Calm quiet and peaceful. Beautiful walk around the lake and access to gym and pool. Easy parking almost always in front of your unit and spacious apartments for the price. The appliances are new or near new and high quality and the carpet in the bedrooms is very soft(most likely replaced after each tenet).

Great community highly recommended for families with kids. Great amenities, and green areas. The maintenance personal is great, providing very good services, and solving any issues very fast. The location is great you have a shopping center very close to this community.

Me encanta, mi apartamento es amplio y muy buen distribuido, muy buena atenci?n cuando he necesitado alg?n servicio de mantenimiento, muy cuidafas las areas. Mi ?nica queja es con relaci?n al parqueo ya que los residentes deb?an tener su parqueo garantizado al frente o cerca su apto. ya que cuando llegamos en la noche hay que dejarlo donde haya un espacio libre

Friendly staff members. Maintenance crew is excellent, approachable, knowledgeable, professional, clean and reliable. They're willing to help and always willing to do the extra work. Office staff is excellent and they listen.

This is a nice community with beautiful views of the lake. It is an excellent place to walk & exercise at any time of the day or night. I have never felt unsafe here. There is a security guard that patrols the building. The lobby, leasing office, and outdoor areas are all maintained by the staff very well. There is just a short walk to the supermarket and convenience stores. Plenty of parking with no parking pass required. (This is a huge plus for when you have visitors) The apartments are decent but the only downfall is that the walls are thin and I can hear my neighbors very often. But that also comes with the territory of living in an apartment building. I'm a very good tenant, I pay on time, I don't make noise, and follow the rules of the community, but when it came time to renew my rent, none of that mattered. I understand prices are going up, but the increase was 25% (almost $400 more a month) There are more pros than cons here.

This is an excellent place to live. Great staff both, office and maintenance. Only concern is that Dade County is not concerning about duck population and there is a lot of feces around the community.

Very happy here! I have been living here for about 2 years now and have no complaints! I feel safe living here and overall I am very happy here! I would say the only complaint is not enough parking spots but that really happens in every apartment complex.

Great experience. Great service. Management staff is great. They are Very well organized and supportive. I love the fact that is a pet friendly community with plenty space for my ?? to enjoy. The apartment is in a great condition. Pool and gym area is also very nice.

The property is well maintained, staff is professional and friendly, neighbors are courteous. Kendall Square K-8 Center is an A-School and it's literally in the community, no need to drive. I simply love living here.

Quiet and beautiful surrounding landscaping. Kids and pets friendly community. Immaculate and well maintained. A lot of amenities in the clubhouse, like a gym, entertainment area, game room, spa, and nice pool. Lovely walks around the 1-mile lake.

I live in a 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor in this property. The public areas such as the pool, fitness, park, etc. Are really clean. The appartement is well equipped and the pricing is in the range with the current market.

Nice area great staff, nice community. Everyone here is friendly. Great gym and pool area with BBQ grills. Would recommend to family and friends. Community clean and well kept. There is security at night.

This is a quiet community with excellent maintenance and friendly staff good security and close to all necessary shops and services. Neighbors are friendly and considerate and grounds are always kept manicured and clean.

Kendall square is a beautiful and safe community with children playing in the parks, great amenities for residents. Most residents are families and the common areas are generally well maintained and there isn't too much noise even during the weekends.

Well maintained complex with beautiful open spaces, apartments are relatively spacious and sunny, and the gym and pool don't get too crowded. Community is close to shopping and restaurants and a little less crowded than areas further east.

This has been the best experience! From the moment I called to schedule a viewing to the moment of move in - everything has been so smooth and efficient. Management is great and answers all questions and concerns. They get back to you promptly and don't leave you waiting. It's only been a week since move in but I'm so happy with my decision and have so much peace in my new place! Altis Kendall Square is a great place!

This community is by far the best place I have been living. Very clean, Beautiful landscaping, modern and nice apartments, and excellent maintenance team and management, always willing to help. I really like this place, ups and downs with rent prices like any other place but it worth staying here if you compare all good things.

It was a quick and easy process, the staff is always very friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet, the amenities are good and parking is readily available at all times. What I liked the most was the pool and the business room.

My time so far at Altis has been wonderful. However, I experienced this incident at the pool in March 2022 when a teammate from the leasing off was racist toward me just because I don't speak Spanish.
