I love The community and staff. Super chill and relaxing. Feels like a true home. It's safe and everyone is super nice. We absolutely love 2211 Grand Isles. I tell Everyone to come and check it out and move here

The units are nice office staff is friendly and helpful however, maintenance isn't the best. We'll have work orders in for months and have to call the office to get them to make the maintenance people fix our request

The Office and Maintenance staff are AMAZING. The ladies in the office made my move in a breeze. The manger over maintenance help made my house a home. Such a quiet area. Close to all the shops and I-75.

From the beginning Jennifer and Kelly has been professional and courteous I would invite anyone that is interested in a beautiful well kept apartment to come and live contact the office if you're looking for an amazing place to live.

I really like this community the apartment is perfect and all the workers are excellent the maintenance service is very attentive the girls in the office I am also very pleased with everyone It is a quiet place to live, very nice and very comfortable

Jennifer is really great in the office, and committed to helping you. I'm not sure if Jerome is still there but he's very approachable, and kind. The maintenance staff is experienced & responds quickly. I appreciate all the assistance I received when I was switching units as well.

Front office very professional and welcoming?haven't had any issues for the past few months of living here.maintenance is kept up well and the environment is very friendly?.rooms are spacious and I have friendly neighbors.

The quality of service and community has declined over the last several years. The original office staff in 2019 provided wonderful customer service while there. The subsequent staff has gone down since.

The apartment staff was very helpful and responsive during the application process. They have been helpful with any problems that have occurred during the move in process. The apartment feels spacious and the layout is great.

AVOID THIS PLACE: Roaches and Management doesn't care!!!
My daughter and her fiancé were about to move in this past weekend in unit 1946. However, when we were moving things in we noticed German cockroaches behind the fridge inside the fridge where the compressor is, behind the stove, behind the washer and dryer which is brand new and in the closets. When we spoke to ACM Jennifer all she could do is apologize. Then this morning we called corporate and demanded to speak with upper management. Sadly, it didn't happen all we got was the manager calling back from the community. Then her saying that she needs to walk the home to determine what's wrong and we have to wait. Unacceptable. The ACM should've come over to the apartment with us to see for herself and sadly she refused. It shows me that they knew and now not caring enough to refund our monies. Next up, for us will be the news and code enforcement to show our pics and share the story.

So far I really like the apartment complex. The neighbors are pretty quiet and so far most of the people I've encountered were nice. Everyone at the main office is nice as well and I appreciate the help it took for me to live there. I do wish the snake problem is handled better. I've seen two snakes slither by my door already. Hope not to see one when I'm with my brother or when he's playing outside.

Rent is high for the amenities provided. Maintenance is slow to respond, if they respond at all. Management makes promises and doesn't follow through. The location is decent, but I would not recommend for the price.

I've lived here over 5 years. Overall, it's a pretty good place to live. It's pretty, I can keep pets, etc. However, there have been more security incidents lately, mainly because of teens being rowdy and disrespectful. I've also had some trouble getting management to fix some maintenance problems, like the air conditioners going out fairly often, large appliances not working that took a long time to get fixed. It's touted as a "gated community," but as long as I have lived here, it's been working about 20 percent of the time. Also, rent has been raised every single time I have renewed my lease. By a lot. For no apparent reason except that they can raise it, so they do.

Property ownership seems to struggle with finding the balance of optimizing profits with expenditures required for maintenance staff and sometimes trash removal services to provide a Class B-quality property.

Everything was good. Would like more trees and more grass. Everything has been dried out at the moment. Maintenance would need to respond within a day or 2 after request is raised which I haven't experienced.

The community is peaceful and quiet. There's a dog park and community pool. Water and internet is included, and I think the price is fair. It's a short walk to the Westfield Brandon Mall, as well as hardware, craft, and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this place.

The first year was great the second year is wasn't as bad but this last year was horrible the maintenance staff was always under staff so work orders were always on hold which made our problems worse by the time they came to repair

They don't. Implement my work orders and it's a hassle trying to get them to fix anything in my apartment and they are not good with communicating to me . Which is not good and I don't appreciate that at all

It is a nice community. But I am unsatisfied with the upkeep of the children's play ground. Too many times is it dirty with bird poop and cigarette ash. Also Police/ambulances are consistently here which I don't think is a good thing.

It's the worst place I have ever lived on my life nothing is working we always having problems ac condition or washer dryer old building never been taken care or fixed things on the right way windows light everything is not working good no security no safety no management take care of the place no repairs .

It's been not so good lately with kids running around the community causing problem. other than that, I love this place. Low-income family need not be allowed here with the prices we are paying for rent. More should be done when we have issues with bad kids. They know who they are but did nothing.

The staff almost never answer the phone, the monthly payment is extremely high, infestation of roaches, kitchen appliances are old, bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, and the wifi internet which I was told is not an option is terrible and unreliable. Oftentimes, I have to travel to Family or friends be able to work because I need wired internet connection.

Communication is key and if this apartment complex had communication they will be so much better. When we first did the walk through, first it was not the apartment we wanted and it was dirty. Equipment was left from last residents and we were being charged for their stuff if it wasn't returned. We paid for a garage and didn't get it until week later after we moved in. Last residents broke into our garage and broke my daughters TV. They have yet to follow up. I put a maintenance request in and things get done once I show my face and get out of character. I would not recommend this place to anyone, until they either work on communication or get staff that know what they are doing. The area is beautiful and it is clean

So far so good. I've lived in this community for 3 years now & haven't had any major problems. Anytime something came up, it was handled quickly & efficiently. The office staff is always prompt with responses as well.
