Great place to live, it has very beautiful spaces to enjoy, it is pet friendly, which i love. The apartments are beautiful and management is always very aware of having everything on point. Services when required are made very fast.

I love my community. The staff is so helpful and professional. Maintenance is always very quick and attentive. The amenities are very beautiful and well maintained. The noise transfer is a little annoying but other than that it's an amazing place to live.

Altis at Kendall square is a great community to live in. The apartments are new and spacious. The community has resort style pool with cabanas. A great playground and dog park. My daughter loves the playground and pool. We also enjoy very much walking around the blvd.

so far its been OK, lets see what happens in the future. When you have some that just moved in complaining about the cleanness .Never answer your new tenant, " they are not brand new apartments", that's a no,no.

The apartments are comfortable and updated. I love the landscaping, the pool and the fact that we we have a washer and dryer in the apt and a garage. I love walking by the fountain. I Recommend it, you will love it.

I love this community.,everyone is respectful, common areas are clean . Office personnel are courteous and ready to help. I had a problem with my air conditioning. And the matter was fixed right away.

This community is very pretty, clean and active . There are many things to enjoy bbq, pool, gym even a green space would recommend to anyone interested in moving to the area you will not regret it . .

Tengo dos meses,viviendo aqu?, y estoy muy contenta. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. El Club House es lindo y c?modo. Es muy relajante estar gente muy amable, es un lugar que siempre se ve limpio. Se nota que hay buen mantenimiento.

Recently moved in. Staff is professional and courteous, they're very busy at times but they always contact us. Apartment is amazing (2Bed,2Bath), looks and feels great. Very spacious with decent closet space. Very well built and insulated great. There's plenty of parking which was a concern of ours.

The staff are super helpful and nice. The whole neighborhood is clean and well taken care off, I hope they add more to the neighborhood and hopefully I'll still love this place as time goes by!!!!!!!!

From the staff at the leasing office to the maintenance workers to the ammenities and surrounding areas, this place is a wonderful one to call home. The staff is always easily accessible and the maintenance staff is diligent and thorough when you need them.

I have a couple of week but I hope that the professionalism and good attention and attitude be the same always. The office staff always is there for you and that is really important. The maintenance staff always ready and keep this community like a good picture everywhere.

It's a good community And also a safe please, the amenities are en perfect condition and the staff are professional. The community have access to many stores and restaurants near to hospital. The lake is a beautiful please.

Excellent service overall. Great office staff they listen and try hard to help. The maintenance team is super fast very knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would work on is the security company .

Excellent community to live both as single person and family. All the people in the community are really good. Me and my family we all love this place. There is a good school in this community. It also very safe to get out of apartment anytime. One of the best places to live here.

Neighborhood is overall a very good experience - neighbors are a bit noisy with barking dogs at all hours of the day and night. We have asked many times and there has not been a resolution. In addition, there are a lot of noisy cars in the neighborhood. Our neighbor has several vehicles he is constantly working on and they are noisy and garage door is up/down, very disturbing.

The community is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. What I love about my apartment is the washer/dryer in unit and they allow pets. Everything was in great condition prior to my move in and the staff was great

So far my experience of this community has been beyond amazing. Compared to some of the other places that I've lived this location has been fantastic. Altis at Kendall square is like a small oasis in the middle of suburbia.

Good. There is some noise that comes through the walls, particularly the bathrooms but overall it is a great community with ample parking. Very few complaints, neighbors is always a toss up and that cannot be attributed to the community as they come and go.

Office staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous. The help me out when registering my application, including maintenance issues in my apartment immediately. The also assisted in other matters as well. I''m am very pleased with the office personnel and their proficient, persistence diligence effort assisting matters where needed.
