Excellent experience!! Danita is patient and thoroughal. She goes beyond ensuring that your application process and move in experience is pleasureable. I did have a few maintenance issues during my move in but those were quickly resolved. The grounds a beautiful and the complex is conveniently located to dining and shopping. I can walk if I desire too. The only problem I have relates to the neighbor above me. I suppose there are small children -who are running and jumping throughout the day and night. I requested assistance from the leasing office to help curtail the noise. I was informed the neighbor will be contacted to resolve the issue.

I've been here 8 days and I have to say, I like the community and lot. The residents are cool, the staff is sound, and I couldn't ask for a better location to live in. Sincerely, Selmaan A Ali Ps that sums it all a nutshell.

The Community is good. We did not receive a satisfactory move in process. The apartment had various issues that were reported. The issues were quite basic like stove not working and toilet flush not working.We would like to be compensated for the same.

I love Post Crossings, it's a friendly neighborhood. The most FAMILY oriented neighborhood in Atlanta. I like the multicultural neighborhood and the City of Dunwoody. Walking is a pleasure in and outside of Post Crossings. Clean outside environment. Close to Marta. Apartments are uniquely Modern yet Traditional which makes it very suitable for TODAYS lifestyle.

Clean and Spacious community with excellent maintenance. Rent price could be a little lower. Gym has good equipment, but is cramped with very little space for stretching and aerobic exercises. Staff is co-operative and friendly, most of the times.

So far so good. Everything has been good and all our issues are answered. Hoping to have a good time here. Lots of spaces and car park. Residents are friendly and always ready to help. Trash system can be improved by having an option in the middle of the community as well

Just moved into this apartment, so movein process was smooth. All these experience is about the move process only. Location is very convenient to shopping, restaurant, entertainment and mall. Overall as of now its good.

Good location. Office assistant manager is very kind and hard working. Many family including children and dog living in this community but most of times residents drive thier car way too fast. In my unit, appliances are kind of old and causes much more electricity usage(almost twice much compare to last apartment). other than that this community is pretty nice place to live.

The move in my apartment went pretty easy but it was the move out and communication with the office that has leafy me EXTREMELY dissatisfied. I was coordinating this move virtually from Texas. Coummicated with the office that I was turning in the keys early because I would not be at the apartment during the day of the move out on the 11th. I dropped of my keys at the office on the morning of the 9th so my movers will have access to the home. Then I receive a call from the office, after my plane ride to Texas, telling me they recieved my keys but found that my belongings were still in the apartment and I would be giving up possession by turning in the keys. I, ONCE AGAIN, explained that I am coordinating the move from out of town. I already sent a email explaining this the day before and had verbal communication with the office. I was hen asked to send ANOTHER email explaining the same. I did and durning this conversation, Leslie with the office stated - "if anything is left in the apartment by the movers, this will be cleaned up, thrown away and billed to me". I explained that I am out of town, I will not know if anything is left. So if ANY belongings are left- communicate it with me and I will arrange to have it picked up. THIS WAS NEVER DONE. Now, I called back, I didn't receive a call - I called back only to hear the news that the manintence cleaned out my apartment after the movers turned in the keys. They threw away some boxes and trash.... No specific details as to what was THROWN AWAY, at all. I understand that I am responsible for my belongings, but I was in constant coummication with the office and I asked the same from them durning each conversation. This never happened.

Move in was quick and smooth. Online payment options are fantastic, and the staff made the signing very easy for us. Our only issue came with some unfinished maintenance tasks that we have issued work orders to resolve.

I have only been here about two weeks and so far everything is great. This is my first time living in an apartment, and the staff have been more than patient explaining details and very professional in handling questions and requests. Note: The below rating for noise is a bit confusing. Should five stars indicate no noise or high noise? It should be more clear, perhaps "Noise: Please rate your experience with intrusive noises while inside your apartment." Or, perhaps replace the stars with a numeric slider indicating "Lots of noise" on the left and "Low noise/mostly quiet" on the right.

Not so happy with the apartment management. We don't feel like they understand our problems and try to help us. Common areas need to be well maintained. Community entry gate doesn't work most of the time.

Not at all satisfactory. I recommend the people i know not to sign the lease in this community. I have signed the lease for 14 months and stuck here, the appartment is old, not properly inspected before moving in, no proper maintainence, non-cooperative management. For 1400$ we signed the lease we paid 1900$ for 6 months. Which is unappropriate. Its worst and bad experience coming here. I have wasted this 14 months staying in this appartment. Please i recommend future tenants not to choose this community.

Recently moved into Post Crossing, It was a good experience overall. The location is excellent. Very close to Parks, Walmart, Mall and Hospital. The rent is affordable compared to neighboring community.

So Far all good, my first work order complain went smooth without any Delay.. Hope to see same service in future. I can definitely recommend this Appartments to my friends and anyone in need as per me its best place as it has transportation nearby and many restaurants and mainly Walmart.. Happy to be here

Requested to move in a day early on Sunday so that we would not have to take off work, but was told by staff the apartment had to undergo a checklist before move in day. On move in day, the flooring in the kitchen was damaged in several places, there was glue everywhere, the walls were chipped, and there was blond dog hair everywhere from the previous renters. This tells me the carpet was not cleaned well, which severely irritated my wife's allergies. Also, maintenance to a poor job at preparing the apartment to satisfactory conditions.

So far I like it. Very quiet. Staff is very nice. Close to shopping and restaurants. Zoned for Dunwoody school district, which is a plus. Very affordable and spacious. Also very nice to have Google fiber.

Super fast service. I put on the maintenance request at night and the next day the issue was solved. I am very happy with the service. The response from the maintenance team is found be always helpful and on time.

Clean environment, good maintenance crew, issues taken care of almost immediately. Good neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Clean pool area as well as clean pool. People are friendly, staff is friendly and care takers always asking if they can do anything for you.

Access gates are poorly maintained and open or broken most of the time, leaving the property exposed to security threats. Laundry room is neglected with several malfunctioning washers and dryers. Community dumpster is often overflowing on weekends. This former Post property has devolved into the typical H1-B visa ------ now common in Atlanta's tech worker perimeter.

I have lived in the community for almost 10 years and since MAA has taking over things have changed a lot. I have never had any issues until now! Maintenance Service is horrible! I have to escalate to get anything done!

Overall community is good and nicely maintained. location is also great. Also elementary schools are good in this area. What lags most is the management. General staff is friendly and helpful but as far as management and there representatives go they provide worst experience possible. Few caveats: 1. Lease if new going for credit check expect delays. In my case i had to stay in hotel for 1 week and all the agency i had to talk to myself as they were not even contacting them or answering simple queries of credit/renters history check agency. 2. Management representative specially 1 lady is quite rude. not sure what is her problem but looks like she is unchallenged rules of the apartment and has right to misbehave and talk rudely with everyone. while mentioning it i want to exclude remaining general staff and other persons but in most critical issues you may end up dealing with her only. 3. Lease renewal - be ready for move every lease expiry. MAA management is quite discriminatory here. you may find 20% rent difference between your rent and what they offer you for renewal. any shorter lease will be 1.8 times your existing lease. It is designed to force existing tenant in to higher rent and looks like they have a good success rate in here. If you decide to move you can choose even within apartment as transfer at normal rate. 4. Maintenance is good and responsive but generally takes more than 1 iterations to get anything fixed, which i believe is not a big deal. Rating: 1. Apartment Complex: 4/5 2. Maintenance: 4/5 3.
