    Over the past 4 years the outside appearance as far as the breezeways have gone downhill. The price of the apartment that we live in has gone up significantly for the amount of space that we have. There have been no offers from management to improve the apartment that we are currently living in.

      The process moving in has been easy. I enjoy living in a gated community, it makes me feel a lot safer at home. The community is quiet for the most part and a lot quieter than other apartments I have lived in before which has been great. The community amenities are great especially the package lockers

        Only staying due to location. Service. Grounds Awful. I wish they listened to their tenants and improved all areas of the living experience at the complex. There are other choices but no place is ever going to be perfect. Jerome Hopkins

          It has been awesome experience, I was told about the ceiling fan that was supposed to be there in my living room that has never been put in. other than that all is good. I have spoken to someone about it and I was told they would take of it and I have not gotten a visit from maintenance or any letter form office. Please fix as soon as possible.

            The community and new apartment interiors are beautiful. It has the largest and nicest pool in the area. The management, leasing, and service team are very cordial and responsive. One of the best communities I have ever lived at.

              Just got back from Neurologist who confirmed that the heaches and seizures I was having were caused by all the mold in my Lakecrest Apartment! Do not rent here they cover the mold with drywall! I libed here for four years and the last year was the worst, thankfully I haven't had a seizure or bad headaches since I moved out! If you have children this mold can kill them! And the mold is under drywall now! Don't let them fool you its there!

There was a leak which had been neglected by the previous management company, but we addressed it as quickly as we could when it was reported to us after Cortland had taken over. We take claims of organic growth extremely seriously. We used fans and inspected your home thoroughly for mold as our residents' health and safety is of the utmost concern to us. The charges on your account were due to damage from smoking inside your apartment. Smoking is prohibited in our community as detailed in your lease.               I think overall it okay, but at times, they could be a little more personalbe. That some people, not all of them, but they too also represent the company. On some occasions, the phone just rang, or it went to another service that told me to just call back.

                  The leasing staff is great. Most of the maintenance crew are wonderful also. The team in charge of construction is a joke. Little to no supervision or follow up on poor work being done and the construction crew regularly leaves dangerous equipment and materials open and out in community areas.

                    You all are the third complex management staff. I think the newly renovated apartment homes are nice. I probably will not be a resident one my lease is up in February. Having to have a minimum amount of characters is silly.

                      It is a expensive place to live compared with other new appartment community,no one follow the rules of the community, specially the pool,not very secure the gates,too much noise every single week with the landscape.

We are looking into getting someone to monitor the pool area, but in the meantime we ask that if you see anything that should not be happening there, to please reach out to the office or our security company. We are currently working hard to improve the landscape around the community by planting flowers, trees and other items. We are also repairing the irrigation lines.                         If you're looking for a place that is close to what Denver has to offer, but far enough away that you don't feel like you're in Denver, live at Lakecrest! The recent upgrades to the apartments are top-notch, and the nearby lakes will enable you to "escape" from the city and enjoy some diverse wildlife. Lakecrest is definitely a great place to live!

                          I enjoyed living here, the landscape was better when the last company took care of it. I have not been able to get my AC to work in the years I've lived here. I believe the staff is professional and very courteous

                            You can hear taking fating at midnight, smoking at the balcony, and at the phone any time day or night, sometimes the noise wake me up from upstairs and when someone is using the star all the apartment vibrates they dont fix anything fast, they forgot to hold a unit for you, some people looks down to me from the office you need to make sure they treat you with respect

                                    I love this place , the staff are really helpful and polite. I can't wait until tha pool and bar bq areas as well as tha dog park are done.                                       If you are smart you will not rent from this complex----petty petty petty----a tenant has a bike in the bike rack outside of building 1 and they want the person to remove because they want it to be clean in the breezeway! Cortland properties way to go all long time tenants are leaving!!!!! The office manager Ashley is so condescending, she should go back to cherry creek where she belongs!!!!

                                        Hi Darlene,As discussed, the area under the stairs of the breezeway is not a bike rack. It is an ADA stairwell guard for the visually impaired. A courtesy email was sent out to all residents of your building on Friday asking for the bike to be removed by Monday. We do not know if the bike belongs to a current resident or if it was left behind by a former resident. We simply want to ensure we comply with fire department/county regulations as well as ADA regulations and follow lease guidelines. If a bike is chained to the stairwell, we are not complying with regulations and can incur fines. Additionally, this helps us keep our community common areas clean and enjoyable for all neighbors.                                         Mold mold and mold behind every wall! Black toxic mold behind drywall! Toilets flush and you can hear the water running behind the walls! If you have children this complex could kill them! I came out alive but had seizures while living there because of the toxic mold! Staff did nothing after moving out they charged me money which I am sure did not go to improving the apartment! I couldn't even go back in to move stuff out because I would walk in the door and become sick so they charged me! I fortunately I left a jewelry box with some valuable jewelry in it! So I payed the evil property management 150.00 to get the mark off my credit report! I believe in Karma so I pray that someday anyone involved with company gets what's coming to them! Left that complex 2 years ago and still think about how sick I become from living there! Please do yourselves a favor and stay away!

If you are having issues with neighbors, my team and I are always available to assist. If needed, we can issue citations and if the neighbor's behavior is not corrected, this can lead to an eviction. In regards to any maintenance issues, we actually offer a 48 hour guarantee that service requests will be handled in that time frame. If you are finding that they are not being handled both quickly and efficiently, please let me know so I can make sure they are going forward. Unfortunately, rental rates in Denver as a whole are increasing. Our rents are based off the market rate going for the area. We do try our best to make sure you are getting the best value possible for it through updated amenities and homes.                                                 Lake Crest Apartments seems to be a great community with clean and well maintained landscaping and professional and kind employees. The only issue is that I waited a month and a half for a new renovated apartment and when I moved in there was multiple issues within the apartment like washer water lines were switched, lights were burnt out, toilet seat was missing a screw and was very loose, shower rod was loose, cabinet drawer was extremely hard to open, kitchen sink faucet was loose. I also was concerned about my inspection report because I was told to do it myself, without a representative. I think it would be very helpful to do my inspection report with a management team member to insure everything is accounted for.
