I've generally had a positive experience living here. It's surprisingly quiet both outside the property and inside apartments as wel. It's conveniently located near several everyday amenities like grocery stores as well as being reasonably walkable to said amenities. The only negatives are noticing people still disregarding community rules and using pool area after hours. The other hours, given my work hours, is walking the dog in the middle of the night and consistently encountering raccoons and possums which may be more of a Florida problem than a community problem.

It's a good experience so far. The management team is nice and professional. Work orders for the maintenence team are always reviewed, but do not be surprised if they close out your request with no resolution. Overall, it's a good place to live.

Area is nice and clean and quiet! Wish they had a basketball court! Get commute for the kids, the bus picks them up in front of apartment. Office staff and maintenance are courteous and fixes issues in a timely manner.

It is a good community, with good management, it has been somewhat difficult to control the cleanliness with in the green areas, especially because of the little collaboration that tenants who have dogs have, otherwise everything is fine.

Very Nice places to live mostly quite parking can be Better or assigned would be perfect park setting is nice neighbor's are also nice. I wish we had a better garbage compactor and a second pool that was for adult's only.

I have lived here 8 years but not by choice. I am out of this place on Saturday and not a moment too soon. If you enjoy living with rats/mice, roaches and bed bugs then this is the place for you. If you don't mind mold or marijuana again then this is the place for you. In the 8 years it has changed management 3 or 4 times, lost count. The overall property has gone down due to not having proper upkeep and allowing lots of riff raff to move in.

Very spacious and modern. The community keeps up with lawn care weekly. Pool is kept clean and has a lot of deck room and 3 cabanas. The gym is always nice and clean. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests when needed.

I have been living in this community since 2023, and the managers/staff were very helpful during the move-in process and the maintenance requests. The apartment is well divided despite its size. All the appliances were new during the move-in process, and the apartment was clean. The only recommendation I have for the managers is to install more lights in the common area. The community location is beautiful, but at night, there aren't many lights outside to assist the residents.

It's been great! Friendly staff and residents. Issues are resolved quickly and don't happen again after. The complex is well managed and maintained. Great community facilities and resources. (Just wish there were more dog poop bag stations and a bike rack)

It is awful and it I could find somewhere else to move I would. None of the rules ate enforced. People smoke right outside the doors. Our apartment constantly smells like weed drifting in from another apartment. Maintenance will take literal MONTHS to fix your issues IF they fix them at all. If you can avoid it... dont move here.

Grand Isle has been a great experience and the staff is super friendly when it comes to any inquiries regard to my apartment or information. I am very impressed at how clean and quiet the community is maintained. I really think the management and maintenance employees needs to give themselves a pat on the back. I absolutely love the interior space. The end unit with north side of my unit is all windows. love this. Exterior could use some landscaping but overall great. The staff is always helpful and professional.
