Fair,needs improvement. Pay a high rent for things to not be done correctly. Location is great but facility needs to be better worth of your money. Customer service okay not the best. Need a more responsive team

David went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed exactly as I needed. I was having problems from a previous maintenance request that was never fixed and he made sure to fix it and address every detail. I wanted to let you know how happy I am with his service. Sometimes the trash/garbage is overflowing. I really wish that there was better lighting at the complex, especially in the evening/night. It would also be nice if the gate was in use/closed consistently.

It is safe,nice and are friendly,i pretty much surrounded by everything,i think anyone would love to live anyone is looking for a safe and inconvenient place to live,then brandon is the right place to be looking.

The community is quiet and family friendly. I almost never have an issue with neighbors and that is always something people look for when finding a place to live. Most of my neighbors have been in the community for quite some time. Sometimes maintenance can take a bit of time to get to you if have a need, however they are always courteous and professional. Parking can be difficult, especially if you get home at an off hour. If I am home after 7pm I have to park around the corner of my building and walk to my apartment. There is no garbage pick up, you have to take it yourself which isn't that big of a deal, but I can imagine for some with larger families, it would be an inconvenience. Overall I like this community and would not plan on moving into another apartment community unless the rent went too high, or I decided to buy.

I used to live at 1134 Rivage and barely had any issues. When I moved into this apt. my refrigerator didn't work properly and food kept spoiling. It was replaced 4 times over a month period before it actually worked. We had neigbors who had roaches and they were coming into my apartment primarily through a hole that existed behind the microwave that was eventually patched after 3 or 4 attempts. I can only assume that those neighbors have moved because I don't see bugs as much now (even though seeing 1 is a problem).

Prior to this management some issues poorly handled. So far I'm pleased with current ownership. The property gives the look of a pleasant community. Some areas appear better than others. Overall it serves to be doing well.

This apartment complex is beautiful it is located in the heart of Brandon everything is accessible including Walmart and Publix Brandon Mall as main hot spots plus you are also close to 301 and the Selmon as well

Nice setting with the convenience oh near by shopping centers and more. Friendly neighbors and in a very quiet community. Gated for security which is very important. Very nice and understand staff that are very helpful.

It's a peaceful environment, Kelley the manager handle everything super fast and it's a caring person, but the quality of the service at this time is awful we had been waiting to change our dryer machine for more than a month now. Other than that it's good

The apartments where recently purchased by a new owner. Giving them time to see how improvements are done. It would be unfair to rate the new owners at this time. I will reserve judgement until after the first of the year when ample time has passed to rate the apartments and the progress at that point.

Is it being great living here I love the people made in the staff is great office personnel is great the new pool is nice delay is if you're real well then better service with the dumpster but your other than that everything is great

The new staff here offer an outstanding customer service and are very understanding. The remodeled apartments with the new appliances are of very good quality. Had a great experience overall. I highly recommend checking the place out.

Current office staff is completely unresponsive and/or timely whenever I leave messages and ask for responses to my questions and concerns. They never answer the phone and messages are never return to me.

New management is excellent. The property manager is very professional and I love her work ethic. She does whatever she can to fix your issue! Also, Crystal is my favorite leasing specialist. So far so good!

I haven't had many issues. However it would just be nice to have been able to utilize the pool area a bit more during the summer time. I think the new management is working towards making this a better community.

I moved in a new renovated apartment and here is what i found on the first day i moved in: Kitchen sink is missing water spry. Dinning area Chandelier is broken. Dinning Blinds is broken. Master Bedroom Closet is missing the shelves Kitchen cabinets are full of dirt Balcony is cover with Mold Guest room has no lights All windows are damaged Neighbors are spending all the time outside half naked men and children, so loud and messy, The neighbor that lives above me is occupying the patio area of my front door with his stuff, I told the apartment complex to tell him to move his stuff but nothing happened after 5 days of staying there so far. So disrespectful residents. 5 days after moving in and i didn't get my gate key yet.

There was some things that were unsatisfactory, but the leasing office tried their best to make things right. Plus, it's an old building, what more can you expect; we didn't opt for the upgraded apartment. The windows are hard to open and close and carpet is not soft. Parking can be a little inconvenient in the evening, but at least it's not extremely far to walk.Through the years, with multiple changeover of neighbors, you'll get the one or 2 weird ones. Other than that, they are quiet. Overall, the location is centralized to what we can access. I'm impressed with the new property management and their desire to change things for the better. I appreciate that the communication is better and response to work orders are quicker.

Poor experience overall! It takes forever to get things fixed. The office seems to never answer the phone. I'm still have a issues with bugs and the apartment has been sprayed several times and nothing has changed. At this point I have just given up!

2211 Grand Isles is definitely a place to call home. The environment is quiet and conducive to raising a family. The office staff is always kind and willing to support the needs of its tenants. I highly recommend you checking out 2211 Grand Isles for your next home!

Its quiet and a good location because I work 10 minutes away every thing around me is close so I don't have long commutes anywhere. I am impressed with the rating this complex has since taking over i just home rent across the board doesn't skyrocket. Eventually I would like a bigger apartment since I'm in the large 1/1 I just hope the keep the apartments with ceiling fans in the bedroom during remodel

I dont really complain or ask for anything because I can maintain my things. If I need to ask for assistance it is because it is something out of my control. I feel the staff is great and the maintenance works in a great time structure. I do think that the some of the work is just a bandage over the route issue and that eventually the issue will show its face again and it will be worst.

This new company just took over the complex and while they should of timed a few items better, like fixing the pool during Father's Day, Memorial Day snd essnrtially the beginning of summer versus waiting until winter, they all in all have done a much better job than the last ownership.
