The apartments are brand new, everything is well maintained and the people in the front desk have always been more than kind. Its nice to move into an apartment and be the first ones to use it. Also the movie nights and parties the community have makes it feel very homie.

Amazing community with a great management and maintenance staff. I have lived in 2 different apartments here and the community is quiet and well taken care of. The amenities are nice and the location is great.

DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!! READ BEFORE RENTING/BUYING OR EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT! TO BEGIN THE SOCCER FIELD GRASS IS BARELY EVER MAINTAINED, I HAVE ACTUALLY MANAGED TO SEE KIDS PLAYING, OR ATTEMPTING TO PLAY SOCCER SHOULD I SAY, WITH THE GRASS REACHING THEIR KNEES. NEXT, THE SECURITY GUARDS TEND TO WORRY MORE ABOUT VEHICLES BEING PARKED THE WRONG WAY THEN ACTUALLY SECURING THE NEIGHBORHOOD. EVEN IF THEY KNOW YOU LIVE IN THE COMMUNITY AND SEE YOU/YOUR CAR ON A DAILY BASIS, IF ONE DAY YOU PARK EVEN A BIT OUT ON THE STREET YOU WILL GET AN ORANGE STICKER (WARNING) WHICH IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE OFF. THE NEXT TIME THEY TOW YOUR CAR. ANOTHER ISSUE IS THE PARKING. PAST 5 PM IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND PARKING EXCEPT ALL THE WAY IN THE ENTRANCE OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD MEANING YOU HAVE A LONG WALK HOME EVERY DAY. GOD FORBID YOU HAVE GROCERIES OR ANYTHING TO CARRY. IF THEY DECIDE YOU VIOLATED ONE OF THEIR RULES AND REGULATIONS (PARKING, SMOKING, OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO YOUR HOME), EVEN IF YOU HAVE NOT, THEN YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL AMENITIES FOR A PERIOD OF 30+ DAYS. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE MORE THAN 2 PEOPLE WITH YOU TO THE POOL, THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT AND EVERY WEEKEND THEY ARE THERE CHECKING. THE WORST THING OF ALL IS: YOUR KIDS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO PLAY IN THE HOUSE, MY KID WAS PLAYING IN THE HOUSE ON A SATURDAY AROUND NOON TIME, WHEN I GET A CALL FROM MANAGEMENT TELLING ME TO STOP MAKING NOISE. I COULD HONESTLY NOT BELIEVE THEY HAD CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT MY KID WAS NOT ABLE TO PLAY IN MY HOUSE WHERE I PAY EXPENSIVE RENT EVERY MONTH. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. ANOTHER ISSUE WOULD BE THE RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MOSQUITOES, FROGS, LIZARDS OR JUST INSECTS IN GENERAL. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GO OUT FOR A JOG OR TO EVEN WALK YOUR DOG. I WILL DEFINITELY BE MOVING OUT ONCE MY LEASE IS DONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE, DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE!

Everything is great. I love the club and the neighborhood. The apartment is very clean and the anmpliances are in good conditions. The only bad thing is the parking because I have to parking very far of the apartment sometimes.

Do not recommend this apartment. We just moved in here and the apartment was not clean, there was a hole in the floor in our master bedroom (still not fixed), and the cabinet shelves fell off with our China on them and he apartment complex "doesn't know if they can do anything."

Management has been awesome! I was doing a very quick long distance move. Their website and social media made it easy to see this was a safe, well maintained property. They were very helpful in completing all paperwork and leasing online and via phone given my distance. I was not disappointed upon arrival. Staff was waiting for me and greeted me with my name. Paperwork was ready to go, very quick to finish up the lease upon arrival (much appreciated after the 10.5 hour drive). Community did not disappoint. Very clean. Very friendly. Awesome amenities. Timely service. And as a single female in a new city alone I have always felt safe here!

We just moved in about a week ago and we are satisfied. Very clean, very quiet, staff is friendly and very helpful. I am a little bummed about the pet restrictions and the fact that they do not have the pet bathing station as they advertise online. Besides that, so far so good.

The move-in process was very good, the staff were very helpful and kind. The community is nice and the apartment was very nice and modern, my only complaint is they could've cleaned/upkept the apartment a little better. Some of the door hinges had MAJOR rust and the fridge had a huge scratch on the front.

The apartment complex is very nice, new and modern. The amenities are clean and provide anything you could need. However, upon move-in, management promised that there would be nice shops and coffee shops below our building. But for the year that I have lived there, there has only been construction for a daycare which causes random fire alarms and water shut downs. The building is also close to some sort of concrete factory that causes basically earthquakes several times a week. While this is no fault of the complex, it is extremely far from miami civilization which is the main reason I am choosing to move.

It's beautiful feels like a resort everyday. However, they should put speed bumps because cars are constantly racing through the boulevard. I almost got run over once walking my dog by a car that was going very fast.

Staff were friendly upon move in, however we are having a recurring fire alarm issue where we have yet to see a resolution. The complex itself is beautiful but the interruptions in the middle of the night due to a fire alarm are not worth the headache

Friendly staff, beautiful common areas, clean, and comfortable apartments to live in. As a resident, I would like to have more time to take advantages of the Clubhouse amenities because when I came from work the pool and the Jacuzzi are closed. It will be awesome if you can extend the hours to use those.

Until now is great, the place is well maintenance and the decorations are nice. The place overall has a good energy you fill well living here. The streets, the pool, the gym and all the amenities in the club house are in good conditions. The lawn too is kept in form and the neighborhood is quite.
