We moved into our apartment in September, The apartment is nice, however there are some issues with the electrical breakers tripping. The amenities are beautiful, We love the pool, gym and the game room. We can't wait for these amenities are open on weekends longer than office hours.

Apartment interiors are poorly constructed with shims visibly placed under cabinets but very spacious. The walls are a bit thin but not really an issue. Various problems after moving in but was resolved in a timely manner. Beautiful grounds and overall very pleasing to the eyes. My main issues are with television service options and parking. The rent is outrageously high to not be given an option for TV service. You're forced to use only AT&T.....major blunder. Secondly, parking. Upon completion and full occupancy, parking will be a nightmare. Not only do you neighbors with garages/driveways, who are ungodly selfish and would leave their driveway empty & park in a space that tenants without garages could use. Management needs to assign parking or inform tenants with garages to use their garages/driveways. To add further insult to injury, residents of the neighboring townhomes also park in spaces that is supposedly intended for apartments. Management needs to come up with a parking plan ASAP because for the price, these sort of issues should not exist.

This is a very nice neighborhood, very quiet, I guess is the new generation's place to live. I recommend it 100%. Very nice amenities and the maintenance service is excellent! Ans now they are building a mini shopping center with restaurants and convenience stores which I personally think it's convenient for the residents.

The apartments are beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, the outdoor kitchen is amazing. The clubhouse is amazing, the coffee saves my life some days on my way to work. It would make the WORLD of difference if the gym and pool were open later. Sometimes I don't get home from work until after 10 but would really love to get a work out in, then relax in the hot tub

I absolutely love having Altis as my home! Great amenities, super clean, brand new with a beautiful pool for your family along with a volleyball section, playground, and even your pets have a dog park! Only thing that needs to be added is speed bumps

This is a great community. Very quiet and well kept. Can't wait until all the construction is finished. Because I know that the retail area's will be very nice. I love the workout gym and cycling area, its very nicely put together. All and all Altis at Kendell square is a nice place to live.

Nice luxury apartment, I highly recommend it because it is very complete. It also has a lot of security and social areas are very nice, has many good colleges around, supermarkets and is very easy to reach, is relatively close to the highway Turpike

Apartments are clean, the staff is responsive and helpful. Very good experience moving in. Still unsure of when the playground will be opened and the garbage experience is a little confusing. But the amenities in the apartment are very comfortable.

Altis at Kendall is a excelent choice. For family that has kids it is wonderfull and has greats schools at the zone. The community is new and it is important for us to mantain everything in the Best conditions. Definitly I would recomend the community to another people.

Very satisfied with the apartment, community, maintenance staff, and neighborhood . This is a family community and the boisterous noise from families visiting takes a little getting used to. The three bedroom apartments are all on the third floor, which leads to some noise from the young families above. All in all, though the facility is great!

Very clean environment, well maintained, modern and nice amenities, quiet neighborhood. I'm excited for the shops to open. It will be very convenient for the residents to shop close to them. The pool needs to have remote access soon so the residents can use it at anytime.

I am the first occupant of this unit. Various things that did not work properly needed to be reported and they were corrected appropriately by maintence. My only recommendation is that new units need to be given a better final inspection before occupancy by a new tenant. These included lighting, electrical beeping that was noisy until maintenance corrected it. Shower doors that were not adjust to move freely by the installer and circuit breakers that needed adjustment. The only other irritant is that the new refrigerator has no water filter and the water's taste and purity is not acceptable. So I have been buying all my drinking water at the local super market. On the plus side, the office has been very pleasant to deal with, especially Maylene Fuentes the Director. The new gymn with a variety of equipment is very nice for workouts. Some landscaping issues are slowly being corrected at our perticular buildng.

Nice community the amenities are ok and the neighborhood it's safe. The location instead of it's a little bit far it's close to shoppings centers and a big mall ( Dadeland ). I would recommend this subdivision to a friend . We just moved from DC .

Extremely expensive given the quality of the units as well as the location. There is a issue with noise, for an apartment for almost $2k a month there should be peace and quiet and there isn't. Plus, there is an issue unscrupulous pricing scheme for their apartments.

A very nice place to live.everthing is new and the community is quit. Close to shopping centers and restaurants and Baptist Hospital is close by also. Friendly people as well.the pool area is very clean as well and the staff is very professional and helpful very helful.

Everything about my new home is wonderful. The neighborhood and community center offers lots of entertainment, the layout and design is spacious and perfect for the price. The friends I invite mention how they will be moving in as soon as they're lease else where expires.
