The property is absolutely beautiful and clean. I went to look at for an apartment and Tara answered all of my many questions. The pools on the property looked inviting especially after a hot day. Thank you Tara for taking the time to show me around..

There are kind people here. Everything is clean and well maintained. The curves when entering the neighborhood make it hard to see oncoming traffic but there are nice wide parking spaces that are easy to back into. It is a well maintained, safe family neighborhood.

No security. My two bikes got stolen. Management do nothing

Good community but there is no security. My two bikes got stolen from community bike racks. One with lock on it And its common over here.management emails you if your kid leave their bike common area but doesnot care about theft.

The staff are awful. The price keeps increasing but the place just gets worse. Not worth the value My rent increased $600 in last 2 years. No upkeep. They revoked my online payment privileges bc my identity was stolen

Staff is great. Team does their best to help however they can, including the service team. Grounds are impeccable and size of units are great, plus the amenities and community is full of nice people.

We're happy we moved here. Maintenance staff very efficient. The apartment complex is clean and staff at the leasing office are nice. It is also a very safe place to live and you can really relax after going home from work.

Stay away from this property. Nice community. However units are roach infested. Maintenance responds Quick but it's normally a temporary fix.Office adds random fees to your bill each month. I wouldn't recommend living here even if rent was free.. Don't do it

Location of community is nice but needs lots of improvements in fixing outdoor lighting, maintenance amenities, clean passages and stairs of apartments, lit up the community on events and festivals to make it more lively and make it affordable by reducing rent.

Appointment moving here I love this apartment is quiet. The only thing I don't like is the fact that it's bugs. Carpenter ants as well as roaches, sugar ants. You gotta be careful where you lay things at. Maintenance is usually pretty good, no complaints.

Great location. Schools K-12 are pretty good and in close proximity. Very family oriented and lots of stores and super markets. Close to markets for local foods and produce. Close to Universities and County Colleges.

There are no street lights, so it is very difficult to see at night when coming home, especially when there are so many children running around in the roads due to there being NO sidewalks for anyone to walk on. There are many bug problems even though I just moved in and I am a clean freak. The office does not answer in a timely manner when presented with issues.

Leasing agent was great to deal with, she answered all my questions and provided a great tour of a beautiful community. The location was perfect and near the local school. The highway is only minutes away and lots of restaurants nearby.

One of the main benefits of living here is walkable by one of the best elementary school in Tampa. The gym is well equipped and available entire time. The pool is clean and its feels great to spent family time at the pool.

High Rent. Can reduce the rent for the people who all are extending their lease for the next year. But here they are increasing when they are continuing for the second year and so. Also water cost is not properly billed. Not able to understand the billing process.

Great location, good facilities, and nice looking buildings. However, the quality of community and residents does not reflect the high prices charged. While there are many nice neighbors, some seem to be unaware of needing to put the trash in proper trash bags and in the pins. Others feel its ok to leave their shoes and a lippers outside the door and in the hallway. Then some think its OK for kids to be running and jumping passed midnight while they have meighbors downstairs. The high resident turnover makes you experience the good and the bad.

The Grande Reserve offers a safe, beautiful and convenient location in Tampa Palms. The pool and gym amenities are great and the individual units are unique, spacious and newly renovated. Some units also offer really nice outdoor screened in patios, which was a great feature for me!

The community is changing. In the beginning property was maintained beautifully. As of lately, not so much. One problem that has continued is the roach problem. I believe that when putting in pest control issues they are not always being taken care of, yet are checked off as completed.
