Beautiful community, management and maintenance staff are very courteous & professional, attending to the service calls and common areas in a very expeditious manner. The Director and his staff provide occasional events which allows all tenants to participate, while making this a great opportunity to meet the neighbors. This allows the community to be safer and more protected.

Wow!! I love the place. I moved very recently but i am already in love with this place. The apartments are clean, the service is great. The staff is super friendly and help out if there is an issue. It has a very convenient access to the shopping. The amenities are great and the place is quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place!!

Beautiful community, always clean. Amenities are accessible. Boulevard in community is inviting for walking and exercising. Apartments are very spacious with lots of natural light and plenty of closet space. Office staff and maintenance are always very friendly and helpful

So far our experience has been great. The staff is fantastic, and the way they keep the surroundings is impressive. My significant other and I moved in about a month ago and we already love the neighborhood! The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help in any way that they can. The amenities are beautiful and very inviting. There is always someone walking around with their pets or exercising!

So far it has been pleasant, love the pool and the apartment is very spacious, staff has been extremely helpful at all times. One recommendation, the clubhouse is closed at 6 pm, many of the tenants work, I work in downtown and arrive home after 6 so I do not get to enjoy the clubhouse, and I am pretty sure many others do not as well. It would be great if it could be open until later

Overall very dissatisfy. Due to the fact that amenities are not available to me. For example 1) Play room closes at 6 pm. I feel that this is ONLY to attract renters but is not really available to use. 2) Pool area gazebo closes at 4:00 pm (this is unacceptable) I also try to reserve it for later in the afternoon and I was told that rules are rules...this is the pool gazebo!!! I try to follow the rules that is the reason I asked to reserve the spaces, however I have seen in more than one occasion that we have renters in those common areas using the grill and drinking alcoholic beverages. I am really unhappy in this community since nothing that I would like to use is NOT available to me.

Started off a little rocky at no fault to the staff. Just the cleaning contractors. But everything was rectified to my satisfaction. I feel so safe and secure living here. I'm extremist comfortable. The exterior lighting gives me peace and I can rest easy...as long as the neighbors to my left remove the base completely from whatever they ate listening to ALL the time. Even the faintest base makes my head feel like it's going to explode. I'm not happy about that at all.

So far our experience has been positive. The community neighborhood is beautiful and we enjoy coming home. The apartment layout is spacious and accommodating. The kitchen area is a bit small, especially the cupboards, but that is to be expected in an apartment. All in all, we are very happy with our apartment here at Altis -- the only real complaint being that the previous tenants appeared to take little care of the floor and kitchen area. The tile grout is filthy, and discolored all throughout the unit. The worst being in the bathrooms. It does not appear that any cleaning was done to this area either during the previous tenancy or in the routing cleaning prior to us moving in. The kitchen cupboards were covered in grease from cooking, both inside and out, and the microwave, literally, had grease congealed and dripping from the rear. Now that we are almost fully unpacked and moved in, we'll have to tackle the issue of the floors at great cost in time and personal expense.

I love my apartment. If cable dish system were available, I wouldn't leave the apartment. Moreover i ask the Leasing Department if there going to sell them sometime, I'll be more than glad to make an offer. One of the best thing that happen to me, as soon I arrived to Miami.
