Office staff was very professional, helpful and kind. The community is beautiful and well kept. Staff is very friendly. The apartments are beautiful and maintenance attends to work orders in a timely manner.

I love live on Altis at Kendall Square. The place is beautiful and quiet. The staff is very professional and efficient. I like the amenities, pool, gym, you can are relaxing when you walking in the green areas

From the neighborhood to the property itself, it looks clean, organized and inviting. The office staff is fantastic! The amenities and facilities are well taken care of and beautifully designed and decorated. We just moved in and so far we love it!

I recently moved in, so far the whole community seems very quiet and safe, they keep everything very clean and very nice, and the staff that works in the office is very friendly, the apartment is very nice and plenty of storage space which is very useful.

This community is very beautiful and clean. I came to look at Altis years ago and regret not moving in sooner. I love it! Everyone is very friendly, the upkeep of the apartments are nice, the amenities and common areas are beautiful! What else could you expect? Very pricey but then again, what isn't in Miami right now? When compared to other communities, they're within the same price range.

I like to le in this community because the neighbors are nice people it is quiet and you can rest, and when you have any problem in the apartment they responde immediately,the location is excellent to live.

Great community. Kids and pets friendly. They keep the grounds and common area in tip top. The maintenance guys respond right away to any work order and take care of it so quickly. Very happy to be here.

It's been a pretty great experience so far. The community is clean, updated, safe and family oriented. It's quiet and conducive to comfortable living. It's a bit on the pricy side though, but I enjoy living here.

Living at Altis has been a great experience overall. The staff are always very kind and available for any questions. The maintenance personnel are also amazing and take care of any issues in a timely manner. The apartments and surrounding area are kept very clean. I would highly recommend the Altis for people looking for their next apartment rental.

Hace unos meses decid? mudarme a "ALTIS KENDALL SQUARE", y la verdad que ha sido una muy buena decisi?n. Las personas que trabajan en la oficina hacen muy bien su trabajo. Leonardo, Jorge y Claudia me ayudaron mucho desde el primer d?a que llegu?. para hacer el proceso m?s r?pido y f?cil, "ALTIS KENDALL SQUARE" es un buen lugar para vivir, tiene todas las comodidades y es muy seguro.

Easy way to rent in this Comunity, very professional and very nice staff . Apartment layout and condition excellent. Neat and clean Plenty of parking available. Security patrol around the buildings. Great clubhouse and 24 hour gym . Quiet Comunity.

We rented in Altis Kendall Square since December 2015, we are so happy here! the community is gorgeous, the amenities and grounds are very nice, the Office team and Maintenance team are always providing the best service, with a smile and great attitude.

Is a good and appropriate community for family , so quiet, secure, clean , the amenities so good ,the area of the pool is cool. When you need help with any problems in maintenance in your unit the staff? resolve quickly, very happy and grateful ??

The management team here at Atlis is wonderful. The Maintenance team is AMAZING! (Probably the best I have ever worked with at any apartment). The staff is friendly and really get whatever it is completed in a timely manner. HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful community with a friendly atmosphere.

Great apartment layout. Young active neighborhood. I love that it has a washer and dryer, although it's very loud when I'm use. Very dog friendly with a small dog park. Since there is no parking assigned, finding parking can be an issue after 8pm. Speeding in the Blvd is pretty bad. I've seen cars swipe another car and keep driving. Park at your own risk.

Very nice and clean community. Many amenities. They're definitely strict with their rules which I personally both can see the pros and cons of. It definitely restricts those that don't live in the community which is great but also can be a headache if you for example forget your ID cause you're at the pool or gym then decide to like want to play pool inside the club house and they ask for ID. But rules are definitely needed in my opinion.
