Looks nice when you move in but things start falling apart fast and they are not fixed until you move out to make the new tenant think everything is alright. My ac has been broken for months and my tub has been broken for at least 7 months.

I have been living here for almost two years now and have had no problems with any aspect of the apartment and the community. It's a great place to live with a wonderful staff. The community is quiet and safe.

The area is clean and secure, parking space is available for all and quest. The Office staff and Maintenance staff put all in for this complex. The surrounding city has all you may need. Restaurants, Malls, Hotels, Hospitals, Schools, Entertainment.

New management/staff is a bit more attentive than the previous. The entrance gate hasn't been broken in the last few months. The hot tub is nonexistent now, which is fine, because it was never really operable since I've lived here. Communication between office and maintenance staff could be improved. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves.

Apartments are spacious with huge windows allowing great natural light. The vaulted ceilings are great and gives upstairs apartments a more spacious feeling. Grounds around the complex are maintained beautifully and maintenance requests are resolved quickly and completely.

The leasing staff members at 2211 Grand Isle are excellent. From the very first day that I visited the property, they were super helpful. Having a great staff is most definitely reassuring. I appreciate all of their help.

Very quick, accurate and professional experience with the leasing office. I have had 2 work orders put in in my time here both completed within 24 hours and very well done. The property is well maintained surrounded by endless stores and shopping centers.

Great location, mile or less from mall, grocery stores, numerous restaurants, LA Fitness, Kohl's, Lowe's, Target, Walmart, etc. Perfectly situated for someone without a vehicle. Plenty of wildlife for the nature-inclined, as well.

I have lived at several apartments in the brandon/ valrico area and by far these are the worst ones, i constantly have things that need to be repaired. Over the year i have been here ive had ac issues on like 6 occasions. Office people never ever answer the phone. A broken ac is considered a emergency repair for the on call staff,witch never answers as well. Right now im going on 4 days with out ac

Great community with beautiful greenery and pond. Staff is always helpful. Maintenance crew friendly and always willing to assist. If I decide to move back to Tampa, this would be the first community on my list. Thanks!

Overall good experience, the complex is clean, staff are courteous but they need to answer phone calls more. Maintenance is ok, I like that they secured the gate at night. Neighbors are quiet, and never had any security issues for the time being there

It is hard for me to say how I feel about the new staff because they JUST stepped foot into the community, but from talking with them, we have learned that much of the community is getting a makeover. The management company before was HORRIBLE and if they were still in the office I would definitely not be renewing. However, I am truly thinking about staying due to the changes that are promised and the EXTREMELY nice leasing office staff.

Area itself is pretty good. Quality of buildings are satisfactory. Pedestrian gate; however, has no lock. I am not satisfied with the leasing agent as she did not communicate leasing terms effectively or accurately; HOWEVER, this was prior to new ownership of the apartment complex.

The entire I have been living here everyone is just lovely....complex is quiet and well kept ....the office staff and maintenance are suburb. Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend leasing here..

It's been great. Generally well maintained by property workers. Some residents are messy when it comes to trash disposal in appropriate location. Close to many businesses for entertainment and and shopping.

Hot tub was promised to be fixed, but has never worked for the 2 years we have lived here. Gate is always broken. The new staff seems very nice and knowledgeable so I'm hopeful items will be completed in a timely manner.

The staff has been very polite and courteous. They all seem very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately, trying to get appliances fixed properly is like pulling teeth. The maintenance guys are polite and clean, but nothing is ever completely fixed when they leave and sometimes they overlook other issues on the same order.

It's boring and plain... they're food truck choices are terrible and service sucks. People obviously dont do their jobs anymore here. Pricing is expensive for what you get. I doubt I'll renew and refuse to tell anyone to move here

Great. Very clean. Which i love. Quite. Some of the residents do pick up after their pets. Not a good feeling when you leave in the morning for work and you step in poop from your neighbors pet. But other than that. I love coming home!!

Overall, since I moved here in 2015, my experience has been quite good. It's clean, quiet and really quite lovely. Management has changed hands several times, but each new staff has always been professional, friendly and attentive. Onsite maintenance staff is available around the clock. I love all of the amenities. The grounds are kept up daily and quite nicely - even though people can get a bit careless and drop their trash wherever they please. Since I've been here, there has only been one time when I didn't get immediate service with the previous staff. It seemed to be a real communication problem with translating info upward. But it's resolved now.

Still waiting for them to clean the carpet. It was never cleaned upon move-in. My toilet still runs and the refrigerator doesn't make ice. After multiple calls and multiples attempting to repair these item (with the exception of cleaning the carpet; I'm unhappy having to live upon someone else's filth) I given up on repairs

I've been here 4 years and its been nothing but problems and the office staff is rude and classless! Spend your money wisely at another community. Me and my small family are on our way out! The office staff is vague n communication and treat residents like trash!

The staff members are very nice but this apartments have some issues with pest control, old appliances, pool is dirty. They try to fix everything but the apartments just need to be updated, also some of the neighbors don't care and let trash outside for days!

I am first and foremost here to say nothing BUT GREAT THINGS about the new management with my apartment complex. I have lived in the same apt for almost 1 year and a half now, This company took over management about less than a month ago and I have already seen HUDGE improvement!!!!!! Which I am extremely excited about, especially with the fact that recently the complex has gone DOWN hill tremendously. I called the office yesterday and something that I have had tried to change with old management for SOMETIME now, I called and explained myself spoke with Tiffany in which corrected ALL my issues one of which was amount of my rent that I had to call in every month to have office change in portal (old management). I am OVERLY EXCITED about the change!!!! This change is GOOD!!!!! :) :) THANK YOU!!!!!!
