It's my believe that to communicate with customers in this case residents, appropriate language and etiquette on the writing is not only mandatory but a best practice in any scenario, I was helping the people that pick up the trash bags every morning, in return I received a really bulgar letter from Mrs. Claudia Velez, which I was informed about a violation, I got it, is not the proper procedure to do it, but the language used was really rude, I answered the letter asking for a change of attitude and the verbiage used, but no response until this day, threats people to eviction them from premises on a letter is not the way to do business this days. Management team needs a lot of work on customer service. And the problem is far to be solve. Also the cat population and no effort or campaign it has being initiated by Management. In the other hand, Maintance is the best, fast on point and professional. Thanks for th opportunity to share my experience .

Apt is perfect , grounds are kept well , pool rules are terrible , I can't enjoy the pool with my grandkids and son and his wife because I'm not allowed more then two guest , so no one comes to visit me . This is important to me so it truly lowers the score of my experience living here

We are more than happy. Nice community, secure and clean. Well care and always with manteniente service available. The rules and policies keep the community organized. I love the pool and all the amenities

It was a smooth transition with moving in. It's been a good experience so far. Quiet and clean neighborhood. The only thing I would change is when they cut the grass, they blow it in our driveway which gets pretty dirty.

Excellent service
My A/C unit stopped working and maintenance were able to fix very quickly. The emergency line wasn’t working and after going to the office in person to let the team know they were able to resolve right away. Thank you to the staff and maintenance team for unwavering support and speedy resolution.

Is a rental community above standard. Very well maintained and friendly service. Although it has some manor issues with garbage recollection and parking availability. I do not agree with some management policies, such as canceling the posibility to pay with checks, debit or credit card

can barely get out of my apartment. parking is abysmal, management is completely inept. constant loud noises from neighbors, complaints go unanswered. nobody speaks english in management office, why would they?

My experience in this community has been sub-par for what I am being charged every month. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone who has a family. It looks nice but soo much could be better here. Thats in all honesty. The pool is literally a mess everytime we go as a family to enjoy the amenities that we pay for. The hot tub (which I enjoy the most) only works about 30% of the time. There are ducks that poop all over the sidewalks and take over the gazebo's by the athletic park. The parking situation will actually make anyone regret that they signed a lease here. I was duped into renting a 3rd floor 3 bedroom that I thought would have a garage but when I arrived from North Carolina I had a very rude awakening when I found out that was not the case at all. THERE ARE NO ASSIGNED PARKING SPOTS. NONE! You will come home from work anytime past 8pm and legit never want to live here again, I get home and have to go around the entire neighborhood looking for parking to then have to walk from wherever it was that I found a spot exhausted from an entire day of working. The security staff is an actual joke, they ride around in a golf cart listening to music and/or talking on the phone very loud. On my 4th month here my car was broken into right in front of my apartment. There is absolutely no surveillance at all!!! When I went to the office to seek help, they literally told me I was on my own. Had to file a police report and luckily the neighbors were nice enough to show me footage from their cameras of the crime being committed. If I honestly could end my lease now without repercussions I would end it in a heartbeat just as long as I get as far from this place as I can. The community is nice and the houses are cool. But these ALTIS APARTMENTS need Jesus. Aside from all of this, I am almost 1000% sure that we have mold circulating through our apartment even though I complained about it and the complex sent someone to spray the a/c radiator with a cleaner and called it a day. The water pump goes off anytime we flush the toilets and begins a banging noise forcing us to shut off the water. There is much more I can say but I think you get the point by now.

Stay Away!
Where do I even begin? After the tour, Claudia was very rude and unprofessional. Since the day we moved it was already such a unpleasant experience. When I was given keys and taken to my unit, there was a huge religious cross on my door that had dripping stains on it. How could they ever allow someone to move in with this on the door. This offended me and disrespected my religion. Not too long after moving in my dryer was broken. After placing a maintenance request on January 15th and still having a dysfunctional dryer, I placed yet ANOTHER request on July 10th, and again, still no resolution. Everyone knows that a key appliance is your dryer. I finally decided to call Emergency maintenance on July 23nd because my whole apartment smelled like burning smoke because of the broken dryer, the call was answered by the rudest and most unprofessional maintenance technician that I have ever met. He continued to say that he will not be going to my unit on a Sunday afternoon and that my husband "must be Cuban because we are idiots." After this incident, management never reached out to either myself nor my husband to apologize or acknowledge what happened. Every time you complain, the manager Leonardo, gets extremely defensive and refuses to help. The day right after, they brought me a new dryer. They knew it was broken the whole time and REFUSED to give me a new one until 10 months after I moved!! Also, on July 8th, I placed a request in regards to mold that I have in my master closet. Someone came out and painted over the mold. The mold ate through the paint immediately. I then placed another request on August 29th, someone came out to my apartment again and told me to remove everything from my closet, I did, and they just sprayed Kills and painted over it again. Obviously, the mold came back again so we reached out to Alberto, a Maintenance technician who had given us his personal cell phone, and asked him to pass by our unit again to check the roof. We have been dealing with this since July 8th, it was not until I sent a massive email about a week ago that they decided to finally call a vendor out to fix the damages. Or so we thought, My husband took the day off from work to be present for this and what took place was absolutely absurd. I was specifically told that I had to “remove all personal items from the closet where the maintenance team will be working.†This was a complete lie and waste of time. I was instructed to empty out my entire closet for a second time to get a photo taken of the roof. This has been an unpleasant and recurring issue with management. I cannot wait to leave this community that is so poorly managed. Do not expect a follow up email or call from the staff if you have an issue. I would not recommend this community to my worst enemy. Absolutely horrible! I am attaching all the pictures of all the problems in my unit, you can see how the mold continues to darken and grow. This is unacceptable!

This was the first time I had moved to any apartment complex. We have been here for about 6 months and have had nothing but good experiences. Whenever a maintenance issue arrives the team is very quick to respond to the problem. The community also does alot of family activities which makes living here even more enjoyable

It is an excellent community, the administration is always active in terms of service to the units, as well as to the community areas, they are excellently maintained, it is safe, it has space for children, pets, area for outdoor exercise, the pool, the jacuzzi, the gym, always clean. I recommend 100% to live

The Altis community is very peaceful and most residents are very friendly. The Altis staff is cooperative and proactive and one of the best maintenance teams I've encountered. The Kendall Square Security needs to aggressively address parking violations ASAP.

Community is clean and well maintained. Any problems are fixed promptly. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is somewhat of a problem at night. Trash collection service is wonderful and saves walking to trash bins.

Nice place, all is new and the maintenance staff is 5 starts. They work fast. With the highest standards. The neighborhood is quite and safe. You can go around at anytime with your pets and you can feel safe. The contact with the natural ambience is one of the best features!!!!

Living in this community has been very satisfying, and the attention in the office and the maintenance staff have been excellent, they are receptive and respectful. We have enjoyed the quiet, family atmosphere of the community, and the spaces are well maintained and very comfortable.

So far so good. The leasing office employees were extremely welcoming. The community felt safe and felt like home. My apartment is the most biggest and spacious 1/1 I've ever rented in my life. Been here for a week, no bad comments.
