I have had a nice experience thus far. The neighborhood is nice, no complaints there. The units are nice I would say from an architectural standpoint, the layout is kind of odd. They have this small space between the kitchen bar (where barstools usually go) and a closet. It's such a small walking space so it just feels like the closet it out of place and that there should be more room there. I love the dove layout but the patio is not shown on the pictures, so I was expecting the nook area which seemed to have a slightly better flow. Other than that everything is great so far.

The Right Place for Home

This is a renovated apartment complex that's quiet, walking distance to grocery stores, financial institutions, mall shopping, downtown entertaining, nearby beaches and I75 (to name a few). The amenities are awesome, the interiors are even better! It's a very peaceful place to live for you and pets. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. The leasing staff is competent, efficient, professional and maintenance is exceptional! Overall, it's a beautiful setting, view and appearance. The rent is over the top, these are not luxury apartments to be charging luxury prices. They need to put a cap on rent increase. It's a great place to live, lets keep it that way.

I will never live here again. The people in the office are very nice, but the apartment complex is a nightmare. The day I moved in the screens were broken, blinds were broken, and there was a hole in the bathroom door. The washer machine broke after 2 months. It takes 3+ months for maintenance orders and they leave a mess behind, the office staff never answers the phone, my packages are always being stolen, and children/adolescents are always running around creating chaos/ and fighting. 1/10 recommend, I can not wait until my lease is up.

This place from the outside looks great, but when you need things to be taken care of in the apartment it takes days or in my case weeks. There's no communication with the staff or with the renters. I constantly feel like I get the run around.

Since I moved in it's been a struggle with the office staff. It seem they just want to look pretty in the office without having to do the actual work. The place is beautiful they just need people that want to work and fix the apartment a bit more inside.

Its a nice community, could be cleaner and more presentable. Garbage consistently overflows. I moved here in June 2021, gates JUST started working in Jan 2022, and they barely work. Pool area needs to be cleaned daily!! Mail area looks dirty, love the soccer/basketball court. Security is needed as there have been a number issues with folks breaking into cars

The apartments here are decent. Average at best. First moving in my apartment wreaked of marijuana either from the previous residents or residents surrounding the apartment. The management staff in the beginning was prompt about responding but that lasted about a month. Since then it's like pulling teeth to get a maintenance requested completed. And when the are completed there's one maintenance worker you want to avoid, he ends up making things worse and try's covering them up. Its unfortunate that these apartments could have so much potential but they're so poorly managed and kept by residents and staff that they're constantly playing catch up to try to keep the grounds at average at best.

Community not bad Jennifer and Austin are absolutely awesome in the the leasing office. When I moved in 3/31/21 i put in maintenance request with Kelly they have yet to be fixed. My toilet seat is missing a bolt on one side so when you sit down you go flying off. Can't hang a towel on the towel rack because the slightest bit of weight will cause it to fall completely off the wall.I was told the gym was closed because kids left Chinese food in there. The gym has since re-opened but no one was informed of the code to get into the gym or fitness center which I think is the least they could do you email me everyday about dog poop and I don't have a dog you could tell me the code. They fix the gates so now you need a key fob to get in. They ran out of key fobs when I moved in so I had to wait for one to become available took about a month.My phone number was also incorrect in the directory so I couldn't even call myself to get in. Took 3 days for me to reach someone and have them change it because no one EVER and I mean EVER answers the phone between 0900-1730.

I have lived in this community for 2 years which is very quiet, common areas in good condition and office staff and maintenance cordial and friendly. Excellent location, supermarkets, pharmacies, pet stores, among others, 5 minutes from the Brandon Mall. I recommend it ??%

Started off GREAT. They charge an arm and a leg for rent. Place is infested with cockroaches, put in multiple work orders for small fixes, and to have exterminator come. I'm not sure who is to blame. I put in requests for maintainence and I just get blown off.

I don't know much about it yet but it looks pretty descent so far. I wish there will be a service for a trash taking and road is little bit unstable and there is a hole too much it is next to pool and it always filled with water

Not recommended. We had a roof leak that took 3 years to repair. Currently we have a broken dryer that took two weeks for someone to come out to look at after we placed a maintenance request. Unfortunately, that service did not fix the issue and we are awaiting a second service visit. This has been going on for well over a month since it first broke. Some of the appliances in our unit are 22 years old. Ask yourself, is this what we want to be dealing with while paying market rent prices?

When this management team took over, everything went downhill!! They can’t keep maintenance people! At least that’s what they tell us when it takes weeks to fix a problem in your apartment!! It took almost a whole year for my dryer issue to be resolved!! I was even called a liar by one of the management staff!! The roach problem is horrible!! I wouldn’t suggest this apartment complex to anyone!!!

I've lived here a while and within the past year this community has gone down hill. I have neighbors who deal drugs and smoke pot outside their front door. People don't leash their pets and have charged down my dog so we stopped walking. Maintenance requests take at least 2-3 weeks to resolve and you'll have to call constantly. I had no choice but to renew with no availability elsewhere and I had to call and email 4 times to get a response. It's not worth what they're charging at all.

I love this community, overall. I really like our apartment layout (2/2) and the lakes inside the community. We enjoy the soccer court, and even though we don't have a doggie, love to see the doggies play in the doggie park here. I do not like that the office/maintenance seem to pick and choose what they'll help with - meaning, sometimes they do send out someone to complete the work right away... while other times they ignore you forever. I'm very disappointed in this aspect. I also do not like the fact they don't recycle here. Seriously. Who doesn't recycle these days? We're all aware of the damage not recycling causes our planet.

Don't move here! These apartments are roach infested, the appliances don't work. It's impossible to get anyone to fix the maintenance issues. The management is only available to raise your rent. They say they care, you want to believe them but actions speak louder than words.

It's okay, could be a lot better once the gate is fixed and the dog poop is cleaned up. Also if everyone throw away their trash in the disposal the garbage area wouldn't be so bad. Other than that it's okay.

So far we have had an amazing experience! My boyfriend and I just moved in and our neighbors are so welcoming. The unit itself needed a little tidying but that tends to happen regardless of where you move. Highly recommend for anyone looking for their first apartment or just someone who wants a no-fuss move in process.

Move-in was smooth. No archways like the display model, missing pieces on bathroom mirror, AC unit shud be placed somewhere else, it's an eyesore. Size is perfect. Floors & kitchen are gorgeous. Love the screened in patio. Office staff and maintenance staff are super nice. Neighbors are friendly.

Awful experience so far. Appliances aren't installed after 5 days and communication with staff is poor/non existent. Maintenance left big appliance boxes blocking doorways with no communication when they would be installed.
