My experience has been great! The staff is professional, thoughtful, and quick to respond to issues. The management cares about the residents well being and it shows in the form of great customer service.

So far it has been pretty bad. Upon move in there was roaches everywhere and there still are roaches. There is no urgency to address this issue and it's very hard to go through this as a single parent with a one year old.

I found this apartment community online while researching for a new home. I really liked 2211 Grand Isle because of the location. It's really close to everything and my job is just 15 minutes away. Also, the apartment is spacious and the closet is huge! Which is my favorite part.

The maintenance team resolved all my work requests very quickly and were very friendly. Office staff, Jessica, helped me have a smooth move-in even when we did everything from a distance since I was in a different state.

The community is in a great location. But my biggest issue with the community is that work orders take too long. I've had to give so much follow-up since day one every time I need to get something resolved. Although it has been getting a little bit better lately. I hope that it really improves as the place is really nice.

Everyone has been very nice and helpful beautiful apartments live the amenities wish designated residential parking with one guest parking wish there was 24 hour gym access and there are some kids that are disrespectful to the property that the parents need to be addressed about

Absolutely terrible from the move in day. Everything that was suppose to be taken care of our move in day never was and stay here just got progressively worse. I would not renew a lease here and the front office doesn't do anything and they hardly pick up. It's hard to get in contact with them because they know they're not going to fix anything yet we do our part in paying our rent on time and we can't even live in a sanitary and safe unit. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Nice apartments. We visited many apartments before and this one was the best we saw, that's why with my wife choose here. Clean complex. The pool is always open and the fitness center is basic but works 24 hours.

DO NOT LIVE HERE - WORST PLACE
Literally the WORST place that you could possible live at. From my apartment flooding TWICE , as well as BLACK MOLD forming all from my living room, kitchen, bathroom as well as my full 2nd room. Took them DAYS to MONTHS to every ATTEMPT to look at it. My kitchen sink, dishwasher as well as numerous other things havent worked in over 2 years and thats with me calling, emailing, BEGGING them to fix everything only to be ignored. They are going to respond to this I know with "How can we help" to try and save face but I wouldnt have my worst ENEMY live here. From roach, flea as well as BEE Infestations. Trash always everywhere and of course the amazing amounts of crime they could care less about. My least stated 1400 was my rent yet , they had me pay 2200 almost every month and for what? WHO KNOWS because they took away the online portal so you couldn't see any of the scam fees they put in. This place is a JOKE. If you have the time, look up their reviews and see how much they change their name to get away from the bad reviews. DO NOT LIVE HERE. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Apartments are visually appealing but cheaply made. Gym is always closed. Grand isle staff has been nothing shy of an absolute nightmare to deal with. Nothing gets done maintenance wise unless it is brought up to corporate no matter how urgent. Office staff blatantly ignores calls/emails and makes tenants feel as if they don't care about the well being of the residents here.

Maintenance and office staff are always courteous and helpful. The entrance is very welcoming minus the damaged gates. I wish there were lights or up lighting on palms in pool area for 8-10pm use. The gym is often not accessible and i have yet to see the pool bathrooms open. Sadly, it appears many residents don't take pride in the community as trash etc is often left. The staff is extremely helpful and attentive

My experience at 2211 Grand Isles has been good. I don't have any complaints, my area is quiet and Clean. My only problem is sometimes the garbage overflows do you the number of tenants and only one trash compactor and the gym is not 24 hours. Overall, I am well pleased and will continue to renew my lease

I would rather not. Thank you for the opportunity to fill out this form. I appreciate you asking for feedback. Put a camera at the dumpster. Hold residents accountable to community rules and fix landscaping on the whole property, not just the front. Austin Lusk is amazing as well as Jennifer Thompson. Kelley, the apt. Manager has done her best to support.

I have never been more happier than living here in this beautiful community! The maintenance team is on point! Kelley, Austin, Jennifer, and Javara in the leasing office are kind and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone!

2211 Grand Isle apartments has a nice dog park, and 2 scenic small lakes. Easy walking distance (1/2 mile) to local stores and restaurants along sidewalk with another larger lake. The management is friendly and willing to work with tenants in harder times.

The community is lovely. I have met a couple of the neighbors around the area and everyone seems very friendly. I have also recommended a couple of my friends to move into the community and they have all been very impressed by the community when visiting.

I live in my own little world here. Very nice grounds but I don't like that the police are here more these days. Trash is always backed up, its up front so it looks horrible in such a nice community..

Upon move in our apartment was very dirty. We had to spend extra time cleaning the kitchen before we could bring anything into our home. The air ducts are dirty. It's blowing black dust out in the air which has been making us a little sick. There is also an unpleasant smell once the air conditioner turns on. Our appliances are old rusted and yellow and dirty which is not pleasing to the eye. We where told we would get stainless steel appliances just to find out a day before our move in our appliances were old white and dirty. Our bathtub has sharp pieces on the bottom which is very uncomfortable to sit and stand on. Our air conditioner was not working and was fixed after almost a week of staying in our apartment. There are hard lumps in the floor of our apartment which is comfortable to walk on. We expected a move in ready apartment was this was not move in ready.

Spacious for a one bedroom. Our section is very quiet . We enjoy the location . It is close to major shopping , restaurants and highways . Washer and dryer included in the unit is a plus as well as basis cable included in rent

Overall, poor. Management and office team is completely unresponsive and unreliable. Several members have said they would personally respond to my concerns and none thus far have responded. Rent increases are also a huge pain point. And are frankly unfair.

Decent except for the lack of a maintenance team that can handle a complex this size. Good luck getting anything done that isn't an emergency. I have submitted several orders in my other apartment 1717 grand isle dr before I transferred to the one I am now that were just marked completed when they never fixed anything. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle I just fixed them myself. I was tired of calling the office and submitting online work orders.
