I HAVE LIVED HERE 5 WEEKS NOW AND STILL HAVE MANY PROBLEMS WITH OUR UNIT. HAVNT HAD A WORKING BATHROOM SINCE THE DAY OF MOVE IN. I HAVE BEEN USING MY ROOMATES BATHROOM FOR CLOSE TO 5 WEEKS NOW. I PAY A PREMIUM HERE AND STILL GET TREATED UNFAIRLY. ITS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE.

I have been here a week and the list of issues are a mile long. The model is beautiful and the exterior is beautiful but the actual apartment is terrible. Nothing has been fixed and I am not happy. I will not be staying after my lease is up.

IT HAS BEEN GREAT, HAD SVERAL THINGS GO WRONG WITH THE UNIT BUT ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF!! THE ATTITUDE OF THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE GREAT...IF I HAD TO RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS TO MOVE HERE I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO SUGGEST HERE

Excellent leasing office staff. They are extremely helpful and patient. Whenever I have a question they always respond quickly. I really appreciate them walking me through the move in and still being there for me after I moved in as well.

Was not a good experience. The neighbors are loud and nasty. I would not recommend this apartments to anyone. The security gate has never worked the whole time we have lived here. The sheriff's have been over here several times for domestic violence issues.

It was great I really appreciate all the staff and I'm so happy I decided to make this place home. I would recommend this community it is lovely. The lakes are my favorite part. That and that I never have to worry about parking

We moved in here in end of May. We absolutely love living here. This Complex is very clean and chill. The staff are amazing and very helpful. They communicate with residents frequently and let us know what's going on in our community. The best apartment we've live in.

I had a great move in experience. I was assisted by Jennifer who was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. Everything that we discussed via phone, was sent in an email. Staff was easy to work with and friendly.

I have had a good experience so far. I'm very happy with my apartment and the neighborhood I live in. Pet waste can be an issue, but when factoring in rent, location, and accessibility to amenities, it's perfect.

You will love the Staff . I felt very welcome here at 2211 Grand Isle Apt home. Austin was right on it, when I needed help in my new home. And They got it done ASAP. He always reply back to me on updates. Thank you so much .

This community is so beautiful, have a lot of placed to have fun and supermarkets near. This new administration have done very good improvements to the complex for keeping this place beautiful and safe but still having some issues, like the entrance gate is always damage and the kind of people that sometimes live here have some behavior disrespectfull

Your technicians do not have sufficient qualifications, it is not the first time that equipment breaks down, and I tell the managers what is broken and what needs to be changed. But technicians do not repair equipment the first time. Once I even repaired the washing machine myself. The filler valve was broken. I told the office that the valve is broken and needs to be replaced. But the technician came and did nothing. I bought the valve myself and replaced it.

Well first I thought my apartment came with a balcony. Since I worked with Lydia before she quit or left, I asked if the apartment was the same one that she sent me the link for and she said yes. But she sent the link to a first floor apartment and I came in expecting a balcony. Then the roaches are a really big deal, I don't like things crawling around me and I'm paying for pest control, which came out once when I first moved in and haven't been back since. I'm my own exterminator now. Neighbors really steal your packages and I never had that happen to me until I got here. I'm just overall ready to move.

The community overall is great, family friendly and mostly quiet. The only criticism I have are the trees that let out sap, they're all over the parking lot and there's really no other way to prevent your car getting sap unless you rent a garage. Other than that I truly enjoy living here.

Great community! The staff at the front office is very friendly and kind. I just moved in and they have been helpful throughout through whole process. Austin is the best and has helped me with any questions I have had over theoastcouple of months.

The community is very nice staff is also super sweet & nice but the maintenance at this property sucks really bad it's either under staff or they just don't care,I do love the area there's a lot of food & entertainment

Justin in maintenance took care of my problem right away. I didn’t have to wait weeks. It was easy to put in my request for maintenance online. They responded quickly. They are always friendly and professional.

Very dysfunctional, lets put it like this i have been here 4 years but have had 5 leases here , 2 floods , my son had his leg ripped open in which he needed 32 stitches because of the negligence here. Your rent goes up when ever they please through out the year

Very friendly and very clean community. I moved here a week ago and I love it so much so far. I recommend having a car, because the walk to take out the trash is long. Other than that, perfect housing

Clean, quiet, professional staff, location, layout of the unit. Good neighbors, access to shopping and major highways, reasonable rent. The staff is very effective at communicating and responds rapidly to any inquiry. The remodeled units are top notch.

It has taking a lot of calls to have my walls taking care of. My wall had damage due to a leak in the ceiling, someone came out 4 months ago and it still leaked after. It took four months for someone to come out and paint the walls.

Choosing to reside here, has brought me joy. The staff are is friendly and quick to respond to any needs or issues. The property is well maintained. The location is ideal , walking distance to stores and restaurants.This location has a gym , a pool and two lakes that add to the beautiful of the property. I highly recomend checking out Grand Isle .

We have lived here for almost 2 years and hope to sign another year. The maintenance team is amazing!! They come out and fix the issue fast. Even at night or on weekends. They are clean, pleasant and proper. They listen to my issues in my apartment when the happen and fix them quick. We don't typically have any issues. They office personal are great and help with anything we need!! They will even drop air filters off at your house if requested. The community is clean and we'll maintained. We love it here!! Hope to stay a while longer??????

My husband and I just moved in this month and so far everything is really great! When we moved in our apartment was very clean and everything looked nice. The floors, kitchen backsplash, and white trim is very pretty! The front office is quick to respond, the community is quiet and looks pretty, and the location is great! Excellent shopping/restaurants around and a quick commute to our favorite things in Tampa and St Pete. A great apartment close to everything without the crazy Tampa rent prices. We like it so far! Jennifer helped us throughout our process and she has been super helpful and sweet!!

The first couple of years (different management team) were good. The office was very friendly and so was the maintenance staff. When something broke, they fixed it. Now it's a joke. They deal drugs in here. You constantly smell week in your apartment from the neighbors. Nothing get's fixed. I've had a leaking roof in several spots for a year now.
