Lots of issues upon move in. Was shown a unit that was different than what I moved into but he being resolved. Community has run down areas like dog park and shared areas (garbage, cigarette butts everywhere graffiti). This has been brought to management attention but not sure if anything will be done about it.

Experience has been great, just unlucky with the A/C issues occurring day after we moved in. 4- days later maintenance came to work on our water heat due to flooding downstairs and now we are having water flow issues in the master bath

I can say I have a good experience living here. Maintenance staff come quickly to check and repair anything that needs to be done in the apartment. The office staff are very courteous whenever you call them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Kelly is horrible at her job, to say the least! Kelsey is rude, and these apartments are old and infested with roaches!! Stay far far away, the show units are just that, for show. If you ride around the property you can see what it really is....Window A/C units are everywhere because they don't want to upgrade the units that are currently struggling in this heat.

I would not advice anybody to live here. They do not care about nothing. When you make complain they claim they will fix the issue and ain’t doing s***. If you want to live peacefully and happily do not live here, keep searching. Thank me later.

I've had a very positive experience at this apartment community. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The maintenance people are very quick to resolve any issues. The community is picked up. Garbage picked up and looks nice and one of the main things for me is there's no bugs inside the apartment. I would recommend anyone applying for here.

Love this community from maintenance to the staff at the leasing office everyone is very professional and kind. It feels like a community no drama no trash very clean kept and very organized. we receive email notifications for anything going on in the community we just resigned our lease we love it here we will be here until we purchase a home

Great staff

Its had highs and lows like any other apartment complex. Maintenance staff has improved. The front staff is always respectful. The biggest issue is people picking up after their animals. Pretty QUIET!

I recommend the complex to everyone. It's a great community with reliable front office staff. The maintance is incredible! I've never lived in a complex where they regularly attend to landscaping. Most importantly, the community is safe. I know some of my neighbors and everyone is sticks to themselves.

Community is fine. Apartment I got was not newly furnished at all. I dealt with it because rent was only $1000. Now being here for 3 years, rent has increased so much and still live in an old apartment. The cost is not what the apartment is worth. If it was renovated I'd agree but it isn't. I even tried to get a bigger and more furnished apartment in the complex but I'd have to pay a $500 transfer fee? That's just ridiculous. Either rent needs to be lowered or I'm looking somewhere else

So far I've had a wonderful experience. The office staff is amazing and always address any issue that I may have. I haven't had to use maintenance very often however when I do submit a maintenance request the response time is fast and they are very efficient.

i have been living here for 6 years, before it has been very clean..lately it has been taken care of with low mantinence. People walk their dogs ans dont clean after them, these last months, they have been more careful and cared more for it. I appreciate hector because he helped me resolve my apartment issues. And the woman at the office that responded to my request faster. Thank you

Good neighbors, quiet, awesome staff, great closet space and amenities. I really can't hear my neighbors thru the walls which is a plus. At the rate I'm paying, it's affordable and greatful, any higher & I may have to leave the county/state.

So far my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Jennifer in the front office is absolutely amazing and will help anyone through any issue that they are having. I'm honestly happy that I did get to meet her because she's that awesome. The maintenance staff is also amazing. They come as soon as they can and I don't think it's taken them more than 24 hrs to come and fix any issue I may have had. The grass stays cut and there's always someone going around making sure the grounds stay clean. I love it here. Thank you to all staff that makes this possible.
