Nice apartments lots of room, garnet counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Nice amount of cooking space which is important b/c I love to cook. The area is quiet and closed to a shopping center.

I've only been 90 days. First experience renting, have always been a homeowner. Takes some getting use too. Parking needs to be worked on, as well as noise control. Have had 2 maintenance requests, both the same issue.

the community in the last year has fallen a lot this dirty and full of dog poop in the green areas especially in the buildings of the back of the community people are smoking in the apartments and the plague with cigarette goes to the other apartments

The only things I would like to see changed is the amenities be opened earlier and later. Alot of the tenants don't get home until after 6pm and we can't use the amenities. I would love to use the amenities after work such as the spinning and yoga or even the pool table and other things available to the tenants.

I really enjoy the communities general location. It may be a little far from the heart of Miami, but for me it's perfect. I have all the grocery/convenience stores I need minutes away. I have nature all around me. There's not a lot of sound from the cars driving by the highway like in my old home.

Beautiful complex, very nice amenities, comfortable apartments, neighbors tend to be noisy specifically where there are children. Our upstairs neighbor has a child that continuously runs back-and-forth making our evenings distressfull.

Great leasing office staff with an easy move in day! The entire process from looking to applying to moving in was made so great by Claudia. The apartment was in almost new condition upon moving in although someone had lived in it previously it was well taken care of. The amenities and parking are exceptional in addition to the general location. I hope to live here for a very long time!

llevo 2 anos viviendo aqui, primero fue un 2/2 y hace 3 meses me mude a 1/1, el lugar me gusta mucho, lo unico que ahora vivo en un primer piso y mis vecinos de arriba hacen mucho ruido, de tosp lo demas me encanta, el staff han sido muy amables conmigo, mantenimiento es muy bueno resuelven rapido, lo unico es que cuando me mude al segundo apartamento no me lo entregaron muy limpio las senoras de la limpieza nos son excelentes por lo que si sugiero revisen bien antes de mudarse. las areas verdes son muy bien cuidadas. yo doy un rating de 9 de 10. no cambio este lugar!!!

Altis at Kendall Square is absolutely amazing ! Its never noisy , the neighbors are always friendly and the premises is always well kept. Our experience thus far has been great , no complaints and I don't think I will ever have any ! Thank you Altis for your wonderful customer service !

Compared to other apartment complexes this one is a better complex. The apartment is a good size and comfortable. The staff is very attentive and courteous when entering the office. The maintenance guys are very quick to come around when something needs to be repaired. The big complaint I have though, is how thin the walls are. You can hear every neighbor around you. People in the other units don't care- they will play loud music, slam the doors, scream at each other and talk loud outside at all times of the night. There needs to be more "memos" sent out to everyone to mind your neighbors! The common areas could be cleaner - less pet waste. Their also could be more security presence around at night and on the weekends. There also could be more control about how many guests people can bring to the pool. There is a rule about that, but I don't see it really being enforced. This can be a really great place to live if the management controls the complex and keeps up with it.

I've been living in this community since for a few years now. The walls are thin you can hear your neighbor conversation. There is dog poop every where. There is no security, no cameras. My apartment was robed. A police record was filed. The answer from the office employee was very sarcastic. The pool is constantly under repair. The fire alarm system have problems you can feel the blasting from a cement factory in Krome Avenue. It is expensive 1900 for a two bedroom apartment.

Quite. Looks nice. Feels calm and relax. Tons of amenities. I would prefer them to be maintain more properly though. Some places are nice but are dirty. Just need to be lucky and have the right neighbor.
