I have had multiple issues when it comes to the professionalism of Maintenance completing task from my home. Unresolved work orders being closed in the portal. Push back on known issues I was advised would be resolved. Overall argumentative Maintenance unwilling to do their job promptly.

The community is a quiet community and has a lot to offer like the gym, pool, and dog park. The trash area could be a little more tidy. Overall a nice area to live. The homes are also very spacious

Most of the things have been good. But maintenance has not been great. We have problems that persist and things not done correctly. Staff is nice, and area is well kept. Overall good. But could use some better maintenance for sure.

Good for short term lease. Lazy maintenance and unprofessional. Alvin is the best in office to talk to. Bugs everywhere. Not all Workout Equipment works. Broken car wash station will steal your coins.

Please fix my issue with the thermostat this is unacceptable it has been hot in my apartment for 2 weeks straight and I can't take it anymore I need this fixed immediately and please don't take long. Thanks

I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move to the Brandon area. I have been here for several years now. Everyone from the office staff to maintenance and my neighbors are lovely people to be around. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to solve any problems that might arise

I tried getting thus issue resolved a few times before. Billy came looked and the issue at hand, saw a couple other things a d repaired them all. It only took about 30 minutes from start to finish for all of the issues. Great job Billy

lived in this apartment community for several years and had a great experience. It's a well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming community that truly felt like home. Since moving in, I have experienced multiple unresolved maintenance issues. The washing machine does not work at all, and I have been unable to wash my clothes for over a week. Communication and response time from management have been slow and unprofessional. I hope the company improves maintenance efficiency and overall tenant support for future residents.

Grand Isle is a quiet community amidst the hustle and bustle of Brandon, strategically located with Bus connectivity catering to the Mall that is a hub of many other routes. It also has many eateries closeby.

The community feels safe and clean, the people that work in the office are professional but still make you feel welcome like family! The complex is super close to interstate and shopping. The grounds are well kept and trash is kept to the designated area, maintenance is fast and accurate. We love it here!

I have no issues with the property. Any thing that pops up are quickly and efficiently resolved in a timely manner. Someone even came to help reinforce a window before a bad thunderstorm after I discovered a leak.

This is a very nice community to live in. I have been here since November 2011. Over time there has been new ownerships. By far the current property management team has been the best. Lots of improvements have been made.

This is my second lease almost completed. This is a pleasant neighborhood for peace and quiet. I love my few of the pond. I work from home so it's definitely an amazing view while I work. Maintenance is always done in a timely fashion.

It is easy to fill out the application and sign the lease online through their system. It was easy to move in. Maintenance department is extremely responsive including on nights and weekends. The property is clean and well maintained. Bugs are minimum and pest control is upon request. The wifi is poor but you have the option to upgrade your unit wifi for an additional fee.

I do like the property not sure if I will be here next year with how much the rent has went up. So we shall see. I understand that the rent has to go up but one of the first few years my rent jumped up over two hundred dollars. I did decide to stay but that was on me.
