We love living here! Great community with amazing location. Quiet and great for walking. Close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The holidays here are awesome. Total community buy in.

Good community, good maintenance in general, would love to move farther from the park, is too noisy, kids screaming almost 24/7, even when the balcony is fully closed you can hear them, but nothing else... can't complain...

Great community. Very clean, quiet, and easy living. The Altis staff are all very nice and always there to help. The neighbors are very sweet as well and not problematic. It is one big community and one big family.

Very nice community Safety and clean Good ammenities Nice administration management Maintance team the best One point is changing and it is speed trafic in the community Security protection Pools are clean and organized Common area are altas very clean In general is one of the best condo in Kendall West but I think that rent payment must be one top at least for people tha are living here for more than 5 years

The community overall is great, it is very well maintained, the apartments are spacious, modern and we displaced, all the amenities are really nice and well maintained too. The office staff is great and always helpful, overall it's a great experience.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT WILL LITERALLY BE THE WORST MISTAKE YOU EVER MADE ESPECIALLY IF YOU UNLESS YOU SPEAK SPANISH NONE OF YOUR NEED WILL BE MET HERE AS A RESIDENT. THEY ONLY CATER TO THEIR SPANISH RESIDENTS. THE NEIGHBORS DRILL, CUT, SAW, HAMMER, WORK ON THEIR VEHICLES DURING THE NIGHT AND YOU WILL NOT GET ANY SLEEP HERE. THEY HAVE PARTIES ALL THE TIME, WHEN THEYRE NOT YELLING, SCREAMING AND CARRYING ON. IT IS NOT QUIET. THE STAIRS GROW ALGAE TILL IT TURNS BLACK AND THE GARBAGE COMPANY DOES NOT PICK UP THE TRASH. YOU WILL WAKE UP AND FIND TRASH STILL THERE DAYS LATER. THE

The community is clean, safe and the staff responds within 24 hours to most requests. You don't find this in many communities anymore let alone in Florida. In addition, maintenance staff are friendly, knowledgeable and make suggestions to help maintain your apartment with relative ease.

It is a very nice and pleasant place, my best decision this 2020 was to move here. It is nice to go for a walk, it is quiet, clean and familiar. when you have a maintenance problem they respond quickly, I recommend it 100%

It's been amazing, the apartment is spacious and beautiful. I love the extra space in the living room for entertaining guest and set up a mini home office in. My cats live the extra space to run around and the big windows they can look out of

Luxury apartment at affordable price. Available facilities are next level. Management was very flexible in working with me from overseas so I could move in as soon as I landed. Maintenance issues were fixed right away.

Pictures weren't as described when showed up to the assigned apartment we were going to rent, I believe it was a model type but it was still nothing like when we visited the apartment in person. Amenities and area were as described though, beautiful place. Although the pictures didn't match up it was still overall a nice viewing

Great community to live highly recommended. Very quiet and secure. Wife left her car running and doors unlocked for over 30 min and no one touched it. Apt spacious with a lot of upgrades. Impact windows a plus.

Everyone was very professional, the paperwork process was very easy compared to my last apartment which took weeks to be approved. The apartment was also incredibly clean when we moved in which is so wonderful, the staff sent us a video tour before we moved in. The only negative I've seen so far is that late at night there isn't a lot of available parking, difficult for people who work late like myself. Overall very happy

Awesome place very quiet very clean hallways always smelling good and fresh! Insulation of the walls could be thicker so that the noise from your neighbor it's their own noise not ours. No issue with a parking at the door there is a keypad for security you won't regret renting here it's like vacation home!

The community is very quiet and the neighbors are extremely friendly. The staff has always been very friendly as well and very welcoming. The complex has plenty of amenities that are always clean and they continue to add new things from stores to exercise machines.

The community is very friendly and open. I feel quite safe and comfortable in my apartment. It is very conveniently located. There is a publix, a gym, farmers market all within walking distance. The community itself has exercise equipment outside and a large soccerfield. I feel quite safe and secure.

This is a great community. We love living here Schools are close and there are many entertainment options around. The staff is very kind and helpful. The apartments look like brand new and are very clean.
