Well i been looking for a good complex in kendall and let me tell you altis at kendall square is the Best place to live, good price, beautiful complex, great custumer services, parking are great, pets lovers... i recommend this complex to everyone

While searching for places to stay, the staff here have been very patient and graceful in providing my team - mates information for me to make my choice on where I am going to stay when I come back from military deployment. The property is very nice and grounds are kept well. And this is the best place for the price That is/was set. If you are looking, this is the place. There's no other place like this place...so this has to be the place! Ahmand

Excellent community. Great management. Very friendly staff. Club house is amazing. It feels like you live in a resort. Whenever I have had any issues with the apartment, the response has been immediate and the service provided by the maintenance personnel was very professional.

The experience moving to Altis at Kendall Square was truly wonderful. Mayleen assisted with all of the questions and was extremely kind and welcoming. The apartment is brand new and beautiful. This is a must see community because it has all the right qualities for a great price. Overall it's the perfect place to feel at "home".

Great place to live, always quiet and good costumer service and the amenities are well manteined. Im so happy to choose this place to live. I love the areas for kids, the pool and the clubhouse. Beautiful place

Beautiful community on southwest Kendall! Very close to shops and great dining and nestled in the picturesque green farmlands on the edge of the Everglades! The amenities are fantastic and the staff are all friendly and host excellent events!

The community and apartment units look amazing, the amenities including gym, swimming pool, soccer field, dog park, volleyball court and clubhouse are unmatched in this area. It is true a wonderful place to reside, there are also a ton of shopping centers in the area for all your needs. I'll be here for a while!

Quality of living depends on a few things: the comfort of the apartment (size, quality of appliances, external noises, etc.), community amenities, friendliness of staff and Altis scores above average on all points, except the external noise could be less.

Great service and the maintenance handle the problems quickly! Great community to live, it even includes a dog parks which is really great for your pet. They should include speed bumps and add additional stops to the street inside the community.

Altis is a city within a city. You have all the amneties that a great apartment requires. The apartment are modern and state of the art. I love living here and I recommend Altis to anyone looking for a new pace with beautiful surroundings.This place is excellence in the heart Of West Kendall.

MY EXPERIENCE IS GOOD, BUT I THINK CAN BE BETTER, I RECOMENDED TO ANY FRIEND, BUT I SAY THAT THEY HAVE TO BE SURE WHEN CALL FOR ANY MAINTANANCE, BECAUSE TH STAFF VIOLATE ALL THE TIME WHEN A CUSTUMER. REQUIRED NO BODY GET INSIDE THE PROPERTY WHEN NO PRESENT ANY FAMILY MEMBER

My only complaint is the lack of traffic control. Being on the main street, my family is exposed to the high speed vehicles passing through. Nothing has been done on this. With just the installation of stop signs on each intersection the problem could be controlled

I love my new apartment it is very pretty, spacious and bright. I am so glad I decided to get a floor plan with the garage even though it was a little more. It is super convenient especially in the rain season. Neighborhood is very quiet. My maintenance requests were resolved same day. I just wish it was a little closer.
