineffective and if neighbors have bad habits, staff may or may not address them. The complex is close enough to DIA and the interstates to make travel easier.

Awesome! The staffs are so friendly. Staffs are so professional and the landscaping of the premises is outstanding! It's very clean n top it off very secure for children playing around the community. I just love this place and the staff members!!

So far excited for our new home here at Lakecrest ! The staff did an amazing job at helping us get all our paper work ready so we can get settled in quickly . I also feel safe have a team of professional looking out for the property .... and the maintenance staff work quickly and efficiently to resolve a small issue that in all helped our move in a wonderful experience!

Unprofessional and misleading. Promised things would be available in the apartment that was not there. Management does not take accountability for their mistakes. Parking is horrible. No snow plow in the winter.

I am overall satisfied with the community. Office staff is very helpful and professional. I like the lake view. Apartments are in good condition and being upgraded. Maintenance staff is also very responsive. I would be happy to recommend this to my Friend.

I've been at Lakecrest since November 2014. Brenda, Kim, Sophia, and Gretchen in the office are phenomenal. I once was taking a minute break from the gym by going next door to the office to get some water. Sophia came and sat next to me as I tried to catch my breath. She was so incredibly nice, ensuring I was ok. Kim always comes over with the biggest smile to greet my 3 year old son, and Gretchen has always been resourceful and helpful. At Christmas time, Brenda and the rest of the girls were putting up their Christmas tree. My son and I walked in after going to the gym and they let him decorate with them. (It's the little things!) Not only are the ladies fabulous, but the maintenance guys are great as well. Roger, one of the guys, is always smiles from dusk to dawn. He is a go-getter and he and the guys are always hard at work. When the blizzard hit back in April, those guys worked round the clock to ensure safe driving conditions and walk ways for our elderly. I have yet to have a terrible thing to say!

I've never dealt with such terrible management in my life. Maintenance has no clue what they're doing. You can hear every move someone makes in the floor above you. Reeks like weed every day even though they say the residents aren't allowed to smoke on this property. There is bird sh**, literally everywhere. You pay thousands to move in, but the apartment is dirty and covered in dust. Half the lightbulbs were burned out upon moving in. Everything is falling apart, I've never seen such cheap materials used. Ready for my lease to be up, never looking back at this place again.

Great personnel made me feel very welcome and helped me with the move in process. The personnel in the office are very polite and is a great change of pace from where I came. Sophia even contacted me when the price on my apartment went down. Amazing place minus a little noise from upstairs.

I moved in about a week ago I moved in about a week ago, and I am very satisfied thus far. The staff in the leasing office and the other community members have been friendly and helpful. The apartment is a good size, and everything included is in good condition. My only complaint is that our stove has not been working since I moved in. My roommate called maintenance yesterday, and they said they would send someone, but no one ever came to look at it. I will be calling again tomorrow.

I've been a resident here for 8 months, and I really only have one complaint, which is that they really need more than three dumpsters for several buildings. The Community is reasonably quiet, and service requests are taken care of promptly.

I was not to happy when I moved in, there was some issues, but the staff moved to fix 90% of the issues very fast. They worked in a very professional manner to get the results that I required. There is still the issue of parking, which is still in the works.
