The leasing staff were very friendly and very forgiving of the many mistakes I made renting my first apartment. The apartment itself was clean and ready for me to move whatever I needed in. The location is convenient for whatever needs you may have with a Walmart, several restaurants. 24 hour access to onsite laundry if it's not already in the apartment, etc.

      Ju inSome neighbors do not believe rules apply to them. Cooking smells, children use Parking litt as playground adults use parking lot as gathering spot. We pay for keeping grounds clean and that is not the case.

        Carriage home wasn't as clean as the lease says it has to be left. They advertise new & remodel look, yet don't disclose not all have been updated (not even when advertising a specific one available do they note it's an old model). Walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors. Maintenance staff is super friendly and quick to fix problems from a maintenance request.

          Move in was great. The staff was very accommodating. The work order I submitted was completed the same day. I also needed support (due to the lack of resources because of just moving in) for work and the staff assisted greatly.

            The office staff is great. I think the stoves are a bit dated. The burners on mine do not fit properly. I think the laundry facility should accept coins instead of credit cards. Also it can be very noisy in the hallways at times.

              Good and friendly folks at the leasing office. The apartments have been recently renovated and have good facilities. Near to shopping centers and easy access to Walmart, target and all major shopping centers.

                A couple of issues in the apartment could have been easily resolved before we moved in. AC HEAT was not working, guest bathroom sink tap was shut due to water leakage and also the garbage disposal in kitchen sink had some electrical issues. I felt that the maintenance folks could take care of such high priority broken things in the apartment before new people move in to provide a smooth and no-tension move-in experience, which we seriously lacked.

                  My apartment is close to Walmart drive so there are lots of early morning bus and trailer noises which wake me up The kids must have place to play Some adults scold children and talk rude They can always approach the community

                    The community is luxury but nice floor plans. every other day the call box is broken. my trash dispenser does not the sink and i just moved in. It seems like its normal to just get the tenants to move in asap even though the problems aren't fixed.

                      I love the location but have very noisy neighbors and lots of bugs. I even saw a rat once but noisy neighbors are the worst. I do not like to complain but the loud children should not be allowed for those of us who want to have some normal peace and quiet.

                        Had mixed experience. Property up-keep is minimal, other than leaf blowing. Gates are constantly broken. The garbage area wreaks of pungent odors. The tennis courts are monopolized by a group of men that leave no time for anyone else to sign up. There are more broken washer and dryer machines than ones working properly. (Upkeep gets a 1 star). Front office was rude/unhelpful on a few occasions. Danita is nice.

                          The apartment is in a very good location, very next to the perimeter village which has Walmart , Indian store and restaurant. Great ambience. Friendly staff. Leasing was a smooth process. The carriage house is great.

                              The move in was scheduled for end of december but Apartment was handed over with completed maintenance only after a week and that too after taking 25 days to prepare the apartment (I did book the apartment in beginning of Dec). The speed of maintenance was slow and steady and I had 7-10 maintenance request scheduled on day 1 of move in due to carelessness and mistakes from leasing office side which caused lot of inconvenience and delays to me and my family but I only got an apology offered by manager when asked for reasons of delay and careless behavior. Leasing office did take care of maintenance work slowly and steadily and so Apartment can be of choice for folks who can be patient enough to bear the delays even after paying higher rents in time.

                                It's good and prime location. Maintenance team is very good and immediately respond. It's near to Walmart, Indian grocery store and many restaurants. Last 12 months I am staying here, I haven't faced any issue.

                                  I have always believed that you get what you pay for.....it's pricey but it's very nice. When I put in the work orders they are always taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff are very nice and helpful.

                                    Post crossing is good society but recently with change in management their service become very poor and cost seems to but on higher side specially for existing residents also they don't pay much attention on service

                                      The apartment is nicely renovated, and the maintenance of common area is good. The facilities like business center, gym, laundry room, swimming pool are well maintained. Only a proper play area for children is missing.

                                        Day 1. They did not have my apartment ready. Wet carpet and walls was not painted. Spots still in the carpet still today. Blinds was bent and still bent now after six months. Kitchen light and ceiling has water coming in. Still not repaired. Worst experience I ever had.

                                            Living at post crossing has been a complete nightmare. The property is poorly managed and poorly maintained. I would not recommend this property to anyone. The maintenance staff routinely closes work orders without executing the work.
