I love my apartment and Post Crossings staff. Ms. Danita has been so amazing and thorough since I began looking for apartments. The apartments and staff are the reason why I chose post crossing. I do not know the staff members name but Ms. Danita and the other staff memebers always make the visitors and residents feel welcome.

Even when I inform the office about the nonsense I was left with, nothing gets fixed except the very first thing I mention. I think it's absolutely asinine that I'm paying so much for this apartment to be disregarded by the team

I was very dissapinted with the condition of my unit when I first moved in. First, the kitchen stove and garbage disposer were not ready to use. It took another 5 days to get it ready (after contacting leasing office multiple times). Second, the carpet was not cleaned. Finnally, the garbage was not picked up from the unit and balcony. The speed and quality of work by maintenance team should be improved.

Move in was horrible; the apartment was dirty and smelly. The manager didn't take my complaint seriously. the apartment hasn't been repainted And this is common practice. The ceiling is yellow and they are refusing to do anything to help.

I love the place. Clean and well maintained. I love the spacious apartment layout that includes what seems to be a separate apartment space for the 2nd bathroom. I love the stainless steel and hate that it may not be offered in future upgrades. That doesn't make sense to me in a so called "Luxury" apartment complex. May have to rethink that plan.

Post crossing is good but very expensive move out charges. But i like spacing. May be with the limited land available, post crossing can create a small park inside the apartment. I also feel apartment can create more events

You are truly paying for location. It is truly an excellent location. I do feel that showing people the updated apartments and then leasing them an older outdated apartment with rusted sinks is a very shady practice

I was good experience staying in post crossing. I liked the pool view from my apartment and kitchen appliance. When I called for the maintenance they reached to apartment very quick and fixed the issue. I loved the neighborhood.

Upstairs neighbor is very noisy and inconsiderate. People jumping, slamming doors, and making lots of noise early in the morning until late at night. I think it is related to kids playing so I haven't complained.

In short, I'm very unhappy. It is not taken care of and I pay enough money to not run away from the rats that hang out by the mound of trash that somehow doesn't fit in the bin. The kids in the parking lot are dangerous and the gates never work. My apartment can never get cool so I pay extra to just run it all day long.

I first toured Post Crossing in late December of 2017. The tour was fantastic and thorough I was shown a whole host of unit types and styles. I don't believe I asked a question that went unanswered. Fast-Forward a few months and I was able to apply, and sign my lease in a days time. The office is incredibly responsive and a pleasure to work with. I have been in my unit a little while now and I can tell you their treatment of me has not changed. Maintenance is quick to respond and is respectful to your belongings.

Community is Ok, but maintenance team lacks experts, and leasing office management doesn't act like humans they act like machines.whenever you go to with a special request, expect leasing office behave like computer telling you leasing rules. They need training on Human relations.

Maintainence has changed from best to poor within 2 years. Now the maintainence is very poor. Apartments are pretty old with roaches and bugs but the location is very good. If you are moving in then go for a renovated apartment only even if you have to pay a little more.

Friendly staff, great maintenance team. Little pricier but apparently that's because of the location. But they MUST consider upgrading all apartments without increasing rents further. All in all, a good deal, great location and up to the mark apartments.

From outside, it looks good, near to some of the grocery shops etc, but living there for a month will change the perception. There is no rule, children playing in parking area, numerous blind spots for drivers, people gathering and chit chatting everywhere which We didn't like. Our stay was not that good and some of the maintenance guy were good, but last 3 months was horrible, nobody was listening to you or take care of your maintenance request. The manager is extremely rude and she seems to be a VP of some fortune 500 company, although many leasing ofc people were good and supportive. So, I won't recommend.

The Post Crossing community is a kid friendly and safe place to live when you have a family. i moved in to this community in 2016 to a different apartment. I moved within the community to a bigger apartment in 2017. The people around are very friendly and kind. I have so far had a fair experience in this community. The leasing office people were very friendly when I first moved in to the community. But that does not seem to be the case recently. I wish they are more courteous and friendly when we walk in to the leasing office asking any questions/concerns.
